We enjoy to stay with this apartment company and office staff is cooperative and friendly anytime. Also maintenance staff are very helpful nature all time. Safety is excellent and my apartment all neighbors are cooperative all time. Thank God we are safe ?? in this community.

I think the community is great. I personally do not go to the events however, my neighbors are nice, the staff is always courteous and the maintenance m, when needed, is done promptly and well. The fact that there are events occasionally is a bonus that I don't partake in, but others may, and I appreciate it all the same. The community grounds are also well kept. Overall I'd recommend this community to anyone looking

Not many issues other than the appearance of ants or roaches. The complex has decent upkeep, the community is never to loud. Has good activities for the kids and good activities nearby. Some renovations would be nice, but the apartment sizes are spacious.

I moved in here in 2001, his complex has grown and improved many amenities that are offered regarding which apartment you choose to rent. The office staff is extremely helpful and answering all your questions and concerns. The maintenance department do a great job and answering your calls, resolving your issues and maintaining much of how this complex looks. It's close and convenient to main highways, grocery stores parks, bike paths and various shopping complexes.

This maintenance staff was very professional very nice very courteous my aunt is in a wheelchair and he showed her all of what to do while I was in bed with two ice packs on my head because of a bad headache but he still explained everything that we had to do and fixed everything that he had to do

Moved in to the unit in 2007, no upgrades in that duration of times. Kitchen could use a refresh. Only intermittent issues with water leaks. Amazon hub was a good addition, current construction work is in progress seems to be pipe related.

Location and amenities are great. Rent increased 300 to renew which for my outdated apartment was ridiculous. Can rent community room for 500 but get absolutely nothing for it. You have to clean top to bottom and take out all of your trash. You are paying that much for a space that is locked and not used otherwise.

The neighbors are noisy, there is a lot of leaks and bugs throughout the year I've lived here. Maintenance responses quickly but the problem isn't always solved. I like the size of the apartment and the closeness to stores and entertainment.

During this 14-month contract, things haven't gone badly for me here at this residence. Many things are close by. When I first arrived, the apartment was infested with pests, but everything was brought under control. Now everything is fine.

Staff is great, maintenance responds to service requests quickly. Good amount of privacy, and a lot of different things to do on the grounds (pool, sports center, gym, parks, trails, etc.). Rent is a little high but not as bad as everywhere else. Allows pets!

It's quiet, pretty roomy, and the people are nice. Stores and restaurants are pretty close by, and it's right in the middle of all the major highways. It's peaceful enough that deer walk by so often you'd think they had an apartment.

My favorite kind of day is when the day starts off on the cool side as the sun beings to rise I rise. I get up drink some water, stretch and a few sit ups are ideal. I pick out my newest pair of walking shoes and I get out and start moving. I have to be careful because as the sun rises I get excited. I set out to walk not to run that's different stretches and different shoes.
