services are very nice except roads in the community and in last winter snow removing activities were very slow which should be improved.Before that snow removers were working in night time when snow fall stop.

Safe and decent but wouldn't want to stay here longer than a year or two. I moved here after a divorce and it serves its purpose. Biggest drawback is no laundry in the apartment, just one washer and one dryer in the basement for 12 units. Also the water is turned off frequently for repairs (water main breaks, hot water heater replacement, etc) for several hours at a time. Also noisy neighbors are a nuisance. Walls are ok but floor and ceiling let you hear conversations and footsteps from above and below. Rules are NOT enforced (smoking areas, propping doors open, etc) and staff won't get involved in complaints about neighbors. Basically the cheap price comes with problems but if that's OK with you then I can say I feel safe here and the grounds are very enjoyable. Amazon hub on premises makes package delivery easy.

Poor maintenance Many calls for maintenance with little or no results or follow up. Many carpet nails exposed and we were told to buy our own carpet pieces to lay over many areas to prevent more injuries to our feet! Also broken ceiling alarm never replaced or fixed!! ( no follow up) water damage in front wall not repaired and probably growing mold in wall! Broken Bathroom door handle never replaced and when in the middle of the night when my daughter was locked in bathroom for almost an hour after calling for assistance the man who came to help was suspiciously " not in a clear frame of mind". And the door handle still has yet to be fixed or replaced after many months! Just to name a few...

The apartment is all over good. But it should have a balcony. Sometimes suffocation occurs when on the winter all side of the apartment stay tightly close. Sometimes apartment outside stay so dirty,Specially stairway.We stay pet free apartment. But we hear dog's barking from another apartment. It is very disappointed.

BEWARE!!This apartment complex, is not what it seems to be and is falsely advertised. There is only 1 person of staff that is amazing at her job. It is extremely expensive, the walls are not connect to the floor, the water is ridiculously temperamental,the building always smells of weed, the heat is barely works, their is always bugs/bees from under the Crack between wall/floor, their are so many issues. The staff are somewhat decent... this place is not all that cracked up to he. Stay away!!

I was very excited to move here since it was my first apartment. Now looking back, I was ignoring a lot of red flags about Hatfield Village. The pandemic has changed a lot about the way the community runs and I totally understand that, but I have never before been treated with so much disrespect from Joanne, the property manager. Her unprofessionalism is exactly why I could not wait to move away. It took maintaince almost a month to replace my broken dishwasher and then we just got tired of calling them each week so we started doing repairs ourselves. The lawn is not kept up nicely and the trash compactors are always overflowing. There are a lot of issues with the Hatfield Village and I will never refer my friends or family to live in such a nasty environment.

Had a great experience when looking for an apartment, Trisha was great in answering my questions and helping me with what i needed..She help me find a studio apartment within my area is very nice the only complain i have is that the doors slam when tentants enter and the noise bothers. Other than that i recommend this apartments

We love being here for the most part, the community is nice and there's a fair amount of things to do. We do have a few issues within out personal apartment that we need help with; mainly issues with the dishwasher and a few leaks that can't seem to be solved. We also have a few loud neighbors but have had some of those issues resolved. I would recommend to people to stay here if they were able to, we enjoy being here for the cost

These apartments are not home. The quality of the apartments is patchwork. Every project here ends with that's good enough. None of my windows close or lock properly. When I complained about it, I was told I just couldn't close or lock the windows because I was pregnant. After days of complaining, they agreed to replace only one of the 5 windows. The price of the apartments does not reflect the quality. They are not kid or family friendly. Children are only welcome if they hardly play outside. No where to ride or keep bikes. The playground often has people smoking & using foul language, which is not an environment I want my children around. The roads & parking lots of the complex have pothole craters everywhere. This is my last year living here & I cannot wait to move out.

I've had a great experience since moving into Hatfield Village. It's clean and the leasing office and maintenance team are very friendly and helpful. It's very pet friendly which is perfect for my dog and I.

My experience was pretty terrible. I was repeatedly harassed by my neighbor and had countless maintenance issues that never seamed to be fixed. We also lost water a lot but there was never compensation for that happening. The washer and dryer were always broken and there were roaches in the hallway.

I love living in this community. It's calm, quiet, and safe. The management are very professional and flexible, anytime I've had issues paying for rent they helped where necessary. For the price of the apartments, it's a great value.

Pleasant experience defined by our building neighbors. Overall appearances well maintained but buildings have no soundproofing between floors, literally none, and rental decisions often are not well decided; e.g, families with multiple children placed in 1-BR building with more occupants than building codes allow.

