Gets worse every year. AVOID

When we first moved here it was a good place to live for a first “home”. As the years went on the neighbors and management got extremely worse. Neighbors unlock security doors. They blast music and slam doors at all hours of the day. We have filed multiple noise complaints with ZERO help from management. In fact when you call to say something, you get attitude back like you don’t already feel horrible for complaining. They put in a decent dog park, but every time I go in there I step in dog crap. There is also a bug issue that comes and goes. There is only 1 washer and dryer per 12 units and no one seems to know how to share or clean up after themselves. Overall extremely disappointed with this property and will be moving out as soon as the lease is up.

    Well kept community, but neighbors can ruin it.

    I first moved here in 2017 and it was a nice place with nice, respectful neighbors in my building. Over time I’ve noticed the quality in people moving in going downwards. The walls are so thin and people blast their music early in the morning for hours, and I’m surprised the ceiling hasn’t caved with the way the new neighbors stampede all hours of the day and night. The laundry room is one washer and dryer for 12 apartments, and people leave their things in the washer and dryer for hours, not minding anyone else who is trying to get their stuff done, again this has started occurring over the years with new people coming in. The community itself is beautiful and very well kept. Maintenance usually does well when you need something done. My only issue I ever had with them was the paint in my tub is chipping away and the caulk looks awful, when they came to do the paint they said not to use it for a certain time, which I did, and afterwards it started coming off within a few days, they did nothing about the caulking. At this point I just live with it because I don’t think it will be done right. Also there are so many bugs that get inside, and I’m terrified of them. Lastly, my biggest issue was that when I moved in I was asked if I needed a smokers apartment which I denied. When I mentioned a few months ago that people are smoking in our building and the bottom floor smelt like cigarettes and I am a pregnant women that needs to go down there to do laundry, I was told that there are no smoker and non smoker buildings so nothing could be done. If you don’t mind bad neighbors then by all means, move in, it really is a nice place other than that. I will be moving out in Dec.2022 because with the price I now pay, it’s not worth it anymore.

      I have several issues in the apartment that I have called maintenance but nothing is resolved. I have mold in the apartment & in the bathroom, sink clogged, dish washer doesn’t work. Carpet looks bad needs to be replaced. When they put ac in room a hole was left so there’s a draft. But all I get we will look into it. Supposedly my heaters works but I need put it in 90 then lower it. I have rights too.

      We are leaving Hatfield Village more than 4 years. My experience here is great . Here the management is good . They take care about residents need . They take special care about cleaning . At a glance it's a organized community with pool , playground , barbecue arrangement and a lot of natural views.

        So far it's been good. I do see that people are lazy nd don't know how the throw out there trash here. The maintance and head office is good. But I think that you should not charge for the fitness room.

          Maintance takes forever to do what they say. Our rent has gone up 200 dollars since living here. The neighbors are insanely loud and inconsiderate of other people. Calling the office does nothing and there is a lack accountability here.

            I love it here not only have they gone out of the way to help us stay here but you get so much bang for your buck and maintenance is amazingly good. Maintenance is always the complaint I hear most about other apartments but here they get to you within the day and it's done right the first time.

              I am a new resident. Despite that, I have found my experience to be quite pleasant. The grounds are lovely, the facilities more than adequate, and access to the surround area to be plentiful. I can easily access major roads for travel, but maintain a more private,"out of the way" feel. The area is relatively quiet and peaceful, while the apartment itself is comfortable and calm.

                So far so good. Lease application process was smooth, as was signing. Leasing agent was super helpful. Move in was prompt and easy. Have had two maintenance requests so far, and response was prompt as well as courteous. Happy in the 7 weeks I've been here!

                  I can hear everything, every foot step and every conversation. Why are cars allowed on the premises with straight pipes that roars 10 at night and early in the morning like this isn't a community of hard working people that needs to sleep? Paying this much for a property of which I can literally hear every single thing is mind boggling. Management is cool, However the quality of the apartments is not worth the price.

                    Its ok. The rate goes up a lot each year though. Most of the amenities are broken and/or unable to be used most of the time. The washer and dryer in my building (AL1)has been the worst for over 2 years. It takes several times to dry the close which means more money. We have called maintenance several times they continue to say to call the machines company calico. We continue to call them and nothing gets done. There is a broken pipe in the laundry room that their solution was to put a bucket under for the last 2years. There is now what appears to be black mold. If the housing market wasn't so bad right now I would move out right away.

                        It's ok. The price is high for just a one bedroom apartment. It should be a lot lower. You are paying for the amenities though so if you like having a pool and gym at your fingertips then it might be good for you. The air pump and water pump that are "accessible to all residents" don't even work so don't be surprised.

                          The Application and moving in process was fantastic. The manager was VERY responsive. I'm incredibly disappointed in maintenance thinking a whole new carpet is required when only a small square is necessary due to dog damage. I think this is a way for the owner/company can get more money from tenants. I know a bit about carpeting and the response to this issue is beyond ridiculous.

                              Very pricey, doesn't include water, sewer heat or electric. Apartments are nice inside but in the hallways and out front of the unit people leave their trash bags and unwanted mail all in the hallway.

                                We moved into the apartment complex this year, so far it hasn't been too bad. However, you get charged for everything, utilities, laundry, the pool, the gym, the card to the laundry. The neighbors aren't too terrible unless your on a ground or second level, then you hear EVERYTHING above you, which is quite annoying when the neighbors above you are up all hours of the night, stomping and racing around the apartment. Even their dog is running around all hours of the night.

                                    High theft area with Amaxom packages, but leasing agents are great. Lots of amenities to offer and parks nearby. There are two exits to the complex which is helpful as it is a large complex. I wish there was more than 1 washing machine and dryer.

                                      Maintenance always acts like you're wasting their time and a nuisance. The way they are charging for water/sewage now makes no sense. It seems like there's a water emergency in the complex at least twice a week which is absurd.

                                        Gym needs to be clean more often and needs soap and it should be open at 5 am for ppl who work early satisfied w the rest of the apartment the apartment is nice and big enough for myself always parking available and neighbors are very nice

                                          The place is great, some of the maintenance people are nice but some are not. The apartment complex is beautiful but it looks like we're always having issues with the plumbing, at this point, I just do it myself with a plunger.

                                            Good security, police station is just next door, while being close to Giant grocery store, Walmart superstore and a number of eateries of different types. The Complex has the options of either Comcast, or Verizon network for TV, Phone, and internet. It is also close to a mall, Costco, and BJ's wholesale centers.
