I genuinely think the most impressive part of this community is the maintenance staff. We have had a handful of issues since moving here, the team has always been incredibly friendly, punctual, and helpful. The grounds to the community are generally clean, and I think the units are on par with what I would expect from a rental. This is probably the quietest community I've ever lived in, a lot of the neighboring units have pets and even with upstairs neighbors I hear the occasional footstep but almost nothing. I think maintaining more open communication between tenants and the office staff would improve the resident experience.

This is a great area. Secluded and dog friendly! It is very quiet. You are literally right in the river. The facilities are amazing. The gym, club house and pool area are all well kept. Amazing place to live.

Thank you very much. It is good, very nice lots of amenities. Great location. The community is not kept clean by the neighbors. Neighbors smoke cigarettes and Marijuana. Hallways need to be renovated.

Overall good and convenience place to live in. However the smell of weed can annoy some residence. The building lobby during the summer can really have a terrible trash smell, but they have added air refreshers to keep the smell somewhat tolerable. The staff are really great. They'll definitely help you, especially the maintenance team. They're on top on a lot of things and quick to respond. Be aware of since leakage in the kitchen. It may leak from time to time and will need maintenance to come to get it resolved.

For dog lovers this is the place! Whenever we have an issue it is resolved in a timely manner. Recently we had our carpet in the hallways replaced and it makes a huge difference. We will be moving this year but we have been satisfied while we lived here.

This is my 3rd time moving back into this community. I left before due to relo for work. Great community, quiet, dog friendly and the neighborhood is pleasant. The office staff are very responsive and helpful. Apartments are spacious and are maintained pretty well for the age of the community. I enjoy the nature and privacy this community offers.

Great but expensive

Great place to live, but the new service fee to just pay your rent every month is almost $60, and it's the only way to pay. That seems outrageous for something you have to do every month just to keep living where you are. Seems a lot like the crazy "Service Fees" that Ticketmaster is getting in trouble for right now.

I am very happy here. The walking trails and proximity to the park are appealing, and the highway and shopping are very conveniently located. The maintenance service is excellent and the staff pleasant and respectful. The residents and their pets are friendly and many people have been helpful.

It's very peaceful. Extremely good community for the cost especially. There are minor things here and there that need some improvement. My unit is horrible. I feel like I put in a maintenance request weekly. I lived in building -------, had zero issues when I lived there so I'm clearly not one to complain. ---- is a nightmare but due to the economy I'm roped in and have no choice but to stay with this complex that doesn't care about their residents. You guys just put bandaids on problems and that doesn't solve the real problem. I want an actual solution I pay too much money for you not to spend money on actually fixing things! It's embarrassing. Apparently there's black mold painted over in all the building and you guys won't even fix the mold problem. That is a huge health hazard. You cannot have people living in mold. You know you can get away with it because of inflation.

The apartment itself is nice and so is the pool and neighborhood. However appliances are old and falling apart, the common areas are frequently very dirty. It's hard to get ahold of staff and I frequently have to follow up repeatedly for maintenance issues to be addressed.

My time at Riverview has been great. Any issues, including a major construction project, that I've at with our apartment have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner. The staff truly care about the residents who live here. Neighbors are mindful and pleasant. The location is perfectly secluded while still being right by a highway that allows quick access to whatever you desire.

Mixed experience. Cons: elevator has been down in bldg 4 for most of the past 3 months. I have a bad back and knee issues. Climbing 3 floors causes me significant pain. Staff rarely responds to emails. Pros: Peaceful scenery, dog friendly, nice neighbors so far, staff is really nice despite the lack of email responses. Love my apartment.

I was so excited to move in here but neighbors steal your packages and maintenance glazes over deep issues. The property is really good about notifying you about floods and staying on top of complaints like noise control and smoking offenders though.
