This is a great apartment complex to live at! Rent is reasonable, the unit is updated and spacious, and our neighbors are very friendly. I would highly recommend this complex to my friends and family.

It's not easy to take care of a complex this size. They do a great job in providing quality service. Everyone is polite and professional. If your looking for somewhere secure its a good and safe place to live.

We have really enjoyed living at Riverview Landing. The apartment location could not be more perfect and convenient to everything we need. The community is great and the gym, pool and office staff are excellent. You cannot beat the price for the quality of the apartment/community you get in this area.

Amazing place to live! Right on the SRT and so close to Valley Forge. Perfect place for an active person. Indoor gym and pool, makes this place even better. The leasing office staff are always so quick to answer emails.

Beautiful view of the river. Close to bike trail and park. Pool and gym clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Email updates for office hours, etc. cannot hear neighbors. Lobby area of building is clean.

We have lived at this community for 2 years. We moved into our second unit here this year. Great community, great landlord, and great maintenance staff. The location is ideal and the price is unbeatable. We are very happy.

I've been pleased my entire stay here & I have upgraded twice ! Both times have been smooth & everything is perfect My Building and neighbors are nice. Very pet friendly & the staff is amazing here all the time.

I love my apartment. I think there are a few areas that need to get updated and painted. Stairwells and garage areas. Also needs security system in garage and lobbies. Otherwise I love the view and the staff.

We have lived here for 3 years. Maintenance is great, gets things done in a timely manner. Staff, especially Todd and Stephanie, are wonderful, very attentive and friendly. Fantastic views and walking trails. It is a very quiet community and the tenants are respectful and friendly.

I've lived at Riverview Landing apartments for two years. I have to say that coming home to serenity everyday, has been a blessing. The apartments are far enough away from all the craziness of the city, but close enough to shops and essential places. It's a great place for nature walks, bike rides and morning runs. The sunrises are just as beautiful as the sunsets. Even though the river can be fierce at times, it's worth the calm, after the storm. The office staff have been wonderful, especially Todd and Stephanie. Everyone is patient and friendly. It's not easy managing a large property, but they have all done a phenomenal job! The maintenance team, has always been attentive when responding to work requests. This property has more than enough parking, and they are consistent with keeping up the grounds. If I had one complaint, it would have to be the neighbors child running above my head daily. Overall this is a beautiful place to live!

This a great community. Very friendly people here. The office staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff are fantastic. Any problems are handled quickly and professionally. The amenities here are great too.

The community is clean and the other residents are kind and courteous. The location is convenient and scenic. Located next to the betzwood section of valley forge park which is a hidden gem and even better if you love walking or biking, the schuylkill river trail is literally behind us, it's great ??

The apartment complex is situated in a nice area that makes it feel out of the way without being too far away from major attractions in the area (Philadelphia and King of Prussia areas). The buildings and common areas are well maintained, and maintenance requests are handled very expediently.

Overall, we enjoy living here. It is a dog friendly community which is a huge plus for us. The trail is right in your backyard, so if you ever want to get some exercise it's very convenient. People living here are pretty friendly and we have enjoyed our stay thus far!

Most well priced apartment complex in the area. Staff is always willing to help and fix any problems you may have. I would suggest this complex to anyone who is looking in the area. For the most apart, everyone is super nice and social at the complex!

Very friendly neighbors and staff. Beautiful complex with lots of walking trails. Nearby tons of restaurants and stores. Wish our apartments balcony was off living room not bedroom. Thin walls can make for noisy neighbors at times.

Overall a good experience living here. Location is perfect and the staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance has always responded quickly when I have a request. I think the floor plans are spacious and the community and neighbors are respectful and friendly.

Good place at the best rates and best maintenance staff. Quiet neighborhood and lovely walking and biking trail. Very diligent in cleaning snow in the winter sometimes even through out the night, never seen anywhere else.

I love Riverview Landing! Great community with great people. everyone here is so nice. The front office staff is always so sweet. Great amenities and floor plans for a good price in this area. Very close to restaurants and major road ways. Todd's the best!

Riverview Landing is a quiet community flooded with friendly neighbors and staff. The rent is fair and the units are nice. Being right between the Schuylkill river and the Schuylkill river trail, Riverview Landing's scenery and greenery far surpasses other similar luxury apartment complexes.

It has been an amazing experience. The pool has been great during the hot summer days with all the other fire pits and grills available. The workout room is great. Finally, all maintenance requests have gone really well.

Todd and Stephanie make you feel welcome immediately. Everyone one is out either walking their dog or on the bike path behind the apartments. There is always something to do and the ground are kept clean.

Great place to live and have pets! Right near lot's of trails and dog parks! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Also near many restaurants and stores, but still feels peaceful surrounded by woods and a river.

I love the community! I feel like I fit right in and all of my neighbors are very courteous, kind, and welcoming. The easy access to the trail is a huge plus and I enjoy the ammenities that are provided. The staff at Riverview Landing are very responsive and alway helpful. My only issue is that some pet owners do not pick up their pet's droppings outside, even though convenient waste disposal bags and trash cans are provided. Additionally, some pet owners do not clean up accidents that happen in the hallway. I totally understand that accidents with pets happen, but it does sometimes smell a little in the hall. Otherwise, the complex is beautiful and well maintained and I really enjoy living here!
