It's nice. I love the amenities, swim club, pool, pet park, etc. there are some minor things I dislike about the apartment. there are only two lights, one in the kitchen and the bathroom. in other rooms we need to have our own lamp for the light to work. I wish we had another area to collect our mail due to people wanting to steal packages outside.

It is a good, quiet community . I like living here. There are a few problems that can be improved such as more locations or timely emptying the dumpsters, better management of amazon hub and other means for receiving delivery of packages, and locking the main entrance of the building. Otherwise the community is clean, green and the neighbors are helpful and friendly.

I'm still not happy about paying extra for water & sewer. However, I love my apartment, I love my building and I love the grounds. The staff at the leasing office and maintenance staff are always kind and helpful.

Me gusta mucho el apartamento, las instalaciones del Conjunto y lo bien ubicado qu? se encuentra. Desafortunadamente me he encontrado con algunas situaciones no tan agradabls qu? son importantes resaltar. La primera es el aseo y cuidado de la Torre qu? no es muy constante, he evidenciado qu? pasan hasta 20 d?as sin limpiar la alfombra, las entradas a la Torre y sobre todo el ?rea de lavanderia donde tenemos muy malos olores al parecer por falta de higiene del sitio. El segundo punto y muy importante tambi?n es que tenemos un vecino que todo el d?a consume sustancias sicoactivas en las escaleras de la entrada a la Torre, lo que es muy inc?modo porque no se pueden abrir las ventanas del Apartamento debido al fuerte olor. Pedir que se respete el l?mite de velocidad en las instalaciones del Conjunto ya qu? hay residentes qu? conducen a muy r?pido Por lo dem?s no tenemos ninguna queja. Muchas gracias

Our experience at Hatfield Village has been gratifying, we have not had any problems, I would only like them to pay more attention to the maintenance issue, to be a little more diligent. The common areas and neighbors are nice, we really like nature and this place has it all. we really like living here

I like living here but there are some things i don't like. The rules say we can't have things in the hallways and storage rooms. In my building?. There is crap everywhere!!! I think we need more places for trash!

I moved in this place in 2019 when it was still cheap so at least you were getting what you pay for. Now it's just as expensive as anywhere else in this area with rent going up at least $100 every year. Good luck trying to get anyone in maintenance to actually fix anything in unit. I have been having several leaks through my ceiling that have been trying to get fixed for years. As for the "amenities" the "laundry facilities" is one washer and dryer per apartment building, so twelve units are sharing. The car service center is either broken or blocked most of the time. The pool is no guests, no lifeguards. The amazon hub doesn't work 2/3 of the time. They can redo the landscaping but that won't fix the crumbling buildings and horrible pipes.

Idk where to start about the community my family moved into! This community has overwhelming exceeded our expectations in such a great way! There's so much to do for not just the adults but for children and dogs to enjoy as well! When the time in life comes to say goodbye to the Hatfield village community it will be really hard but I know one thing we will be staying in the Hatfield community!!

Everyone has been incredibly nice and has made us feel welcome. I love all of the amenities and all of the families in the area. I feel safe and really enjoy our space. However, the matenence and lack of timely resolution is really frustrating. It took 2 weeks to get our power outlet working and almost a month now and our door still is in horrible shape. Other than that, no complaints.

The apartment is older but reasonable for the monthly rent. The hallways and common areas are dark and need to be freshened. The communications from management are negative and insulting to tenants. The pool is limited to tenants only, and gym access is not included in the rent. It requires an extra cost for a key for access.

Before we moved here we had always heard how bad it is here at Hatfield village apartments, but we have lived here since 2018 and we love it. Have made many friends, the grounds are nice, office staff great and maintenance department is wonderful.

Front end - excellent, responsive, kind Maintenance - has gotten worse and worse as time goes on. I currently have rotten food stuck in my sink because I am waiting over a week for a garbage disposal repair that has not come. They sent me a carpet repair man that obviously couldn't help it, I followed up since they didn't call to follow up and now just nothing. They do a terrible job of effectively solving issues and scheduling themselves. If they'd just keep in touch with the people having issues it would be sooooooo much better but there's 0 communication.

Everything is great and the price is one of the best we could find. the only problem we have is with bugs. We get tiny cockroach things everyday. We usually end up killing multiple every day. Exterminators have come out multiple times but that doesn't seem to do the trick. Also maintenance is 50/50 on either being super responsive or taking weeks for simple things

The complex is nice. old but nice. The bedrooms and living rooms have no light fixtures; you'll need a bunch of lamps. The intercom doesn't work; it's been reported but never fixed. The rear building door remains open. But my strongest complaint is that the smell of marihuana in my building is a 24 -7 thing. Very annoying.

The property is beautiful the new flowers they planted are beautiful. The kids can go to the pool and park without leaving the property it is safe for them. The leasing team and maintenance are very helpful! The outside contractors are amazing and do a great job

I moved into the apartment complex in August of 2022. The staff have been very nice, the maintenance can be slow so plan accordingly. My only complaints would be the lack of care from the community when it comes to cleaning up after their dogs. The other would be issues with the Amazon hub on site has been down many times in the last year.

Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Quiet most of the time. Wish washers and dryers were in the unit but the ones in the building are fairly reasonable. The Amazon hub is great when it works.
