The lack of security cameras really sets the tone. There are hit and runs in our home parking spots and no way to know who did it. The people here are mostly nice but crime does definitely occur and for the property managers to completely remove themselves from any accountability for safety will surely catch up with them sooner or later, especially as prices rise and you attract a crowd with higher expectations. There are small defects in the units which are an inconvenience, such as the fact that none of the fixtures are level (90degree angles), including the bathtub shelf which doesn't sound like a big problem but it gets old fast. The contractors who complete repairs take up to 2 months to complete some of the jobs asked of them. The people who you attract at the current price point probably won't fuss about it too much, but like I said, if the prices continue to rise you will probably have a lot more unsatisfied tenants and start to garner quite a bit of negative attention. Overall my experience at this apartment has been a 3/5. I don't mind it too much.

Rent goes up and up, service is poor. Outside residents come and drop there trash in dumpsters that our rent pays for. Smell outside in summer is terrible from dumpsters. Appliances in apartments are ancient and not efficient.

Development is ok. Employees are nice. Maintenance team try to handle request in a timely manner. Been here almost 3 years and have not had many issues. Love the different activities to provide for the tenants in the complex.

The grounds are well-kept, no trash around. However the actual unit quality is not great. The windows don't quite fit the frames so you can hear most outdoor noise regardless of what floor you are on. For the most part, it's a quite community.

The women who are in the leasing office are awesome. The maintenance guys are nice but have no idea what they are doing, I have had nothing but issues since the 2nd month I moved in and continue to still have issues to this day that they dont care to fix even when I reach out to them.

I have lived here for under a year but honestly I have nothing negative to say. My neighbors and the families in the community are very nice and respectful and every time I have any type of issues in my apartment maintenance is here in a timely fashion. I do hope I will reside here long term.

This building needs to be renovated because the original work is cheap, and there is a lot of mold cover up and not removal. And there is a lot of band aid work instead of really fixing the problem. And the water is shut off almost at least once monthly.

Maintenance isn't the greatest. Had a problem with our windows multiple times and it's still not fixed. Our neighbors above us are loud at all hours of the day. I complained and they said a letter was sent but it doesn't seem like it did anything.

The office personnel is very friendly and very helpful the maintenance people are very kind polite and they come quickly the grounds are beautiful the pool is great there's a playground for the kids I'm not just all kinds of things right there on the property to do

Bye and large very positive, yet suffering from an injury at the complex and the company's insurance is playing games! I am less than pleased with the fact the grounds aided to the condition but to be put in this spot though I tried to be stand up is frustrating! The office and maintenance were wonderful the insurance other story! Leaving me with no choice will have to contact lawyers.

My roommates and I have loved living here. It was our favorite place we toured and we still love it. Everyone is super nice and we are in a great area. The only thing I could even say is the new Zego App for paying rent could use some redesigning, but that's not the complex itself.

Overall, I enjoy living in this community, but a few things can be done in order to make my experience more pleasant. At times, the main lobby/outside of the apartment accumulates some litter and it takes a while to get it cleaned up. Aside from that, I appreciate all the hard work being done by maintenance and other workers.

Great apartment! Super roomy, lots of closet space! The grounds are also beautiful and everyone seems to be super nice. The only thing is I moved in as a single person with a graveyard shift at my job and there seems to be a lot of families, I happen to live across from one with two toddlers that scream all the time. The walls are generally good with noise but the doors are terrible and let any sound in, and boy do these kids scream.

Leasing staff was quick, courteous and knowledgeable; I was shown a sample apartment next day after contact and committed 24 hours later. The process was simple (on line until lease signing). Lease is clear and comprehensive. Requests for maintenance are easy to submit (on line as well as by phone). The maintenance staff is very responsive, polite and efficient. The buildings are secure with laundry facilities in my building. Amazon hub taking Amazon and UPS deliveries - very convenient. Grounds are beautiful with many options for families, kids. A nice fitness center. Quiet peaceful location but still very close to shopping. Verizon or Comcast for internet. It's a great place to live.

Ok..not great but also not bad, tenants don't lock the building door, tenants speed through the parking lot. Some of the amenities are good and I've been enjoying those (gym and ect) turn around around time to fix issues are good

Overall it's been a good experience. Any concerns with pests have been dealt with immediately and I can always count on maintenance looking into my requests as soon as possible. The only drawbacks I've experienced is the parking lot where most people are flying past and the laundry facilities. I take my laundry out because our laundry room smells like trash and I find it strange that 12 units share just one washer and dryer. Other than those two things it's been a nice place and community to live in.

Dirty, dirty dirty! I've never had to kill so many bugs of different types at the SAME time- alllll the time! Hallways are dirty, store units are disgusting (and not even lit- have to use my own flashlight) and outside is beyond dirty and gross. From cobwebs and trapped bugs all over the front doors to having to figure out how to walk to and from your car without stepping into over 5inches of puddle water or into straight mud (the grass is basically gone). And don't even get me started on maintenance (or lack there of). HATFIELD VILLAGE SUCKS- go elsewhere!

Move-in was a success. Any issues that needed to be taken care of was done within 24 hours since none of the concerns were for an emergency. We enjoy the diversity in the community and the access to the nearby stores. Our unit is really nice and spacious! The only slight is probably the one washer and dryer in our building. However, we are close to a laundromat. Overall, I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a spacious and nice apartment with an even better community!

I totally love living here in Hatfield village. It is a lovely place with many great people. The community is safe and the Hatfield police department are some of the nicest officers I've met. Many folks from all over the world who live here in Hatfield are great and all of our children get along with each other. The staff here are great. From the front office to the maintenance crew. I feel we are all family.
