Where do I start?!? The rent is a joke The people who run the place are a joke Young kids get hit by speeding cars and the best they can come up with is writing pointless email not one person reads You never have a parking spot because people own 4 cars or more and park them in the spots. The neighbors are loud and obnoxious all hours of the night They charge you monthly for your dog like your dog can punch a time clock Nothing is included in the rent as far as the gym goes and if you wanted to rent the community room it basically cost you half your rent payment Don't ever move into this dump If you are looking for happiness cause they will make your life hell

I wish there were more laundry units or in unit laundry, we've had issues with bugs and we never had skin issues until we moved here and our cats get sick constantly but the amenities are nice and maintenance is quick

The most important thing for me is maintenance. Problems are taken care of within 48hours unless it's an emergency.. The maintenance staff is excellent and the office staff likewise. I'm happy I'm here.

It's good overall, peaceful. The maintenance people show up in a reasonable time when called. Would love to see more benches around the overall complex and for there to be sidewalks (or the sidewalks that exist connected) - if you go for a walk, you're dodging cars.

So far so good. Only concern is when we need maintenance assistance at times. They don't give a time frame or window so it's difficult to know when work will be completed. Very frustrating and hope there can be a better solution to getting work orders managed.

The experience has been good overall but I have maintenance issues that I have been complaining about for months. There has been mold on our ceiling bathroom for a month now and it hasn't been taken care of. It is disgusting to look at and also there's cockroaches that won't go anywhere.

Overall, Positive experiences all the way around. The grounds staff are kind and responsive. And for the most part, I have had positive experiences with my neighbors. However, about a year or a year and a half ago I was hit by a car walking into my apartment. The car was going about 30 mph. We could not identify the perpetrators, in part, because there were no security cameras to speak of in the apartment complex. The reason I was given for the lack of security was "privacy". It is my belief that there should be security cameras focused on the parking lots to avoid situations such as I was in, or to provide information when needed by local law enforcement.

I enjoy living here however there are a few things: on the expensive side, laundry room should have more than one washer and one dryer per building and maybe more parking spaces. Also the very small amount was of time given to renew lease doesn't give you a chance to find another location more suitable to your financial needs, your kinda of forced to stay. Other than that it's a good place.

This is a well-maintained community. Professional but personal customer service from the rental office. The maintenance team is on point. They usually address any concerns promptly. Love the grounds and landscaping of the community.

Rent goes up every year by 10%. The apartment is fine but it's not 10% better every year. It would be better if the increase in rent was a little closer to the 2 or 3% standard of living increases that most jobs offer.

Never move here everything breaks in the apartment and the maintenance want to charge for everything to be replaced when it there building and when u bring up stuff that bin broken since moving in they won't replace it with out charging for it sinc e it was broken before moving in

In the amount of time that I have been here a resident here at the Hatfield apartment buildings. A resident here now for 10 months. My experience has been OK. The people in and around the community are nice. We all just know we're trying to get by. The one thing that gets to me is the porch pirating, and maybe the only other thing would be storage units for us. And of course the amount needed for this 500 to 600 square-foot living area.

Roaches are the biggest problem we have faced here. We noticed them shortly after moving in and they have only gotten worse. We are not dirty people but it looks like we live here. We shouldn't have to constantly be running the dishwasher because we can't have a dish or two in the sink in fear of more roaches coming.

The most important thing to me is maintenance .When ever I have any problem they are very good at solving my issue. Secondly the office staff is friendly and quickly address my concerns. You can rent anywhere but without these two factors you could find yourself wishing you tried Hatfield Village.