This is a very large community managed by folks who appear to be generally overwhelmed by the scope of their individual responsibilities. Water and sewer problems are a never ending hassle for staff and tenants.

Not good, they are not easy to get ahold of for anything. Maintenance went into my apartment when I wasn't there with no warning. I am extremely disappointed in the way they handled everything as well.

For the most part the apartment is a great place to live. The last two years the apartment complex has seem to go down hill. The office management does not get back to you in a timely manner. During the snow and ice season no one salted or cleaned the roads until 3 days later. A few times maintenance entered the apartment for minor issues without letting me know. The noise and smells of the neighbors do get into your apartment

rude loud neighbors. haven't felt safe living here especially with COVID. I can smell every meal every neighbor cooks from my bedroom and bathroom which means that all the germ particles from their homes and hallway are in my own apartment

Overall not bad. Maintenance good. Upholding community standards? Not so much. Many issues I have had with other residents have gone unresolved. Residents not contacted directly, rather in vague, passive aggressive communications hung in public areas of the building in an attempt to avoid confrontation.

We enjoyed living at Hatfield Village Apartments. It was a difficult time because of the pandemic but both the office personnel and maintenance staff were always there when we needed them. We were always well informed of what was going on in the community.

This complex does NOT care for it's tenants. The kitchen pipes needed to be redone and took over 12 hours to fix, and work was done until 1AM. I have had Maintenance workers come in to fix a clogged tub and curse the whole time while my three small kids were present. Windows and doors never shut properly. Had to have the Air Conditioner unit replaced three times over seven years because of how cheap they are. A tree from their property fell on my car and THEIR insurance never paid so I am out a $8,000 because of their negligence. Carpets are cheap and was told by a carpet cleaning company you can't clean them because they will just fall apart. Dishwasher is not properly installed so you can feel when it is windy outside. If any of your neighbors cook you can smell it coming from the sink because no proper insulation was installed.

The folks that work here (front office, maintenance, etc.) are very kind. The price for the 1 bedroom is excellent. The floor boards are super noisy and you can hear the people above you walking. Some of the neighbors are friendly and some are incredibly rude. One neighbor has his own "parking spot" and intimidated anyone that tries to park in "his spot". I had the neighbor above me have a water leak which ran down to my apartment which caused my walls to be ruined. Maintenance barely painted or fixed my walls. I give this place a C. If you can afford more, do it.

As a current resident of Hatfield Village Apartments, I find living here very pleasant. The grounds are beautifully kept. The office staff is friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful. And the maintenance staff is great.

WARNING: DO NOT RENT HERE. I like to give the benefit of the doubt when I see a bad review ("maybe was an isolated event") BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE. Hatfield Village Apartments operates the following way: Your LEASE CONTRACT WILL NOT specify any cleaning charges, but it will say that neither the LEASE or THEM can be brought in for JURY TRIAL, and then charge you (without any type of housing regulation). You are expected (as any other rental) to leave the apartment cleaned -as you found it condition- Which is what I did. BUT STILL they charged me $840 for a CARPET, and $384 cleaning fees ($100 per EACH appliances that WERE ALREADY CLEANED). Maintenance Manager, Christopher Figueroa is rude and simply does NOT CARE AT ALL, stating " I'm not turning anything around" when asked about these exorbitant fees and their rational for replacing an entire carpet over an alleged stain. Moreover, my bathroom roof was basically falling into my head. There were 2 work-orders performed. Yet they are making it seem as if I am accountable for repairs for an apartment that was already falling apart, and new carpets that did not need to be changed in the first place. This is NOT new a apartment complex, THEY WILL STEAL money from you at the end of your lease (even during a PANDEMIC). As other people have told me, but I didn't listened: IT IS NOT WORTH TO RENT HERE. Find another apartment, or at your own risk, know that they will "make up" stains and claims to steal from you. Take as many pictures, videos, and document EVERYTHING. I trusted them, and even with the evidence: initial walkthrough, pictures, and emails I have, they simply DONT CARE AND WILL IGNORE YOU AFTER YOU LEAVE. ( my email is ) And to give more details about my experience: I don't have any kids or dogs, and I'm very clean. When I first moved-in, the carpet and the apartment had a bad/smoke smell. This was documented in the initial walk-through in 2019. So when I left in good terms one year later, I was in shock to get A BILL of $1,224 (coincidently, a similar amount of rent that would have been equal to the deposit). It's even crazier a $840 charge for "one stain in the carpet" when I have pictures showing that the carpet was clean when I left. Yes, the same carpet that since day one was not even clean.
