This is our third apartment in this community and there's always something wrong. Mostly maintenance issues that tend to never get fixed right or at all. It's very frustrating and not okay. Currently feeling unsafe.

Very pleased living in this Community. Excellent service from maintenance department, landscaping company, enjoy different events held here. Excellent staff at leasing office. Friendly residents. Quiet environment

I like to live in Hatfield Apartment because location is very good stores like Giant and Walmart are nearby all facilities like jim swimmingpool and very good park for kids and saftywise good bacause police station is near

Good ?? community to live. Minor problems arise but,are resolved quickly. Happy living here, have nice neighbors. Rent is creeping upwards but reasonable. Nothing more to say.yihthggggggghhhftgg

Overall I feel like my experience at Hatfield Village has been good. I have a Large Studio apartment which is quite large, but I'm definitely overpaying for it. The complex does have a cockroach issue which is unfortunate. There are also a lot of plumbing issues.

Absolutely awful unfortunately. Genuinely from the inside of my apartment inside of the buildings the outside and surrounding areas leave I believe the worst living environments. We reached out to maintenance many times for multiple different reasons whilst living here and they only fixed 2 out of 15 of our issues. We ended up not reaching out to maintenance due to an immensely rude woman answering and never helping our issues saying there would be someone out to our place and me waiting the entire day no one ever came. We dealt with nicotine dripping from the bathroom walls and ceilings, that maintenance kicked us out of our apartment for an entire day never telling us when we could go back and when we did they literally did nothing besides leaving our bathroom light on. We dealt with mold in every inch of both bathrooms. We even expressed this concern and no one ever returned our email. Trash is cluttered throughout and around the building the washer and dryer systems are appalling with brown sludge coming out of the washer and the dryer NEVER drying things so my money was wasted every time I made the decision to never use it and hike all my clothes to my parents which thank god for them or even the laundry mat if I really needed. There was always cars in our parking spots people that didn't live there and Hatfield never did anything about it. Trash bags everywhere and LITERAL HEROINE NEEDLES OUTSIDE MY APARTMENT BUILDING the same building with a bus stop right next door. I use to live here as a kid and I never thought it was this bad but please never live here, especially with your children I stayed here until my one year lease was up and immediately left. We only ever had one nice experience with this community, and that's when we first moved in knowing absolutely none of the previous information, and it's meeting the amazing lady who helped us sign the papers and get our information set. That is my personal experience from this community and I don't support them.

I love living in Hatfield village. All employees are wonderful, nice and considerate. They are family oriented. And have seasonal celebrations. Recently another family needed a larger apartment and there was not one available and they allowed them to extend their lease. To me this is the best thing that could ever happen to any family. They have been great to me, my husband passed away at the end of last year. They have helped me with some of my heavy lifting. They've just been great.

Love it! Staff always so helpful. Hatfield village is truly a family neighborhood as staff has become friends. Always caring for the residents. Truly my home for years to come! I love the amenities too!

So far so good. Neighbors are nice. Apartment is just the right size for the two of us. The amenities are great. Great price compared to other places. Have not had many issues thus far. Still relatively new to the place.

This is a great apartment complex. The staff is very compassionate and understanding. I rent a one bedroom on the ground level. My neighbors are respectful and the property is clean. I am happy so far.

I was very disappointed when we got billed for water usage. Also the method of calculating the water usage should be by individual meter. I'm by myself in a two bedroom think $51.00 is WAY out of line. The $5.00 administrative fee is just plain a way of legally collecting money. The washing machine in our building has been down for a month and a half. What do people do that are handicapped or don't have a car! The grounds here are well taken care of but my kitchen looks like the 60's. People here are allowing their dogs to defacate on the property. As far as maintenance goes.....sometimes I have to call as many as three times. Why is this?

I love it here. Just couple of things. I wish that they would paint the lines in the parking lot again so we can see where we park especially at night when it's dark and hard to see the where the lines are.

Leasing office personnel always pleasant and most important, very knowledgeable. Maintainence dept. is of equality, any issues addressed as promptly as possible and ALWAYS total satisfaction with repairs of any nature. On a 10 STAR SCALE. They get a 10+.

All Apartment are in very good standing , If you have a maintenance problem they are there to help right away. Ther's a pool , Exercise Room , Also a room you can rent for a party to yr like. And much much more give it a chance to find out this is for you and your family or just you.

I have been here for 32 years. Excellent place to live. I love the grounds . I walk a lot and always feel safe. Great employees in the leasing office and the maintenance department. Very good response to any issues.

It would better to double check the apartment is properly checked for any issue whether it's cleaning or maintenance because I had many issue involving dirty spots around the apartment and many bathroom issue including water leaking from wall from the shower head and such.

This apartment complex has roaches!! Maintenance does come around and spray but the roaches live inside of the walls and appliances despite the cleanliness of the current residents. On the plus side, there are evergreen trees planted around the complex.

Overall it has not been bad. The apartment is nice and is close to the pool and a dog park. However we had a few instances where drunk neighbors were laying in the hallway passed out, and maintenance just barges in without much notice in the middle of the night.

Excellent staff and maintenance personnel. Nice community with quiet neighbors. Experienced plumbing issues mostly, however maintenance was reliable. Nice suburban location. Good value overall. Would recommend this property.

Quite community. Residents and staff are nice. Apartments are designed horrible. Walls are thin and appliances are old. No matter what floor you live on, you will get all types of bugs. Community charges for the amenities on top of your rent.

Maintenance responds in a timely manner. The front entry door has not been locked for more than a year, and 9 months or more for the back. Common areas (halls & laundry) require more regular cleaning
