It's great so far! We love it and everyone is so nice! Whenever we had a problem maintenance was there to fix it the next day. We havent been here for a full year yet, so we are still pretty new. But as of right now we have no complaints about the complex.

Having two front doors is so absurd and makes it harder for first responders to get to the apartment. No benches anywhere?! Air conditioners completely filled with mold and no AC in the smaller bedroom of the two bedroom apartments. Parking lot full of blind turns, needs mirrors or one way signs. People are obviously too stupid to figure out how the dumpster works, so maybe some signs would stop them from throwing their trash on top of the dumpster. Smokers should be given an enclosed hut so the smoke does not come into our windows and be subjected to a fine if seen smoking outside of it. Other than that. Maintenance was good and always quick. Apartment its self wasn't too bad. Hallways were cleaned regularly. I like the Amazon hub. Parking was decent.

I moved into my apartment in 2011. It was a nice clean apartment and safe community. I do enjoy the amenities that are included in the lease. However, I've been here for 10 years now and every year my lease payment has gone up. For the amount of money I'm paying now, I should get up modern upgrades on appliances and decor. New carpet and new countertops would be nice. At the price I'm paying now, this will probably be my last year living here. Unless, Hatfield Village (Scully) realize how valuable I've been as their tenant!!!

Great place to live. Great management and neighbors. Would highly recommend to anyone. The apartment was fully renovated including all new appliances and also new carpeting. The bathroom was also completely renovated. Thanks for a great living experience.

Pretty area, playground and pool. Many contractors live on sight. Many apartments, very diverse. Affordable rent, short term. Office personal changes often. Parking can be a challenge, especially if you need to park close to your building. Plenty of parking in other areas

Building is solid and grounds are like living in a park with all the tree's. Then there's School road park down the street within walking distance. Maintenance & Staff are the best and 95% of my service calls were done the same day. Walls are a little thin so sometimes I use noise cancelling headphones to help me with that. I recommend these apartments!

Maintenance is super nice. Office ladies are great. Big jobs to be fixed takes a long time though. Our countertops have been messed up since the day we moved in and they're still not fixed. We've had issues with our windows too since we moved in and no one has come by to fix them. Some dumpsters don't have fencing and look a hot mess. Trash everywhere making it look trashy. Neighbors slam doors in hallways. Neighbors who smoke and make the hallways smell disgusting. Outside doors to the buildings are constantly left unlocked not securing the building and making it feel very unsafe.

Cannot enjoy amenities because there's no control over guest and visitors. The excessive loud noises, fights, cars speeding, broken entrance doors, junk cars, garbage everywhere made it impossible to stay. Office staff basically said to just deal with it.

Very good experience living here for the most part. I love the ammeneties that are available here. The only negative experience I would say is it takes a long time for maintenance to get things done. Unless it's a dire emergency, it can take months to have something fixed. Other than that I would reccomend it.

I would say my experience in the community is somewhat mixed. The value for the rent is there for sure. Overall, the vast majority of the residents are fine and are considerate of their neighbors. The apartment is older and the fixtures are dated. They will be replaced when I vacate, for certain. The Laundry rooms are OK, but could be cleaner and better maintained. The large dumpsters in the rear of the parking lot are an eyesore, but not easily fixed. Some people are lazy and will not discard their trash into the dumpster and will leave it for the Maintenance Staff to manage. The pool and the fitness center are adequate and welcome. The Maintenance Staff is friendly and always willing to be helpful. Are there better apartments - I'm sure - but perhaps not for the price.

Apt # K1 is pet free apartment that's why I moved here. Before 2 years one family moved with Pet. And I called them many times. I still not get satisfied answer. You need proper staff to give proper answer to customer.. the other thing is some problem with friege. Water leaks every day.. I complained them many times.. I have to throw cooked food every three or four day. Every time somebody come and tell everything working fine.. I got these two problem.. otherwise everything good

Great community, dog friendly, great to work with, had no issues during our 2 year stay! They were accommodating with our move in schedule. Prices were fair for rent. It did go up from year to year but thats just the market right now anyway. They have a great maintenance team that responds quickly to issues and resolved our issues quickly.

Over all, I've had a pleasant experience. My needs are usually met in a swift and timely manner. I enjoy the grounds and the peacefulness of the environment. In addition, snow removal is great as is the salting of the stairs.

The community has changed quite a bit since I first moved in. The types of tenants on the property leads me to question if the move-in qualifications and background checks have been lowered. It's a shame because it is a beautiful community. The roads could use fixing and they need to add more speed bumps but given the pandemic I am assuming things needed to shift. My lease is up in April 2022 and as much as I would like to stay I am seriously considering other options. I am hopeful things turn around.

Overall this is a great place to live. Maintenance is always quick to fix a problem, the main office is helpful with any questions & it is conveniently located. There are also a lot of ammentities for any age.

Has been horrible. They have raised the rent to almost double what we were paying when we moved in. It's absolutely ridiculous. What we pay for a two bedroom tiny apartment could be the mortgage on a house. They are also now charging us for water. I can't wait to get out of here.

A great community to live in, very diverse. When issues arise, maintenance is quick to fix the problem in a timely manner, and staff members are always friendly. Only complaints would be the sticky lock on the main front door of the building I live in and the potholes throughout the communities parking lots.

It is decent for the price in comparison with other places around the area but maintenance does lack, constant water issues are a bother and trash over flows in the compacters making the community look gross.

Maintenance was good. Some tenants in our building were loud and inconsiderate. Lost money on car vacuum. Trash and re-recyclables were constantly over flowing. Most neighbors didn't speak English so we couldn't communicate with them.

It is a very nice place to live, very comfortable and above all very tidy I am very happy to be able to live in Hatfield village, There is a nice recreation area to share with the family, the apartment is spacious, the parking is large and safe.

It is a great place to live. People are friendly and the maintenance and office staff are responsive. The only downfall is that they continue to raise the rent every year. Because of this, I struggle financially and I have attempted to talk with Scully about this but it hasn't changed. I wish that they would consider the people that have been committed tenants that would like to make this their Home.

At first it was good. After the start of the pandemic service got awful. Administration didn't provide a good service enforcing the rules of the community and every time we had a complain about the behavior of the new neighbors we were ignored and in several instance in a rude and disrespectful manner told us to figure it out. Building was full of trash in the entrance and full of hair because our new neighbors were operating a barbershop on the second floor hallway.
