Apartment...neighbors loud, Complex...too big for me, lived there during COVID so I could not take advantage of the "activities" but still had to pay activity fee, emotional people with guns live there, people do not pick up dog droppings, office will not answer email. Recently became a more attractive community. But there are too many repairs need to be made. And residents that are too disrespectful. .. .

Very friendly and diverse community of people. Willing to assist neighbors if they're in need. Plenty of kids in the areas. Great people with young children. Most people in the development stays to themselves, so you get privacy

Terrible. Grass does not stay cut (areas are missed). Apartment buildings stink from people smoking. The rent is ridiculous for what you get and how you have to live. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The management team has been superb so far. The grounds are well kept and preventative maintenance throughout the property appears to be a priority which is what you want to see. There are plenty of picnic areas and many of the residents take advantage of the outdoor space that is offered.

Love the community, great staff, conveniently located near shopping and work. The complex is always well maintained and very peaceful. I lived here when I first moved to Pennsylvania and so glad to be back here.

Grounds are maintained regularly and management and maintenance people are professional and helpful. I pay my rent online and have never had an issue. Main building door locks can stick sometimes and that can be a real pain if you're lugging in groceries, it's been like this for the last 5 years, and even with new locks. It's not really a big deal for me but the parking lot where I live can also fill up quickly so I need to park down the road sometimes, say about 14 spaces away.

My husband and I have been living here for 3 months. The apartment is fine. The grounds are very nice and it is quite here. We have experienced a number of roaches in our apartment. The complex only has one washer and dryer for 12 families. There should be more than one each at each complex. The hallways and stairwells are dirty and have an odor. The paint on the walls is of poor quality. The A/C should be located higher on the wall. Some tenants who have dogs do not pick up after their dogs. People throw their unwanted mail on the floor by the mail boxes and should dispose of it properly. There is a 15 MPH speed limit which is not respected by some tenants. The large trash dumpsters need to be emptied more often. There is an odor in the warm weather.

The leasing office has generally been helpful when we have reached out. The biggest issue I have had has been communication with the main point of contact for the maintenance team. It is often difficult to get an answer or any sort of customer service. However, any time members of the maintenance team have come into our apartment to do work, they have all been friendly and helpful.

For the price you pay for rent, the size of the apartment is great compared to other apartments in the area. The location of the apartment was great too. Maintenence department doesn't care as much as I would have liked. The window in my bedroom had a 4 inch gap that allowed insects and a draft inside that was never fixed, despite calling multiple times. My curtain rod was falling out of my wall, so they came in to move it a few inches and left giant holes in the wall from where the rod was originally placed. I had to call them to request them to spackle the holes closed. When they did this, they did not clean up after themselves, leaving spackle dust all over my bathroom, and plastic wrappers. One time when I was not home, they entered my apartment to check on the pipes for the below unit and never disclosed that information, so when I came home, it looked like someone had broken into my apartment. My kitchen furniture was misplaced, the cabinet doors were wide open and my bathroom fan and lights were left on as if they used my bathroom. It took months for a cockroach problem to be settled because the exterminator only leaves traps and refuses to spray. I had to take matters into my own hand by spreading borax and cockroach repellent around my apartment weekly. At least once a month I would receive and email about a water line being shut off for various apartment buildings.

I enjoy calling Hatfield Village home! The staff is friendly and have been extremely helpful with my needs. Maintenance is excellent and the staff are easy to work with! The community is well kept and pleasant. Highly recommend. Awesome job Hatfield Village?keep it up!! :)

Horrible, old buildings where things are always falling apart and management never fixes anything well. Maintenance is rude. Amenities always beaking apart. Pool needs to be replaced, and no life guard on duty and no sign stating that the person tending to the pool is not a life guard but just looking at your wrist bands to make sure you're a resident. All the company cares about is getting money, but never cares about the residents. Its easy to make things look pretty on the outside, but you need to actually take the time to fix things without complaining about having to fix things or ignoring residents in order to have a positive living experience.

The Tatfield Village Apparents are a great place to live for many reasons,such as first is e quite please and have a lot facilities.They have many playground for kids and adults .Also thay have gym and swimming pool.The district school is very good .Second ,the office and the staff of the Maintnanses are very helpful and friendly.

My kids and I like taking walks around the community when weather permits. The kids like the playground, pool, and soccer court (is a big hit for 1 kid). Close to the stores and the schools. The community is quiet for the most part

This is a great community to live, nice play ground for kids, swimming pool my kids love to be there everyday??quiet , and accessible grocery stores. The staff talk respectfully and the maintenance depart are just too awesome! I love this beautiful community

My experience has been subpar. Some of the maintenance staff are at best underqualified, and the leasing office has done nothing to enforce the verbiage in the lease regarding residents causing any manner of smell in the hallway. My neighbor cook rank, degusting smelling food every day, and the poor ventilation causes the smell to reach in to my bedroom from their kitchen down the hallway. I have complained dozens of times to the leasing office and they have done exactly nothing. I am ecstatic to be moving in 3 weeks, living here has been a miserable experience.

Office management is not friendly and Maitenance needs to be begged and called multiple times to get issues resolved. I've discussed how often they've made things difficult but nothing ever gets done and we never get apologies or plans on how to make things right

We've had a good experience at this community not really any issues at all. The only real problem is people who don't live at our building parking at ours taking up spots for our building. Besides that we have only had 1 issue with maintenance not coming out to fix a problem when they stated they would.

Not good it's terrible over priced bad roads on the property noisy and nosy neighbors especially when u occupy the down floor ur in for a nightmare. No privacy takes forever for clean ups laundry is so bad

Everything is great except maintenance could be a little more specific with feedback and details. And the park shouldn't allow outside kids to wander in. I've overheard moms feel unsafe about this. Other than that, everything else is handled super super well. I'm happy here.

Overall a great place to live. Few things do need to be upgraded within the apartments like Heating and Cooling (exp. Heaters, AC, weatherproofing windows). I love living here with my kids I feel safe within the community. Do wish the Maintenance team would communicate better in a way to solve a problem rather than skimming by an issue with a quick fix.

I've been living here for 8 yrs. Like anything else, this complex has its good and no so good things, after this many years I can say is a good place for living, at least the building wherevI live ,is quiet and clean pretty everybody resect each other. The laundry machines are in good condition,...I've seen like over crowded buildings. But mine is just perfect, not too many people. Quiet clean, good place to live.

Overall not a bad experience living at Hatfield Village. Maintenance issues do take quite a long time to be addressed (appliances not working, exterior building doors don't lock or keys don't work, etc.). Leasing office and maintenance staff are pretty helpful and respond fairly quickly to voicemails and emails.

They don't explain well the contract , when you call Maintance there's a lady that she is rude answering the phone , the day that is no parking assign but I have a big problem with the neighbors because of that . Just check the reviews and you will see
