I have mostly enjoyed living in this community. I love the river views, the pool and the fitness center. Maintenance has always responded promptly to any issues I have had, and I have been satisfied with the service.

My experience has been very nice. I enjoy the community. There is alot of construction always going on but I can assume that's to be expected as units get renovated. I do wish there were more organized events by the complex (like social hour in the club house) just to get to know everyone as we recently moved in.

Beautiful landscape over by the river however I've experienced two terrible floods while living here and 1 car totaled because of it. Not to mention issues with my toilet that continue to be a problem

Its been great! Really happy with the community. The only suggestion I have is that our building cart has been missing for a while. I am 9 months pregnant and carrying groceries bags up is a little difficult.

I have lived at Riverview for over 12 years, and my experience has been very good. I really like the location, the property amenities and especially the Property Manager, his staff and the maintenance team. The complex is run by great people, which is why I still live there.

Great apartment complex! I live the location, my apartment is spacious & clean. The pool is great & rarely crowded. I love the balcony overlooking the trail. Pretty quiet in my building but you can hear people above at times if they are running around. Maintenance is always quick to respond, as is the office staff.

This is a great place to live for easy access to many popular areas while being in a quiet peaceful setting. Philly, KOP mall, vfp are all close by. Thought I'd move out 7-8 years ago but still here.

Overall this has been a lovely place to live. The views and location are without compare, but you do pay for it. Rent is very high here but for the size of our unit, we feel it's fair. The community is quiet, secluded, and it's easy to get wherever we want. We are, however, in a flood plane. Keep this in mind because when the river does flood, it's a massive disruption and often catastrophic. However, you can track it and plan for it. If you're smart it can be dealt with well.

We love living at Riverview Landing. The community is very safe and beautiful. We enjoy being along the Schuylkill River Trail and enjoy the outdoor pool in the summer time. The gym is also a really nice amenity.

Very clean and nice management. Space is okay, feels more like a college dorm than a home. I was not the biggest fan on how long it took to get my floor back in when my floor had a flood from the sprinkler system. But what can you do.

We have no complaints. We know it's a rather old establishment. The halls are pretty dirty and the carpet really needs to be replaced. Other than the normal things that you would expect to deal with living in an apartment building, life is good.

So far, we are really enjoying our apartment, the area and the community. We initially had a few maintenance issue upon move in, which have been and are being taken care of. The property manager contacted me to let me know the issues would be addressed and how they would be addressed. We really appreciated that. While I do not have a pet, I noticed the complex is very pet friendly. We would recommend.

Office staff isn't too friendly, but maintenance gets things done. Can constantly hear upstairs neighbors walking around, and people below me have said the same. Apartments designs are weird and waste space, such as second bathroom being as big as a bedroom. They could have saved that space to make living room bigger or something.

Pros: great staff, quiet location, great to be on the river and next to valley forge park. reasonably priced unit. Clubhouse does offer nice amenities Cons: a bit removed from main roads, can't walk anywhere reasonably, units are nice but aspects feel like cheap materials

Good community though it does show signs of deteriorating. Including on the safety and noise fronts. Dog poop is everywhere. Dogs are barking constantly. But thanks to all who try to keep us safe and tranquil... :)

Great location and wonderful view of the river. The new dog park is great. The walking trails, pet friendly, and staff are excellent. The apartment size gives plenty of room to move around. Plenty of parking spots.

Clean and well maintained space. The staff is quick to respond and polite. Helped us move in over the holidays despite the chaos. The view from most of the apartments is great and the background city noise level is practically non-existent.

This is a very nice active community for pets, with access trails straight to Valley Forge Park and/or miles along the Schuylkill River. Riverview Landing is within 1.5 miles of the KOP and basically near the center of anyone's needs.

We've only been here for a week but so far, so good. Maintenance and staff has been quick and friendly and everyone we've met has been friendly. We'd recommend Riverview to others for sure. We'll give it some more time and review again.

So far I have had a good experience in River View Landing - moved in October 2022; all the staff/maintenance is nice and responsive to any issues that might existence. My favorite part of the complex is the club house which includes many amenities like outdoor pool, reading area, gym and computer area.

Unit and property are well-maintained. While some delays can occur from time to time in property maintenance, the management office really does a great job of communicating with tenants about progress. We're happy with location and amenities, and would overall recommend living here.

The apartments, especially the ones with updated kitchens, are really nice and spacious. The area is great - the complex is right on the Schuylkill River Trail and a 10ish minute drive to King of Prussia, Norristown, and Oaks. In my experience, maintenance has been responsive and resolved any issues in a timely manner. Additionally, it is a very dog friendly community with minimal breed restrictions (Huskies are allowed)!

Everyone here is truly amazing! The building looks and smells brand new. The lobby is gorgeous and feels very cozy, but professional. The apartments are wonderful. Staff is attentive and responsive, the gym is well-maintained with plenty of equipment, and the maintenance team is quick to address requests.
