From the moment we contacted Riverview Landing for consideration for an apartment, we were met with nothing but a pleasant and professional experience. Our leasing consultant was friendly, responsive and timely in her follow ups to our questions. The maintenance staff are courteous, the grounds are beautiful and above all our apartment is gorgeous.

People are very nice. Occasionally non residents use facilities. Security needs to be strengthened. The West Norriton Police patrol the area but they can't be there all the time . Noise level after 11 pm outside building 3 is a problem.

Leasing, maintenance, and cleaning staff are friendly, competent, and quick to respond to our concerns. Communication is encouraged. It's a beautiful environment secreted away between the Schuylkill River and the Walking Trail. Friendly residents, happy dogs, beautiful apartments, well-maintained landscaped property, with (free) lot and garage parking (as needed with small monthly fee) are what keeps me here. A hidden gem near to shopping and major highways. Every so often, I get to hear the train rumbling by, across the river - the forlorn sound mixing with the rugged pattern of the wheel on rail reminding us of life moving ahead. On my side of the river, birds singing, squirrels chittering, and breezes through the tall trees do the same; I am home.

In the short time I have lived here I have been happy with the customer service and location. I wish the apartments had lights and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I enjoy the access to main roads and convenience to shopping.

I haven't had any problems?the community is easy to access and I like to ability to walk along the river and the trails behind the apartment. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to rent.

Has been ok. Have had some issues since I've been here with air conditioning being replaced and still having issues with new system. Had a serious problem with mice. Maintenance staff is pleasant and will come and deal with my issues. It hasn't been all bad. The community is generally pretty good and the people are nice. There has been several community gatherings that I have attended and they were fun. Staff put on fun events for resident.

Great community, staff truly caters about the people that lives there. There's a nice trail for being active. The only complaint I have is that there is an abundance of spotted lantern flies around the apartment against the line of woods.

Love it wish there was more security camera and security in general everyone is so nice and friendly and quick to help out. Upgrades in the dog park are nice but wish there was more space and the street lights worked

Neighborhood is wonderful. Everyone has an animal and is very friendly. Scenery is so beautiful coming into the complex. The Valley Forge Park is all around the apartment complex with a spectacular view of the Scukyill River. Highly recommend!

Nice community however heavy rains cause flooding. Staff is nice and good people. Complex is kept up. Grounds are nice. Parking can get crazy but it's worth it to purchase private parking spot. Nothing else to say

Riverview Landing is a wonderful community, being close to the river, bike trails, Valley Forge Park and highways make it a great location the best part about it in my opinion is that it's tucked away and mostly quiet. The apartments are a nice size and the closets are spacious. When we originally moved here it offered the best value compared to other communities when incorporating amenities square footage and location.

Riverview Landing is close to King of Prussia and has easy access to major highways including RT 422, RT 202, Schuylkill Expressway and PA Turnpike. However, unlike all the new apartments in King of Prussia, Riverview Landing is quiet sitting right on the river in Valley Forge Park. This provides easy access to award winning trails for biking, hiking, running, and exploring. For kayakers, fishing, and/or boaters, jetskiers etc. water sports are right in front you. Also there is a boat ramp right at Betzwood. Also, the fitness center and pool at Riverview are much nicer and cleaner than other places I have visited. Finally, the Maintainence staff is very efficient when called upon. Very good overall community.

I love living at Riverview Landing! We moved in right before the pandemic in 2020 and are so grateful we chose this apartment. We have had no issues within our apartment and even if we have something minor, maintenance is quick and courteous to solve the issue. I also have friendly and helpful neighbors who make it feel like home here! The blessing and curse of this apartment is it being right along the river. I love going for walks on the trail with my dog. However, we've had two major floods that caused damage - not to our apartment specifically but the area, lobby, and garage. But this was a risk we took by living here - so nothing against Riverview.

I love it here. Very beautiful apartments with beautiful grounds and easy access to great trails. I love taking a quick break during the day to take a walk on the Schuylkill River Trail or walk through the valley forge national park.

I have only been here for 3 weeks but have found the staff and other residents to be friendly and welcoming. The location on the Schuykill River is beautiful and peaceful. I have not used the clubhouse yet but look forward to Summer at the pool.

I've lived in this community for about a month and love it! It's perfect for my needs and a very comfortable living experience. When touring, the staff was incredibly kind and answered the millions of questions I had. A few weeks after moving in, I had a maintenance issue and the team answered it promptly. They were so kind and offered solutions while they were fixing my AC and heat. My apartment faces the back road and it can get loud sometimes with all the cars passing by but I'm also very close to the walking trail which I love! Overall, I am very happy with my apartment and am so glad I chose to live here!

The complex has gone downhill and there seems to be no stop in sight. It flood on a regular basis and last year we lost two cars. We parked where the property management told us would be safe to park and both cars were totally under water.

Riverview learning is a good apartment. When I moved here, I will use the amenities, such as the pool, grill, fitness area, and the lounge areas in the leasing office. As I began to work, I use the amenities less often. The inside of the apartments are really nice. I have been a lot happy living in the area. The national park behind the apartments are amazing. The only scary thing about living here is the flooding. When it floods, it's really bad. You just have to make sure to move your vehicles by the church that is across from Taco Bell.

Great location and nice looking apartment. There are major issues with their alarm systems and they alarms are going off all the time. There is also a lot of water leaks from their water heaters which end up with water in the apartment.

Beautiful view and fairly isolated area to only locals that are living in the area. Still relatively new here, but overall enjoying the atmosphere. Can't wait to try all the local cuisine and get to know the area.
