Nice community. Friendly people overall. Residents are constantly made aware of what's going on in the community such as fun activities, lost and found or if there are any issues being resolved (sewer issues etc), which makes living here a comfortable experience. There are quite few trails nearby that you can enjoy in the summer time. Doing laundry is easy, reasonable cost and convenient. The team is always available to answer any question or solve any issue you may have. Overall my stay here was great. My stay was short (1 year) but it felt like home just in few weeks.

For the most part I don't have any complaints. I have to deal with a loud neighbor that doesn't care and loves to slam the doors. Also, people love to leave their trash outside of the trash bins instead of putting it in the trash which I have to climb over to put my trash where it belongs. The police are constantly going into the community so their are concerns about the safety in the community. My biggest gripe is the amount that rent goes up every year, I don't know how people can afford to stay long, which causes people to not care about the community because of high turnover.

Great community, very friendly. Clean environment with lots to do. However, the condition of the apartments isn't so great, constantly falling apart. Takes weeks of persistent nagging to get something done.

Horrible experience. Dog crap everywhere that people don't like to clean up. Neighbors with kids screaming EVERYDAY. If you're stuck in the apartments by the woods, you'll never find parking! In my apartment, the person below or above smokes weed and that's all I ever smell. It's very annoying. Who uses paint for the tub and now the paint in the tub comes off and we have to shower with a half blue and white tub

This the best place to leave, great management and maintenance team. Lots of activities place in this community. And also pet friendly. Easy to commute. Lots of shopping stores near by... rent are affordable on this time.

The leasing agent is excellent in every way. Knowledgeable, responsive, handled all the details. The place is so quiet, the apartment beautiful and practical for my needs. The price is fabulous. The grounds are beautiful and most any kind of recreation right here - pool, tennis courts, picnic area, playground. It's a big complex with more buildings that I expected at first glance. Easy access to major highways, large shopping complexes a few minutes away but several miles along a major highway. Lots of local shops too but the complex is surrounded by quiet residential neighborhoods. The price is so good I can hardly believe it. Whoever planned this place is a genius

I think this is a total waste of money. You make your residents pay top dollar to live in an apartment this is cheap, falling apart, and trashy. There are termite infestations and the apartment is literally falling apart. There is mold growing. Windows and walls are cracking. A/C units don't work. The ceiling was basically falling in. The drains are clogged every other day. The maintenance people act like you're disturbing them when you call. The walls are paper thin. It is definitely overpriced for the quality you get. We are not renewing our lease and will make sure to leave plenty of reviews so others are warned.

Best garden style apartments in this area, lots of amenities to offer families. It is a very diverse community, i love it. Has so much space for great morning joggers or walkers. This place is very pet friendly.

At first, this community was decent for the price. The layout of the apartment does not allow for ventilation in the kitchen. Everything you cook lingers! Also, maintenance is subpar and unwilling to fix many issues. My front door does not close properly so I can always smell the neighbor's AWFUL cooking. It's awful to get woken up from your own bedroom by somebody else's ---- cooking. Neither maintenance nor the leasing office care or are willing to fix this issue. The walls are also quite thin, so noise carries well. If you like awful neighbors and nothing getting done, this is the place for you!

Extremely noisy neighbors , screaming kids , kids running in hallways and up and down stairs. one washer and dryer for 12 apartments is not enough , hot water runs out a lot. Only one recycling container.

Hatfield Village Apartments raises your rent EVERY year by at least $25. Sometimes more. There are potholes everywhere and have been for over half a year. There seems no motivation to fill them. The grounds are pretty.

Lovely beautiful community filled with great staff,neighbors. Also enjoy having the dog park,swimming pool, gym,basketball courts all accessible. If people are looking for a apartment to rent I will definitely recommend them to Hatfield village ??

Below average pipes break, water is cold, unpredictable noise, my neighbor snores so loud it keeps me awake a night, the dumpster is always full of trash and attracts foxes and raccoons. It also smells terrible. A branch fell on my car because there isnt ansy tree maintenance. I cant wait to be gone from here.

It's been great! I have been living here for 3 years and it is always clean and grounds kept up. I would definitely recommend this to people. Close to schools and close to shops. Has variety of parks and kids are entertained.

It's been a very nice place to live. The staff are very helpful and pleasant and the maintenance are lovely and prompt. The area is surprisingly quiet and friendly. The park and pool are a must if you have kids. Very good all around.

No experience, come from work, eat and sleep. It's fine, I requested to check the air conditioning, maintenance should take care today, Monday the air conditioning not working the other one in the bedroom is moldy, noisy and keep working Ll can cause me a chest problem, but I am sure they will changed for me. Otherwise No problem. Office people are very nice and professional no problem. Thanks

Facilities are good , front office is very helpful and maintenance does it's job tho with some of the crew could use a little more courtesy.Overall there is nothing bad to say , tho some improvement would not hurt , especially on security cameras inside and outside since the complex is open to the public with three entrance/exits facing main streets.

This was a great place when we first moved in but like everything else, has declined over the years. They try to get away as cheaply as possible when doing repairs and upgrades. They focus on improvements more then maintaining what is already here. The worst being the roads and parking lots. The potholes are out of control and they do nothing to fix them. And repairs done to things in our apartment are always done as cheaply as possible. They just don't seem to care about the residents here anymore, just saving as much as they can to get things done. It is a shame because the area these apartments are located is really nice. They are close to shopping and have plenty of parks and open space close by. Hatfield itself is a great area to live in just maybe not these apartments.

They don't care about their residents. Even with being placed into a water flooded apartment I had to pay to move to another one. There is slow response time from the office and you can only get laundry card during business hours ??

Hatfield Village is a nice place to live. Good location (close to almost anything you need. The staff is very helpful and does what they can to make living there easy. The amenities are great ( pre covid ). Looking forward to things opening back up this year.

It is a RIP OFF!!! I Moved here almost 5 years ago the rent goes up every year but the quality does not. They do choppy work to cover up things never fix them properly. place SUCKS can't wait to LEAVE
