I did not have a pleasant experience living here at all. In fact we are moving soon and I can not wait to move out. The walls and floors are super thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing which basically means you can not get any quiet, peace or rest while in the apartment. I think the price $1380 a month for 650sqft is incredibly stupid and overpriced. People in the parking lot speed like crazy or play very loud music at all times which is also contributing to the sound pollution and lack of rest. The kitchen fan is completely useless and every time we cook the entire apartment stinks and smokes so much the smoke alarms go off. The separate monthly water& sewer bill I am pretty sure is illegal because we don't have our own individual meters, just another way this company overcharges its residents. We live on the 3rd floor and hear squirrels running around in the attic repeatedly all hours of the day/night. The ac was not installed properly so you got cold air coming through the extra space in the winter and heat in the summer/spring. The knobs keep falling off the closet doors every week. The fan in the bathroom is so loud it is deafening and extremely annoying. Whatever chemicals the carpet cleaners are using are way too strong in fragrance, I actually get an instant migraine after each cleaning. Some dog owners don't take proper care of their pets and often they urinate or poop on the stairwell carpets which makes the entire stairwell smell revolting. The laundry room only has one washer & dryer for the entire building which is a joke. When my neighbors moved out the workers changed their carpets and gave us bed bugs which the landlords wanted to charge us $500 to take care of. Thankfully I mentioned that since we only had lived for less than a year under PA law that's the landlords responsibility. The locals call this place "the Hatfield zoo" and I definitely understand why. When I moved here I had very limited options which is why I moved here, if I knew all I know now I would have NEVER in a million years moved here. Also every single person I have met that lives in this complex is miserable and hates living here. I will be writing an extensive bad review about this place, you can count on that.

A wonderful community with great neighbors and a good staff. Pet friendly and affordable. The amenities are my favorite part, outdoor and indoor gym, Olympic sized pool, huge area with pavilions for picnics and a sport court

I love it here! Peaceful and my neighbors are friendly. My children are able to play outside safely and maintenance is really responsive. I always have parking in front of my building and rarely is there any disruptions.

It's okay. Our neighbors are terrible and rude. Blasting music at all hours of the day and night, smoking cigarettes in the front of the building where they aren't supposed to then leaving the butts on the ground. They leave clothes detergent, etc in the laundry room and leave laundry over night. Someone left throw up in the washer. The storage area there is no room to walk in because people have their items in the walkway. Maintenance said they were going f to throw the stuff out but never have.

The staff is amazing. I've lived here for 7 years with no problems at all. The neighborhood is very nice and clean they. If you have an issue with a maintenance problem or just a problem in general they address it very quick and professional

It was an alright experience. The doors were heavy so they slammed every time someone opened them for the hallway. Very thin walls so I could hear everything. I liked how the place was set up though. Decent sized bathroom. Wish when people did construction they'd clean their nails up so my dog didn't step on them.

It's an okay community. You get what you pay for. Be careful at night since they have been some shady people walking around and some crimes have occured. Maintenance and leasing staff have been good and knowledgeable

My experience living at Hatfield Village has been pleasant overall. The staff is helpful whenever I have questions and there are great amenities for the residents. The grounds are kept cleaned by maintenance on a daily basis. Good job!

Nice clean apartments for an affordable cost. Neighbors are pretty quite. Great outdoor walking area. Maitnence is always friendly and ready to help. It's been a really great first apartment for young people starting out working their first full time jobs after college.

It's great being a part of Hatfield village. We are so lucky we found and really nice place to live like Hatfield village appartments. Our kids are loving this place because they can play freely and use the amazing amenities they provide.

Nice location with easy access to grocery store and other shopping needs. Staff is very professional and always helpful. Any maintenance needs are taken care of in timely manner. I have great neighbors. Nice playground for kids. Feel safe.

Maintance is always helpful and quick. I love the outside areas, as it's clean and well maintained. Office has good communication with events that are planned or happening in the area. It is a great place to start a family

Everything is great but there are guys in our building that park all over the parking lot and have visitors that come and park and beep for them to come out at all hours of the day. Also, they work on their cars all over the parking lot

The maintenance staff is very rude when we call them. Whenever we need something fixed, they would either come after a week or never come even though we made a request. The rent is very high also compared to other apartments in the area. If we are paying high rent, then we expect the service to be on par as well.

I like it here. It is better than my former apartment. I think it is way too expensive, but I understand landlords tend to be greedy. The trash system is a mess. I hate the threatening emails we get. Overall, I'm still happy despite my complaints.

It's a quiet and safe community. In my particular apartment complex, it is clean and I haven't had issues with the other residents. It's relatively safe at night (plenty of bright lights). There's also plenty of outdoor activities, such as the basketball court, pool, or a community trail.

The community is good & very peaceful. Management and Maint. staff is kind of rude to the residents sometimes when residents bring up certain issues or suggestions out of their typical work. Management doesn't care about how the resident feels when they talk to them rudely.

It's a decent community, but it's crowded. The walls aren't super thin, but if people start arguing loud enough you can hear everything. And the one thing I wish I'd known before moving in is that there is only the one washer/dryer set in each building.

My experience so far is decent. I currently rent a studio. The repair teams works supper quick and very responsive. People in the office are nice. The apartment is quiet. The apartment is heated with electric. The baseboard is quite old so getting a well-distributed heat is quite difficult. The stove is electric coils so boiling water or noodles on the stove top takes forever. The floor of the laundry room is quite old and dirty, so need to be careful with moving clothes from washer to dryer since i really dont want to drop clothes on the floor. Front door is quite hard to open. It would be better if there is an updates.

It started out well. now, They keep raising rent to where i'm not going to be able To afford living here soon. It used to be a secure building, now it is not. I don't have much more to say, I just need to use two hundred characters.
