We have lived here for a long time. We love the convenience of the park, KOP, trail, and closeness to our work. The apartments are spacious and have good closet space. The staff is friendly and easy to deal with and always responsive to an issue.

Super location. If this were a condo facility I would purchase this unit or one similar. Staff is very nice and takes care of issues quickly if possible. There was a significant river flood last summer that caused mayhem and issues were corrected, cleaned, addressed asap. I was quite pleased.

After living in a house for the past 25 years this was quite a change for me to move into an apartment, but I was fortunate enough to find Riverview Landing and from the Very beginning the management team has been extremely helpful. I first moved into a first floor apartment but that was not working very well for me, so they allowed me to move into a third-floor apartment that was more to my liking. I am very impressed with the way they take such good care of the grounds and all of the community facilities that they offered to us, I have had to call on the maintenance staff a couple of times and they have shown up in a very timely manner and take care of any problems that I had. I could not have asked to be in a more beautiful location it is so nice to be able to walk the river path and also use the trail behind the apartments it has inspired me to get out more and enjoy the outdoors and be close to home. Their maintenance and landscaping staff are exceptional they keep everything up and running and looking beautiful all year around it is so nice to have someone to shovel the snow away from the cars so we always have a safe driving area. I am looking forward to being a long-term tenant here because it definitely offers me everything and I feel safe and secure.

Nice quiet place with friendly staff. When there is a maintenance issue the staff is quick to respond. This is one of the few apartments I have found that dog friendly and everyone I've met with a dog is friendly.

Great location and community. Poor cell service is frustrating. Truly enjoy living here. I'm afraid rent will increase to higher than actual value. Back road should have speed bumps to deter speeding.

The community is beautiful. I wish there was more for the kids to do outside though. Everyone has a dog here and they are very friendly. The pool is also beautiful, the park is beautiful very relaxing and luxury place to live.

Dog friendly is also something that was hard to find with the space we wanted, so Riverview gave us all of that!

The second week I lived here we had a flood it almost ruined my Harley Davidson motorcycle and left the property a muddy mess for a quite period of time. However overall my experience has been good living here.

Riverview Landing is a great complex. Everyone here is so friendly including staff, maintenance, and other residents. It's a very trustworthy and safe community. I also love that Valley Forge is so close, it's great for walking our dog and just being out in nature. I would definitely recommend!

Riverview is, overall, I nice place to live. The staff is very quick to respond to any issues. Neighbors are relatively considerate. The location is the best part. The amenities are fine, but absolutely overpriced given that during the pandemic no one is using them.

The apartment complex is very nice. It is right on the water and located basically within Valley Forge National Park which is great. Maintenance has been quick to respond when I have had issues. My critiques would be that the gym could use some updating and to stay away from the first floor if possible, the insulation between the floor and the garage isn't great thus the floor gets cold in the winter.

Friendly community with a lot of outdoor activity. There's a path that goes to Valley Forge National Park and into Philadelphia. It's scenic along the river path. We have a good amount of dog owners which is nice for socializing and getting to know your neighbors. The pool and jacuzzi make the summer months very pleasant and the clubhouse is a nice perk. All and all I've enjoined living hear the last 4.5 years and would recommend.

I've lived at Riverview Landing at VF for almost 5 years and love it! The location is incredible, especially if you like to run, walk, bike or kayak...or if you're a dog or pet-owner. The apartments are really nice and spacious and the parking garage is a great, convenient option. The management team is very courteous, responsive and communicates well with the tenants when there are updates or things we need to know. Riverview isn't a brand new complex like some in the area but I think it's, hands down, the best value around in the luxury apartment category!
