My husband and I chose this property due to its scenic view and after moving in, we were not disappointed. We thought Summer and Autumn were beautiful, we were not prepared for how gorgeous everything looks with a blanket of snow on it. The apartments are spacious, the staff is friendly, maintenance is a gem, and most of the neighbors are great. I highly recommend living here!

Friendly community, great outdoor ammenities, pool, water sports, bike trail, access to Valley Forge Park and proximity to local highways makes it easy to get most places. Hassel free living for sure.

I really like it here. Very close to Valley Forge Park(I run there often) and being so close to the King of Prussia Mall and Wegman's is really convenient. The staff here has done a great job getting the property back to normal since Ida hit back in September.

This is a great place to live. Although there isn't a security staff per se, management tries to keep a handle on unsafe practices like propping open the doors. After the recent floods, so much was done to help the community recover.

Management is always very helpful, caring and understanding. They are always on top of trying to help create a better living environment. Maintenence requests are addressed completed quickly within a few days of submitting the order. Depending on need, they could be there asap or next day.

Management at the facility seems nice enough, but it seems that their hands are tied by the owners at times when it comes to who does the work on the buildings, security cameras, etc. Cameras around the building and in garages are needed.

I have had a great experience thus far. Maintenance staff have always fixed my issues within a reasonable time and the amenities are very good. The apartments are nice and modern. While the rent can be a bit expensive, it is definitely a great value for the money.

We are a close group of people and got even got closer during covid-19. Very friendly people and very friendly to pets. With the trails right next door along with a basketball court, pool, and plenty of room to walk your pets, this place beats the competition.

In general it's good. There is rotting moldy furniture in the garage which makes our community look like a dump. We can do better! I'd like to.seemore security measures like cameras etc. Hallways vacuumed more regularly would also help.

It is like living in a nightmare here. You walk into a cozy nice looking leasing office but the complex and the apartments are not of that quality. The grass areas are full of pet stains. The flood damage has yet to be repaired. Do not expect security here - it has been down for months. The elevators shake and make noises and have rust in them. We smell pot everyday in the stairwells and on the grounds. No guest WIFI. No cleaners in the gym. No cameras on any of the six buildings. Your packages are left in the building in the door ways prior to the security locks so anybody can take your packages. Bikes have been being stolen. Building three has caught fire twice in the last two months and the flood knocked out the fire alarms and have not been fixed in any building. Building five still has an alarm going off since September that they have not fixed. Will not renew lease.

It is ok for the most part. Just cant wait for everything to be fix and the gym to be clean more often. But overall its a nice place. Also i would love to see some cameras in the parking lot are at the entrance of the building.

Not at all thrilled with this place. We've had a broken garbage disposal since we've moved in. Out electrical outlets were burning through our plastic safety plugs for our daughter. We notified the office and it took over 2 weeks for anyone to come take a look. For $2000/month I expected alot more out of this property

We love Riverview Landing. The location, amenities, and sense of community all contribute to a positive experience. The staff are friendly and responsive. There are always things that could be improved, but that is true anywhere. For us, this is an ideal apartment complex.

I've been in my current place for a little less than 1 year. Overall, the unit and area are nice and the neighborhood is super friendly. It would be nice if the gas lines were changed more often for the grills. More often than not, I found that several that are out of propane. Additionally, better ventilation is needed in the gym area. It gets very hard to breathe in there after working out.

Overall experience was great. Every issue within the apartment was fixed within 3 days. Everyone was respectful and quiet. The walls are pretty good ( you can't hear you're neighbors). There is always parking available, and I love how clsoe it is to park.

This community has been great and welcoming. I have had zero problems outside if a few maintenance issues. I really love how secluded it as a living quarters but it is still close enough to KOP and other suburban areas that we don't have to drive far.

Awesome! Clean, quiet, respectful, pet friendly, trails, huge clean pool and maintained daily, Management is cooperative with suggestions and concerns. Snow removal through a challenging winter was well managed!
