    Water damage is frequent and an apparent problem they either dont care or choose not to address. On top of that there are frequent misuse of facilities located on the grounds that largely go unpenalized. Trash and filth will often stack up in hallways and entranceways with management doing nothing about it or taking action against the tenants who leave behind the filth.

    When I first moved in, we didn't mind the community. They have a dog park for our dog and there's a playground for kids, along with a pool that is opened during the summer. However, as people moved out and newer people moved it, it has become frustrating. People that don't live in your apartment building park in your lot (which already doesn't have enough space to begin with) so you end up having to park in another lot which is frustrating to have to walk further to get to your building. You're allowed to have 2 vehicles per apartment, and some have 5 vehicles which the office doesn't help much with. People in my building have become filthy by leaving their trash in the hallway, front lawn of the building, and don't clean up after themselves. We also have issues with the apartment itself. The drains get clogged easily, instead of permanently fixing apartments, they cover it up and paint over it. I will say that the maintenance people are super friendly and helpful so we are grateful for them.

      A very comfortable residence to live in, the only thing I did not like was that there was no designated storech for each apartment, very clean, and the recreational areas were also very nice?????????.

        It's really bad service and maintenance staff it's really bad used to be good also now they charge you water bill it's not worth to pay almost %1500 live in this apartment bad management , ........................

          Hatfield Village has recently started charging for utilities where as previously they were included in the cost of the rent. The rent has increased in addition to the utilities costs. There is no way to autopay utilities each month as the cost varies month to month and they don't provide an estimate of what the utility costs will be. Don't expect much from the leasing office staff

            Havung frequent water main breaks is very inconvenient. Parking can be difficult. At times have to oark two buildings away. Other than that no najor issues. Most maintenance staff is very friendly.

              Cabinets and microwave in kitchen way too high for average person to use. No handicapped ramps. Recent decline in physical ability has made steps a struggle and there are front and back steps would think to make one handicapped accessible. Musty smell in apartment

                The community I like very much. I'll being living there from 2018 but this year I move to a different apt and the building where I'm renting AC1 it's very dirty specially the lobby. Residents are throwing garbage to the floor and keeping personal items at the stairs

                  The staff at the apartments are friendly. The amenities are nice. The apartments are overall fairly nice with new appliances. The only complaints I have is that the hallways reek of mold and smoke and the floor is often dirty. The carpets in the apartment as well were not very clean. Otherwise though i am happy with apartment.

                    My experience has been ok. I have had multiple plumping issues as you can tell by my service requests. I would change the trash situation. Seems like illegal dumping goes on. Dumpsters overflow in a matter of days. Laundry room has been a issue due to the tenants upstairs. They treat laundry room as their own. Piles of dirty clothes will stink and sit for days. I sent pictures to management. Besides that everything has been OK. Rent increase every year is a little much considering no upgrades are done..

                    I love it here. Always helpful! Especially Mantenemce. Main office staff have always been polite and friendly. The grounds are kept beautiful. Apartments are strong and well built. I feel safe here..Bathroom is large enough to be comfortable. I really like living here.

                    I wanted to give a one star based on the noise level alone. The walls are paper thin and I constantly hear my neighbors blaring music. I can even hear them snoring at night sometimes. I get woken up early in the morning even on weekends to dogs barking outside my window. The trash area is completely disgusting. As in people just leave their trash outside of the compactor area for someone else to pick up for them. The hallways always have a weird bad smell. I did notice they did some landscaping out front of the building and that looks nice. Maintenance has been helpful. Even though I requested they call me before they enter my apartment and they didn't, they just went right in, which is very intrusive. The lock on the security door keeps getting broken and you can open the door and go right in. That's a safety concern. This same problem has happened over 5 times in the year I've lived here. Overall it is an affordable place to live.

                      The area is nice. The people are friendly. Maintenance is fast and reliable. Great place for small families. Some neighbors can be loud. You can hear people walking sometimes but it's not a deal breaker.

                        Community is alright but the service we receive sometimes it's not worthy of the rent that we pay at all. It's very unsatisfying. If we are paying enough and the regular prices it would be nice to receive that service.

                          Completely awful. I wasn't allowed to renew my lease probably because want to upgrade it and rent it out for more. They are doing this to families during COVID so obviously they don't care about you. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

                            In-between Allentown and Philadelphia, lies nice and quiet community that's always interacting with some kind of event every month. It's been satisfying to live here and I never thought that such a decently priced place would be found in such a quick amount of time.

                              If you want to live in a place that is filled with bugs and touches of the landlord special everywhere all while paying hundreds more than the apartment is actually worth? Do you enjoy having a broken shower that never gets fixed despite multiple times calling? Do you hate having windows that open because you hate cool breezes? Do you want to get punished during a global pandemic because you weren't able to go to their office during the absolutely minimal time they're actually in there to renew your lease so it got auto renewed and got your rent increased? If not I'm sure you'll enjoy the free dog park no one uses as thw real BEST spot is right behind the buildings all along the bedrooms at 7am. If you like the idea that the lawn recieves more care than the buildings then you'll LOVE IT HERE. If this all sounds great well buckle up this is the place for you! If not, I suggest living anywhere else and using the money you saved for no longer having to stock up on bug spray to buy yourself and partner a lovely dinner out, maybe even dessert too

                                No one show up for the maintenance, when ever you call. They are like we have many apartments to fix. they'll show up and nothing happen. They'll give a excuse all the time. we don't have that guy and etc...

                                  I feel like the bad slightly outweighs the good here. It's cheaper than anywhere else in the area, which is great, but with that come a lot of issues. Grounds is kept up at a select few buildings and otherwise it's a mess and there are weeds all over the place. Maintenance is super friendly and they're quick to respond, but they don't always seem to do the full job/sometimes another problem is created by their solution. Management's response to a number of vacant apartments is to charge the people currently living here more and more (a $10 fee was added a year or two ago and this year we're also going to have to pay water, which used to be covered and will be impossible for them to actually track). They definitely do not care about the people living here but make it nearly impossible to get out of your lease by requiring you to give a written response of leaving 90 days prior to your lease ending (and you can't find a new apartment that far out).

                                      I feel discriminated, it's been over 4 years that I lived there and Now they decide not renewing my lease without any explanation, I never never miss on my rent payment, when I called the leasing office the lady name Alice was very rude and disrespectful, she told me if I don't leave by November I will get evicted, I asked to speak to the manager she said she will let her know to give me a call back and 2 weeks later no one call

                                        While community and noise is okk, there are a lot to pick out from in terms of issues in the house. We found a mouse in the house, There are water stuck at the bottom of the dishwasher which we never used, never ran, garbage disposal broke, the way the wire is clamped for that is hazardous, life threatening. the whole drainage or filtering system for dishwasher and sink is bad. its messed up.

                                          My experience at Hatfield Village has been mostly a positive one. All of the representatives in the office have been very helpful and upbeat and willing to offer solutions to any concerns. My only dissatisfaction with an ongoing issue is not something that the office can remedy: the unwillingness of certain residents in my building to properly close inside door so that it locks. I usually check it at 1am and properly close it. And, Maintenance Dept seems to be understaffed. While the Maintenance personnel are always respectful and courteous and do a fine job, I have had situations where the work needed is started and promised to come back to finish, the "come back" didn't happen. Note: Stefanie and Chris have been outstanding.

                                            I have always had a pleasant experience. Maintenance is prompt when fixing repair, and the office staff are always pleasant. My only issue would be other tenants not respecting the property. Sometimes they leave trash all over.
