We have very horrible experience here in this apparent. We are here in the 3rd floor of AB2 the apartment. Person leaving directly under our apparent smoke weed at all the time. We are non smokers but we are still get high. Our kitchen and bathroom and bedroom always smell like weed. We could get a serious health issues. We have been keep calling authorities about that but nobody cares. If anyone reading this please help us.

The things I like are that you can have pets, the land and pool. It is in a good location, close to Philadelphia, Lansdale, Doylestown, New Hope, Leigh Valley and many more beautiful spots. The things I don't like are littering and people not clean up after their dogs.

Nice. Apartment quick maintenance services Nice park we are enjoying in park children park is very nice they are playing & Nice swimming pool, Gym facilities, Community hall .car parking enough space & we are enjoying in Hatfield village apartments.

It has been an unpleasant experience, why? The fourth takes water through the window and they do not solve anything. To collect your rent they are excellent to have the apartment in NO condition. The children do not have a suitable park, nor a swimming pool, NO lifeguard

I have always been satisfied with my experience here. They keep the grounds clean and have added a dog park and a new pavilion since I've been here. And I have always been taken care of by maintenance when I've needed them

Not worth the price. Lack of maintenance to building for a number of years has caused squirrel infestations. There's only one washer and dryer per building, that's twelve apartments. And 6 of them are two bedrooms. The parking situation is insane. A lot of times I'll come home from work and have to park so far from my building. Buildings are not very soundproof at all. Unless you want to live in an overpriced ------ apartment complex then don't move in.

I will never forgive management for telling me three times that my heating costs woulds be included in my rent (they were not) and for not sending me my lease until days before I moved in (three months after I gave them my deposit). Had they told me the truth, I would not have moved here.

Everything here has been pretty good so far. The front office girls are always pleasant and very helpful. I do wish we had more than one washer and dryer per apartment section. That would be helpful. Overall it has been positive.

My daughter and I have lived within the Hatfield Village Apartment Community for several years now, but have been in our current apartment since 2022. Our apartment was newly renovated when we moved in and we could not be happier! The apartment fronts the small creek that meanders through the middle of the community so we have an exceptional view! So peaceful! The leasing office staff are super kind and professional. The maintenance staff is also top notch, friendly, thorough, and highly professional as well. The community grounds always look immaculate. From the community park/pool, the dog parks, and the numerous manicured planting/flower beds this place is just delightful and inviting to everyone that lives here.

This apartment complex is way overpriced for quality of living here. I moved here out of necessity not choice and i can promise that i will never return. Staff and tenants are all friendly and easy to interact with so they are not the issue. The issue is paying 1400 a month for an apartment that is worth more like 600 a month.

Since the new neighbors moved above me, it's been constant noise. 530am they up and moving around and hitting things and stepping hard with no remorse. Playing loud music after 10pm and the day while I work from home. It's constant noise from them. I will move out .

Maintenance takes care of your issues within 24 hours if is a non emergency, I got locked out my apartment one time maintenance was here within a half hour, is quiet in my building besides my walking niebor on top of my apartment

Since we moved here, it's been enjoyable. I like my neighbors the staff are respectful and professional. it's quiet everybody mind your business you have mini activities you can do if you get bored it's a safe place to live.

Everyone speeds through the parking lots. And your updates have typos. Also the trash situation is a mess and I dislike the payment portal. It is not a true representation of what is due. I Hate that water is included in bill. Tne figure is greatly inflated. I have a call in to my state rep regarding this.

The office and maintenance staff are wonderful doing what they are great at willing to help you answer your questions the property is beautiful well kept I go on walks and see the children at play happy laughing and riding there bikes parents at bus stop waiting with the children I smile and say to all who live here let all of us sile greet people you see our kids are watching

I have been living here for 5 years. I loved living here but just recently things have changed there. They don't want to work with you. I will highly not recommend living here. I am happy I found a new place and getting out of there.

Apartment is very nice. Maintenance men all always right on top when you turn in a work order. Office staff is very helpful. So we definitely be renewing our lease for another year. Lawns and greenery are well kept

Overall the experience has been good, however the littering and amount of dog poop around the community is very unpleasant. My dog stepped in someone's throw up this morning as well as tried to pick up trash off of the ground near O building. Also, the lock on exterior door to our building seems to be broken and does not lock. We were given keys to this door and it was featured as an extra security measure however was broken during our tour and has remained broken since.

Hatfield Village wants to charge for EVERYTHING! not only you pay a mandatory 200+ on your rent for your amenities that I dont even use, pool and gym. Now that ive decided to use the gym since its included in the rent, i find out that I also have to buy a 25$ keyfob. Im surprised they arent charging for mail service, parking, breathing, storage etc since they already charge for absolutely everything else.

The residents are friendly. If you have a maintenance problem. Thr staff respond quickly. The outside apartment complex is kept clean with no litter except possibly in the streams. Inside hallways and stairs are cleaned weekly.

To be honest hasn't been great. This morning woke up to no hot water again since yesterday with no warnings. Waited over five months to fix a hole in my ceiling after a leak. Laundry facilities don't always work properly or dry properly. Yet they pick about small things like a self help table outside your door for mental health
