Lived here for over three years total. Great value and location. Leasing office is responsive and helpful if anything ever goes wrong. Would recommend to anyone. The apartments are beautiful and provide the best value around the KOP area.

The property is in a great location, close to parks the highway and stores. The staff is always professional, courteous and available for any issues or ideas about the community. The pool/BBQ area is one of the best in the area. The clubhouse is a great space to hang out or reserve for private parties..

While I've only been in the apartment for a week, I have been happy so far. The office staff have all been friendly and professional. There were a few minor issues that I noticed that were handled by maintenance within 24 hours. So far, so good!

Riverview is a pleasant community-tenants are friendly and helpful. It is generally a quiet community but the i see the community spirit at the pool, gym and other common areas. I am away a lot but have always been very satisfied with my experiences at Riverview.

So far the atmosphere is friendly and peaceful, the access to major roadways is convenient and saves a decent amount of time, management is kind and always ready to help, the property is generally clean and tidy

Friendly & clean community. We've never had issues with anyone including staff members. It genuinely always feels like home and everyone is a wonderful neighbor. We recommend the complex to anyone looking to move.

The office staff is great. The maintenance staff is honest and respectful. Our community is quiet, yet there is a lot to do and you don't need to travel far. I love living in my community especially the location,

Great place to live!! Super convenient with gorgeous views and responsive management team. Spacious and user-friendly floor plan. Lovely walking trails. Nice neighbors and pets. Garage parking option is awesome in winter

I enjoy living at these apartments. The issues never are about staffing or the apt itself. Neighbors sometimes inconsiderate but there are always a few that make apt living hard. Apt is big, noise level not an issue(actually mostly quiet) close to shopping and entertainment. I'll be renewing.

I love it at Riverview Landing. The common areas are always clean and the staff very pleasant. All the residents seem very friendly. My roommate and I have absolutely no complaints. We are very happy to called this our new home.

Nice property management, though it is obvious they use the lowest bidder when using outside contractors..their work is not the best. Maintenance staff is good, and responsive. There is no storage, other than apartment closets, for the renters.

Just moved here but everyone we have interacted with not management and community wide are super friendly. Love the three bedroom lots of space and the amenities are very attractive love the fitness center, pool and clubhouse

Great location. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and major highways. Located on the rriver at the park entrance. You can get right on the trails with your bike right from your apartment. I like that it's secluded.

Great location, nice amenities, reasonable pricing, friendly office and maintenance staff.. It is however an apartment complex with lots of neighbors some of which you have to wonder how they got approved to live here.. but there are plenty of good, respectful neighbors as well

There was a manager here who really made it possible for me to stay on as long as I did. She was very caring. I'm disappointed she was let go. She saw that I got the kind of fire alarm I needed in my apt. If I had issues she made sure they were taken care of. A very good manager. The best one in all my years here. She didn't let my deafness be an issue and made an effort to communicate with me. She was the only one.

Great! I love Riverview Landing of Valley Forge. You really get your money's worth without breaking the bank. Community members are all super friendly and I love the location of the complex. It's a 5 minute drive to Walmart, Wawa and King of Prussia Mall! Win win!

Excellent apartment community with many amenities. A very friendly staff that are quick to respond to residents' needs. Apartments are clean, spacious and a pretty good value. I truly enjoy living here at Riverview Landing.

The staff at Riverview Landing is kind and courteous. They endeavor to handle situations in a timely manner. That being said, it is important to keep in mind that they are assisting other residents as well. The location is wonderful if you like walking. You can easily walk to the Valley Forge welcome center! There is a risk of the Schuylkill River flooding, but it hasn't since I've been here. The staff communicates when it is a possibility so you can make arrangements.

It was a hard transition moving from a house of 29 years to apartment living. The leasing office staff, Todd, Connie, and Kaitlin made the transition as smooth as possible. I so far have enjoyed living here. I have a dog and the location is great for long walks. I feel safe in the community. It is wel lit at night, security lock system prevents walk ins into buildings, and the garages are sufficiently lit.

So far so good. I just moved in a week ago and the heat didn't work but it was fixed rather quickly. I like the location of this community and the fact that it's so close to the river. King of Prussia mall is not too far either

Have had good experience so far. Initially our move in date got screwed up. When we got to the complex our apartment wasn't ready for move in but Connie was able to remedy the situation and we even got a $200 credit. There were some issue once we were finally able to move in but the maintenance team was able to resolve them.

I've been here for almost 10years and it has been great. Great area by the river and Valley Forge Park. Service is fast and good. Staff is fantastic. If they can keep my rent from rising a lot, I will probably stay longer.

I absolutely love living here. The staff are friendly and responsive, always. The property and common areas are well maintained. If there is an issue, they handle it immediately. I love the trails and how close I am to KOP and Phoenixville. I would highly recommend renting at Riverview Landing.

I am thrilled to live here at Riverview. It is safe, beautiful, and conveniently located. The management is responsive, professional and friendly. The maintenance staff always there to assist, if needed, efficient and quick.
