I feel this apartment is very overpriced for such an outdated apartment. I guess they think they can put a granite counter to in your kitchen and raise your rent when practically everything else does not work properly. Also you must supply your own lighting in the bedrooms, living room and hallway which in the case of the long hallway, is nearly impossible. There is 1 washer and 1 dryer for 12 apartments. No storage that is reliable. Dining room light flickers(fire hazard), dishwasher does not dry dishes and they charge each apartment for sewer and water every month of which the cost just keeps rising. I say look elsewhere because while it is spacious for the master. bedroom, you'll probably get more for your money elsewhere. Especially if your a single parent or grandparent trying to afford it on your own.

noisy - neighbors upstairs, neighbors on same floor; laundry room next door - hear all the time through kitchen wall and through front door. storage room door RIGHT NEXT door to front door. Was not told about switch in kitchen wall high up to change from heater to ac power.

The apartments are a good size, with space to spread out. Ample parking and community spaces for activities. Community is working on increasing amenities to fit many people's likes/preferences. Within short distance or stores and nearby towns.

Maintenance don't do their job. They make you clean and do their job. They will tell you that there is no problems just so they don't have to do anything. No cameras on property. Car got broken into. People will hit your car doors and not say anything. Car has more scratches and dents since moving here.

More washers and dryers are needed per building. The community is quiet for the most part. The maintenance team is very helpful and very fast. But yeah. More washers and dryers are a must for each building.

Cockroaches will be in apartment, building hallway always stinks, expensive rent + all utilities, neighbors will be loud. Only one washer/dryer per building. Maintenance has gone into apartment without permission several times.

Very nice community, quiet and beautiful. It has a pool playground and grills for events. Everything is close by. Like Walmart, target, the mall, wawa. It's also in a very good school district. I'm very happy I decided to live here. Only thing I wish it had was a big community laundromat.

It's overpriced and the management company is a little insane and overbearing about certain things. The office staff is rude and unhelpful and honestly the only nice thing I can say is about the maintenance team? they're amazing. Very fast and friendly to resolve maintenance issues.

The staff is nice and helpful. I have lived here for years because of costs! A lot has changed from when I was getting for free. But I know it's a business decision. I would love to get two things fixed like my bathtub that needs to be resurfaced and my screen that has be destroyed by landscapers. I know things take time. God bless

This is an okay complex. They take decent care of the grounds, but the apartments are fairly costly for the amenities provided. For example there is only one washer and dryer per building for 12 apartments which you have to pay for. And the electric baseboard heat is costly in the winter. I pay about $1300 a month for a 1 bedroom. Before moving here I used to pay $1500 for a 2 bedroom that had a balcony, in unit washer and dryer and natural gas heat.

Joanna is amazing. She is always available and listens to all concerns, questions and she will do what she can to help. The apartment itself needs upgrading, the carpets should be renewed at least every 3/5 years or so. Paint should be touched up. I will not stay much longer, It is a great start up apartment and it is convenient to all shops.

Great community. Friendly, clean, fun. My family and I love it here. Everyone from mantience to the leasing office have been very helpful. Our kids enjoy the pool and playground. We love the events the community provides.

The amenities promised to me have not been followed through on? for example I was not able to rent the community room, I am not able to purchase a day pass to bring my grandson to the pool nor was I provided with the 2 free day passes promised me on lease signing

Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Main attraction is lots of closet space. Grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is prompt and complete. Nice parkland like surroundings. Convenient to shopping, transportation and city. Major problem is lack of parking in evening due to excessive abandon vehicles.

Decent place. However there are always problems with water pipes and the water in general. Never hot water when you want it or need it. Also the maintenance department is a little slow to respond to certain requests. Plus they would rather spend time putting temporary fixes on issues instead of permanently finding a solution

This place is beautiful with the grounds and amenities. I was shocked when i moved in for a place this big the maintenance staff keeps it very clean. Everytime i have something wrong in my apartment maintenance is quick to respond and always professional

Not the best for now, when I moved in I was told the apt was ready to go and everything was new. I got holes on the window frame. bugs and wind come in like it was their own place, need to turn heat up at 80 for the place to be at about 65 so your electric is out the roof, last place I lived was Poconos and the house had no insulation and my electric was cheaper. Good luck getting maintenance. Hade the tub in the bathroom leaking on the hot water side and it took them4 daus to fix and this woul be the second tim in 3 months the had to fix it. I still have spackle on my bathroom wall from a repair they did on December 0f2022 and is March 2023 the problem with bugs is insane even with the provided exterminator. Neighbors are pigs and leave trash all over the carpeted stairs and have abandoned cars in the parking lot. They never cleaned the place when I moved, counters are burnt cabinets and microwave are dirty with grease. Most of the staff are very friendly

Maintenance didn't take care of any of our issues seriously then wrote they fixed it when they didn't. Front desk always had an attitude. Neighbors would break the door so it was never secure. The residents let their dogs poop and never picked it up so I couldn't let my child play outside in the grass. Neighbors above us had no consequences for slamming things jumping at all hours of the night. Pick somewhere else to live.

I wish when we first moved in they mentioned people were allowed to smoke. The smell creeped into our apartment every time someone smoked, and when talking to the main office multiple times, they gave us a smoke filter. After living here for four years, they finally made a rule against smoking around the common areas like the hallway and the entrances to the apartment. Maintenance people are nice, but sometimes they take a long time to complete a job. We had a major request to get our floors fixed. Parts of the floor in the living and dining room were caving in and it took them 6 months to get around to it. We constantly talked to them as well as the front office about our issue since putting that request on their site. After the job was done, they (the contractors they hired) showed/told me what they did to the floor. When they left, I checked the whole floor and while some areas seemed better than before, there are still multiple areas that need attention. We were also told by maintenance that a separate person would come to tuck the carpet and shampoo it. We'll he did one of those things and left. Called maintenance about it and they said, "Oh his schedule is too busy, you'll have to make a separate appointment". Unless this is the only place you can afford, don't move here

So far not that pleasant. Instead of contacting me about an issue you went straight to court proceedings (i have insurance for rent so it was covered) it ended up being a mistake due to your system. I ended up having to pay 2x normal amount in 1 month.

Overall it's a great community. Very well maintained and very friendly staff. The only issue I have is with residents that don't clean up after their dogs, leave cigarettes buds, trash outside. I think having more dog trash cans around the community might help and may be strict rule for trash and cigarettes trash. I can't afford another vet visit for my dog because of eating cigarettes. I have seen some dog owners cleaning up after other people and that is not fair. I'm just venting. But I enjoy my walks with my dog. It's so beautiful in all seasons. I'm hoping to stay for a while just because of the staff.
