Move in was quick and easy. The office staff answered all of our questions promptly and in detail. The location is so ideal, being that close to 422 makes life so much easier. Our dogs love being close to the river. Everyone is so friendly and the pool is amazing in the summer!

I had a good experience so far I will definitely be renewing my lease when my lease expires in July, I love the community. I love the trails it is right in the middle of everything. Where are you? Landing is a great community to live.

Overall, we have had a pretty pleasant experience here. Signing the lease, moving in etc was all pretty simple. The complex was clean and move in ready. I do wish the other community members would respect the shared spaces. We have had issues with packages being stolen, trash left in hallways and people not picking up after their pets. We were also told when we moved in that the hallways were being renovated. This has yet to happen since we were told in April. I believe that if the halls/ mailroom/trash room were in better shape, then the community members may be more inclined to keep the space clean and in better shape. Overall, we have had a nice experience here. Great location, helpful staff and nice units.

Standard apartment. Value for price is not there. Considering going into towncenter for less than $200/mo with extreme upgrades Washer is older. And sometimes takes 2 time cycles to get clothes dried Nice pool Could do another leave cleanup / year with all the leaves in the yard Fear of river flowing and flooding cars Not much storage but that's just apt.

Nice circumstances and nice people and nice staff. When we choose this apartment we have dog but before moving in he died. Anyway good place for dog too. We love dogs and cats. This apartment is really good for pets.

Great location and very pet friendly. Not much of a community, everyone tends to stay to themselves..! There could be better lighting and more security cameras. There's only cameras in the lobby area, not on floors. There's blind spots that the garage cameras can't see. Overall the property has a safe feel..!

Moved to this Property from Out-of-State. Had to sell a home and dates kept changing. Staff here is very, very organized. Moved into a newly rennovated apartment and could not be more than Happy!! O)

So far we have been flooded over 5 times in the 3 years we have lived here. Between the people with cinderblocks for feet above me, and the water coming from literally every wall of my unit, I can not wait to leave. Overall, a lovely place to live. Amazing people in the office, you will get a prompt response when you make a stink about it.

I am having a great experience living at Riverview Landing. My apartment is beautiful, I'm loving the location. Management are very nice and attentive and my neighbors are friendly and hospitable. The location is very beautiful and scenic and convenient to a lot of stores, banks, and restaurants.

Overall it has been pleasant, however with so many residents it is not the cleanliness could definately be improved. The hallways are dark and carpets are dirty, but they are supposed to be replacing them at some point.

At first we loved the community.. but as time went on they kept promising upgrades and said that's why rent would be increasing. They almost never followed through on a single reason why our rent was increasing.

THE FELLOW NEIGHBORS, VERY NICE, PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL WHEN YOU NEED THEM, THE NEIGHBORHOOD VERY QUIET, AND CLEAN, VERY CONVENIENT FOR PRACTICING YOUR SPORTS HOBBIES ( RUNNING, WALKING, BIKING ) BESIDE THE NICE GYM AND COMPUTER ROOM....... REALLY VERY NICE.

Riverview landing is full of extremely professional staff. From the front office to the maintenance team, they're always here to help you with whatever you need. The renovated apartments are beautiful and feel like a huge upgrade.

This is a great community. It has all the amenities that we were looking for at an affordable price. We love that it's close enough to downtown Philadelphia, but we feel like we are in our own secluded oasis.

We love the location and we love the dog friendly community! It's so enjoyable and convenient having Valley Forge State park right next door, so many options for outdoor activities and the dogs love walking the trails. We have had great experiences with both the leasing office as well as maintenance.

Great place to live. The management staff is outstanding and the maintenance crew is so respectful and nice. I have been here going on six years and plan to stay. I would recommend Riverview to anyone.

The office staff is great and we have enjoyed living here so far. I do not really like the smell of weed in the hallways and I would love to see better Decour around the entrance of each building. I also think there should be better security at the pool area. People are coming in From outside of the complex to swim, and there is no one here to ensure the safety of the people who live here. There is smoking and drinking at the pool site. People are using the pool after the 9:00 PM closing time.

overall pretty happy with my experience here. maintenance is very fast and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great place if you have dogs, lots of places to walk them. Also super close to highyway entrance and valley forge park. very convenient.

During our residency of roughly two months this far, Riverview Landing has been an extremely pleasant place to live. The property is well maintained and contains numerous valuable amenities. The location also provides a surplus of options outside of the apartment community itself. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

For the most part management seems to get to most problems in a timely manner. However if almost seems they don't have the manpower to properly handle every issue that comes their way. Probably just need some extra help

The apartments are very nice for the area. The biggest draw is the proximity to the King of Prussia area and value of River View Landing compared to the crazy prices of places less than a mile away. The amenities are great and community is welcoming and feels very safe.

Really like the apartments but wish that for the price that we at for rent things would be upgraded like kitchen appliances. Also the balconies could use upgrades because you can't enjoy it when there is dirt for the person above you falling on you,
