My apartment is nice but some neighbors are not as considerate as i am. They can be loud and park in the handicap spot when they do not have a placard. That does get frustrating at times. My actual apartment is nice and clean and maint helps with any issues

It's a place to live in. Nights are very dark and the streetlights only do so much. The parking lots are absolutely first come first serve, so say a prayer before pulling into your building's parking lot

The community is nice and the staff is friendly. The maintenance team always fixes any issue we have had in a timely manner. The grounds are kept up well. The only issue I have is how lazy the neighbors are on putting their trash into the compactor and pressing the button.

Living in this community has been a solid experience for me and my girls. I feel comfortable here, and most importantly, my kids are safe. The school district is excellent, which was a big factor for me. When I was affected by the government shutdown, the office staff worked with me with understanding and patience, and I truly appreciated that support. Overall, it's been a stable, reliable place to call home.

Been here 6 years so far

I love it here, today we had a free resident only holiday/Christmas party. They had snacks for all ages and hot cocoa. Each child can pick a ticket to see if it is a golden ticket then they pick whatever toy at the table, but if not then each child went home with a goodie bag. There is a possible gift for the adults if your name is picked, which we will find out tomorrow. They had the “Elf” movie on for anyone interested it that movie.

A great first apartment. Maintenance is very friendly and easy to get hold of. Management staff are also very friendly. The nearby neighborhoods can be a bit noisy, as fireworks are shot off alot during the summertime.

This is a quite community. Clean and well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond to any concerns or problems. Neighbors are polite and friendly. Nice play area for the kids which includes basketball courts, tennis courts and a swimming pool.

The maintenance and office staff are very responsive, helpful, and friendly. People do need to realize you will hear regular movement from your neighbors unless you live on the 3rd floor. It's never an issue for me, but some neighbors think their building should be dead quiet

Very clean apartments awesome Staff awesome maintenance guys. You actually get to see the apartment that you're moving into. I don't like the washer and dryer utility area and the storage area but everything else is awesome and I'm glad I moved in. I looked at a lot of places and this was the best choice

Maintenance shows up when you call and always takes the less expensive route on all jobs. Some get done right the first time and others don't get done for a month and need to be called multiple times.

I have had both good and bad experiences at Exton Station. Overall, my experience here has been mostly fine. Whenever I have a problem, I am able to concept someone to get help with it. They aren't always prompt, but I know that they are busy. I have an extremely loud neighbor, but all of the others are peaceful and quiet. I very much enjoy my apartment building and where it's situated within the complex.

The neighbors and community get along everything is always clean parking lots swimming pool picnic area me and my family go to the swimming pool all the time the gym and the picnic areas they have basketball courts tennis courts and playground for kids and everybody is friendly I would recommend this complex to family friends

Maintenance here was a good experience. Everyone working in the leasing office is very helpful and polite while I'm here. There's a lot of nice things that go on in this complex. The pool and playground always are clean

Not interested in keeping feedback. Since security is a major concern, no cameras or any other devices that help to make you feel safe. Most of the tenants are scared to go out after this year's incident, but no action is taken to add any security. They charge for amenities that are useless in winter and don't invest in security.

Moved in to Hatfield Apartments in 2022. Any maintenance requests have been addressed promptly and efficiently. Would recommend Hatfield Apartments to anyone looking. I have not had any issues since moving in.

My experience has been mostly okay. There has been the occasional roach passing through and I keep my unit extremely clean. The water pressure could be better and the hot water temperature could be higher. The rent is higher than I would like.
