Love the community. It is very quiet and the residents are very nice and respectful. I feel very comfortable and safe in my unit. The management office were very responsive with my requests for maintenance.

It's a nice complex in general. The office staff are always helpful, and the maintenance staff have always solved any issues properly and in a timely manner. The layout of the complex is nice, the only issue is the buildings addresses. The don't seem to have any order to them, and it's very confusing to find a particular building upon entering the complex, especially coming in the school road and back entrances

Everyone is very polite and respectful, and office staff are always very punctual and proactive about alerting the community to important work and events that are occurring within the community. The units are very well maintained, and it's fairly easy to keep it clean and comfortable, and just make it feel like a little home.

The Maintenance is on time and professional and they do a great job. The Landscaping is well kept. The staff is amazing and always willing to help if you have a problem. We like living here. and will probably stay for awhile

Been in Hatfield village going on 9 years no bad experience anytime. Anything broke. Maintenance was there and took care of the issue off. The staff is always really nice. Always takes care of you. They have a pool, pool and a workout area, and an area for you cook out. They have a little doggy park Nice quiet community to walk around.

So far, I have only spent 4 nights in my studio apartment. I have found the staff very helpful and friendly. The apartments themselves are older but seem to be kept up well. Over grounds are also kept up.

I love living at Hatfield Village Apartments. The staff are amazing and most of my neighbors are friendly. The Maintenance team does a fantastic job keeping the place up to date and beautiful. I highly recommend living here.

Hatfield Village Apartments is a standard cheap apartment. It had adequate space, but the AC system leaks sometimes. and gets to the flooring. My room has no ventilation so it gets hot in the summer.

Hatfield village Apartments is a great place to rent. All staffs are polite and friendly. I have been living here since 2020 and still residing. Giant place and has all other facilities like gym, pool and kids playground.

So far I've had a pleasant experience. I had some problems but the community went above and beyond to solve them and make sure we were happy. The maintenance has been wonderful and the community members and staff have been so pleasant thus far.

Never ever rent here!!!

Besides black mold and a front door to the building that is always broken and never locks, they are trying to charge me thousands of dollars after I gave over 30 days notice and vacated the unit early, leaving it able to be rent ready asap. I was never told that if I vacated when I did that I would be charged this. The place is also old, dirty, unsecure and unsafe. Contacting channel 6 call for action, a lawyer and several state agencies on this one!

Go with your gut…

They’re offering current tenants $1,000 to bring in new people. That should tell you everything. Three months in and we already regret signing this lease. Everyone’s standards are different I guess. We’ve had roaches, ants, a peeling tub, and carpet that lifts at the edges. There are no sidewalks, so you’re walking in the street, and there are no security cameras. A resident was recently assaulted and the only reason there’s any footage is because someone’s personal Ring camera caught it. It was all over social media before management finally sent out an email—and that only happened because people were asking questions. One morning, I even found a salamander in my dog’s water bowl. None of our windows were open. When I brought it up, I asked for a structural review. They just sprayed for the ants and didn’t seem concerned about anything else. The laundry situation is disgusting. Each building gets one washer and one dryer (looks like they’re from the 90s), and you have to walk to a different building just to load money onto the card. The laundry rooms are dirty, smell bad, and are full of gnats and trash. We’re paying nearly $1,800 a month once you factor in utilities. It’s not the worst place I’ve ever lived, but at that price point, it should be a lot better. Honestly, this apartment would be fine if it were $500-$700 cheaper. I work in marketing, and it’s obvious they don’t pay attention to resident feedback. Their responses to online reviews are clearly automated—they’ve thanked one-star reviews as if they were five. Even before we moved in, the woman at the front desk was so unwelcoming that I told my boyfriend I had a bad feeling. I should’ve trusted that instinct. You can absolutely find something better for the same money. I wish we had

i loved sam. sam was absolutely my favorite part about moving. however i find the random charges to be outrageous. trash bag in the hallway= $100 like that's a bit much. i understand it's in the lease and yea that's your consequence but $50 could have been reasonable enough i wouldn't have done it again. I find the apartment to be too simple and i don't mean just white walls but i always have issues with the closet doors coming off the tracks or the toilet paper rolls in the bathrooms have never made sense. like you're literally reaching behind you to grab it. overall i don't mind the place. i've lived here for 3 years and i never minded it but there's certain things I wish could improve in the future

There is always room for improvement. Security should always be a top priority and sometimes it's overlooked because of the expense. The outer security doors should be checked and serviced more often.
