I felt safe and at home. My children had plenty of activities outside, at the play ground, swimming, tennis etc. The maintenance team made my stay more comfortable, they always showed up whenever I called for an emergency service and showed up when they said they would and were always courteous and professional. The grounds were always taken care of and clean.

I wish they'd fix the infrastructure up, our internet cabling just hangs off the side of the building because nobody wants to take responsibility for reattaching it to the brick in the protective casing. This is almost every building. We don't get individual laundry machines per apt, which really became dangerous during covid. And now they're starting to charge us for water by building. Which is not how renting is supposed to work. Im gonna be paying into a money pool for the rest of my bldg's water usage? I'm just one guy, who's never home, in a building full of people with tons of kids. Absolutely not okay. They did finally stamp out the cockroach issue, thankfully. The maint guys are great and I like my leasing contact. Neighbors not bad. It's clean and quiet here. I can bikeride around the whole place like it's a park. I like that.

It's ok.I just get upset at the rent keep going up and now we have to pay for water.That's the reason I'm moved here to keep my bills down to a minimum.The washers and dryers are so so.But other than that it's ok

Hate that they allow residents to smoke in the apartments. I'm not a smoker and was stuck with my apartment smelling like cigarettes and marijuana all the time. It was the most annoying disgusting thing ever.

Good. No problems with neighbors and facility itself is run very professionally. Management worksl very hard to keep tenants aware of repairs, outages, etc. Excellent value in terms of the apartment itself and the management.

Maintenance personnel usually address concerns within a timely manner (3-5 business days for non-emergencies). Pest control is a frequent problem. I've experienced a problem with cockroaches that I have made maintenance requests for, however, the problem often reoccurs with no sign of permanent resolution. A wasp problem also occurred and was not permanently resolved until I took initiative to photograph the large amount of wasps that entered my apartment on a nightly/daily basis and showed the evidence to the leasing office. The wasp problem occurred over at least a month.

Quite and good neighbors. Peaceful. No unnecessary notices. Good community to leave and clean grounds. Accessible to major roads and great for food shopping spot. Safe community and plenty of parking spots

Okay.. I didn't like our apartment. Carpets are disgusting and old everything is old there. They need to upgrade a lot of things. Hallways stink.. there's no window in the kitchen for smoke to go out. There's no light in the hallway. And MAINTNENCE doesn't do a good job on anything

This apartment is the right size for me, and in my 3 years of living here, the only complaint I have is thin walls so I can hear neighbors. Luckily, a fan or white noise machine can drown them out. I have enjoyed living here and find it close to many nice towns I frequently visit like Ambler, Lansdale, and Doylestown.

I dont like it this apartment are ugly for what we pay and floor make noise. The kitchen appliances dont even match and the bathroom are super small and the cabinet dont even close is crazy for so much.

I have not enjoyed my experience here. The complex has not adhered to the concerns of me as a tenant. The dogs and the noise level are acceptable. The leasing office does not take these things in consideration when placing tenants.

Poor at best, intrusive maintenance, ever rising rent with no cap in sight. Added fees with no warning, outdated appliances, thin walls, security doors that are almost never locked. Nearly impossible to find something good to say.

A nice place to live. The neighbors aren't pleasant, dislike the cigarettes inside and the odors in hallways. Maintenance is easy going nice guys! Came here during virus so cant say to much on events or anything like that.

We enjoy the security of a locked entrance. Our apartment is very clean, new carpeting, no issues with bugs, Snow cleared quickly, grounds maintained, new appliances & cabinets, an Amazon Hub to pick up packages safely & efficiently as well as areas for children and pets to play, pool, fitness center, car cleaning area. Highly recommended!!

It is decent, semi cheap, semi sense of community, but every year at renewal the past few years, while the base rent isn't upped too horribly, more and more extra mandatory fees are being added, isntead of just upping the base rent.

been a great community as it is keep clean always. the environment is quiet and the maintenance team taken care of any requests in a timely manner. we have enjoyed our stay so far and will continue to reside here. Management needs to work on a sort of incentive for long time occupants that doesn't have any issues with the account and maintained payment as when due

Maintenance is great but staff was not very helpful. Many neighbors smoke weed in the halls, drink in front of buildings and play music well past 1am on weekends and have trash piled up onto the front lawn and have pitt bull in my building X1 and neighboring building X2. Staff says this is not acceptable but does nothing about it. I know this because i asked about acceptable breeds when I moved in wanting to have a german shepard or pit bull but Samantha Salotti said this was not a breed that was allowed. I had no issues; however seeing multiple pitt bulls on the property is moronic on the staff's part. Resident in X1-1 is prime example of drinking and smoking outside the stairs to the apartment. He has been at his apartment for over 10 years (what he said to me) constantly smokes weed throughout the day. You can smell it walking up the stairs from OUTSIDE. I dropped off a pie before and his apartment is a fire hazard for the entire building. Hoarding so that there is just a maze to walk through single file throughout the house. Knowing that the fire marshal inspects annual and pest control comes annually something is not right; I assume you would like more residents that do whatever they like without regards to neighbors or the complex. My lease was not renewed for 2021 having been there for 2.5 years without reason however residents that are constantly not following rules set by the complex just go about their business. Single, quiet, 2 dogs, every rent check was paid on-time during that time (check portal). I'll be writing reviews on google just add to the other awful ones that are stacking up for Hatfield Village Apartments. Glad to be leaving thanks.

I appreciate that this is a very diverse community and that everyone seems to be very accepting of each other. Any concerns regarding bugs in the apartments or emergency repairs is usually addressed in a timely manner.

Everyone is nice. Some people leave their trash out. I get mail for the wrong person all the time and I leave notes for the mail man but he keeps giving me the wrong mail. Maintenance is really nice but I called and the lady on the phone was rude when I asked about filling in a hole behind my microwave. Then they came and just sprayed foam behind it and said there was no hole. So I had to take it down and fill it in myself because roaches were getting in. I was very specific with the lady on the phone and she seemed to be bothered by my call and upset and me for calling. She told me to do it online. And I did, but I wanted to talk to someone so they actually knew the problem so the incident that occurred (saying there was no hole and leaving) wouldn't have happened.

No smoking in the units is allowed. That's what they say when you move in. There is so much pot smoking in the apartments you cannot avoid smoke getting in your own apartment. I can't breathe sometimes. Terrible if you have kids. Management doesn't care.

I love it here. It's a great place for kids and there are many things to do. The grounds are kept nice and cannot wait to enjoy the pool this summer. Highly recommend this place . Staff are friendly as well.
