I moved into my new apartment 3 days ago and so far we love it! I was a little worried because our unit smelled like cat urine and we found a lot of cat hair on move-in day. We immediately told the leasing agent, and he was very accommodating and offered to replace all the carpets in the apartment free of charge, which was an unexpected surprise! There are lots of friendly dogs everywhere, and everyone in the community is very nice. It's also great that they allow you to store your bikes/kayaks free of charge in the garages. So far, it seems like a great place to live!

Ive had a great experience so far. Everyone in the community is pleasant. I wish the feas for the apartment wasn't so high but i cant control that. Landscaping could be more prompt. Thank you and wish yall the best.

The apartment has excellent space and wonderful appliances. The balcony is a great size and there is the biggest bathroom of anywhere I have ever lived. The washer/dryer are out of the way and are excellent.

Move in went smoothly and as simple as possible. The staff were extremely supportive in answering all questions and getting everything situated prior to move in. The unit was lovely on move in day and I would highly recommend it.

Perfect surrounding close to trails and state park Upcoming issue has been solved immediately . The apartment is light and very nice. It's very calm around and the neighbors been very nice . We will miss this place a lot when we move home .

Location is great. Owners couldn't care less about the residents because they are getting their money. They always say there is someone waiting to move in if we don't like it. Consequently, they really don't listen to suggestions or concerns. Managers hands are tied.

Good support and maintenance staff. Area is clean and respectable. Access to 422 from this area is exceptional and the region as far as commerce is second to none. I would recommend this living community to anyone who wants a clean and reliable living space.

I love this complex I really have no issues maintainability is great the staff & management are friendly & always available. The location is amazing for my place of employment. Guessing my only issue would be people with dogs not following guidelines. The management team enforced some tenants just disobey them. Great place to live overall !

My neighbors are so sweet and nice. They speak when you pass them by and always always so helpful. This community reminds me of a simplistic time when everyone looked out for another and helped one another. At Riverview landing, I get that wherever I go.

My husband and I have lived here with our two dogs for 3 years now and we are happy with it! It is a great location, it sits back so there is no thru traffic and easy to get on 422! Our neighbors are really great and are always very welcoming!

I was only planning on being at Riverview for a year during a life transition but I love the community, the amenities, the attention to cleanliness and maintenance, and prompt communication. The space, particularly closet size, was a selling point for me too. The proximity to the trails and being nearly equidistance between Collegeville and King of Prussia with easy access to 422 are added bonuses!

Good community pet formerly near valley forge tall ceilings but thin walls can hear neighbors. It's close to lots of shopping and area attractions such as the king of Prussia mall. 30 mins into the city

Friendly, safe community. Beautiful area to live in, with the trails and river. Staff is always helpful and polite. Grounds are always clean and well kept. The Patio in the summer is always a fun place to make new friends and entertain.

I love the location as it is in close proximity to my work and family, but I am dismayed at the lack of cleanliness of the garages and general areas. The standards have definitely done downhill from when my friends and I moved in in 2017. Despite emails being sent to management - nothing has been done to date to clean the garage areas, which desperately need a good cobwebbing and paint job. Very disappointed in the lack of action by Liss Property Group

Gorgeous one bedroom apartment along the Schuylkill trail. Perfect location and awesome amenities. The price can be a little steep for a one bedroom especially if you're a single adult, but it's a great experience. The renovated apartments with updated appliances, cabinets, counters and other features definitely make you feel at home. Staff is super friendly and responsive as well.

It's a nice friendly community but I can see that the upkeep has gone downhill since I've moved in. Maintenance has always been very quick to resolve any issues, and the management staff is professional and pleasant. I'd warn that the halls are very noisy and the walls are thin so that has been very disappointing.

Great pet and active community where people, for the most part, pick up after their pets, greet one another and keep property clean. Common areas are kept nice and update, while leasing office gives options for new items and services.

We have not had a great experience living here. The maintenance staff does not like doing difficult jobs and does not clean up after themselves. We also have a problem with a neighbor and that has not been resolved. We have had many maintenance issues since we moved in 4 months ago and most of these things should have been fixed prior to us moving in.

Overall Riverview Landing is a very nice place to live. The residents are friendly. The apartments are quiet and well insulated. However, since moving in, we have experienced several leaks. While we previously had good experiences with maintenance staff, we more recently have had poor experiences with unprofessional maintenance technicians and delay in repairs of emergent maintenance issues.

Initially it was nice. Maintenance staff has been getting worse though. Office staff don't seem to care as I have talked with them several times about maintenance issues and if anything the quality of service has gotten worse. Great for a short stay but don't recommend for more than a year. The staff doesn't care about you after that

This community has been great! It's a wonderful and safe location that I have enjoyed living at! I love my apartment and I feel what I pay is worth it. The amenities are a great bonus too - I love having a trails and the pool too!
