They do not offer physical tour at the moment. The apartment looks nice from pictures. I think the rent price is reasonable. But, You have to pay for all utilities. Trash,water,sewer, gas and electricity..... I was asking her about utility fees. She wasn't happy about me asking that questions. I don't know what I did wrong.... I wouldn't sign a lease without seeing the unit.

I WAS ATTRACTED TO THIS COMMUNITY FOR ITS PARKLIKE LAYOUT. LOTS OF TREES, CURVED STREETS, ACCESSIBLE STORES, RESTAURANTS, MY PLACE OF WORSHIP, AMENITIES LIKE POOL, CLUB HOUSE, GYM, PICNIC AREAS WITH GRILL, THE MANY MONTHLY ACTIVITIES THE MANAGEMENT OFFERS, LIKE HOLIDAY DINNERS, PIZZA NIGHTS, ETC. SO MANY TO ENJOY WITH NEIGHBORS I GOT TO MEET. NOW YOU HAVE BEAUTIFIED THE BUILDINGS WITH CHEERFUL PAINT AND LOVELY LANDSCAPING IN FRONT OF MY UNIT. ALL MY REQUESTS ARE HONORED PROMPTLY AND COURTEOUSLY, THE SMALL AND THE URGENT. EVERY STAFF MEMBER IS A PLEASURE TO ENGAGE WITH, INCLUDING MAINTENANCE AND THE GROUNDS GREW. IN ALL, A MOST SUPPORTIVE AND CARING PLACE TO MAKE A PERMANENT HOME. I CAULDN'T BE HAPPIER OR CONTENT. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THAT A REALITY.

The recent renovations to dog park and installed flower beds are wonderful. Anytime I have a maintenance issue it is addressed as soon as possible. Communication is very good. Reasonably priced for quality and amenities. The free ice cream truck drive by yesterday was Fantastic !!

It's a lovely community. Well maintained and the office and maintenance staff are great. The only issue I have is that they seem to raise the rent quite a bit every year. Other than that we love it here and will stay as long as we can afford to

I'm pleased with community. Staff and maintenance are excellent. Grounds are kept very nice. People I've met have been friendly. I love the walking trail and enjoy Oxford park near by. My apartment neighbors are respectable.

The stay has been excellent just don't like when other people don't clean up there dogs. In my little area there has been a dog that doesn't clean up. Also I was seeing if we could get a pass code to enter the dog park, tennis courts and basketball courts. I see other use them that are not residents of this place.

Great care in all the property offers. Clean, friendly, and great outside for all outside activities. Grounds are beautiful and great walling paths and pool area. Dog park is a nice place, even if you don't have a pet. The dogs are great and area kept clean. Clean up bags are essential and very handy.

Close to work and shopping, easy to get to turnpike. I lived in a smaller apartment for two years and when we got married, we decided to stay in the community. We moved to a larger apartment very recently.

Everything has been smoothing sailing since I moved in to The Hunt Club back on September 2017. I have been here for three years and it is so convenient for me and my lifestyle. I can't see me living anywhere else while working and continuing my academics.

Recently moved, quiet and tranquil community in a perfect location. The buildings and facilities are well maintained. Gym and pool area are extremely nice. There is a park right up the street to walk. So far everything is great !

I really like how quiet and respectful the community is. The apartments are a good size. Maintenance does a nice job, and they're very responsive. Also, it's nice to have our own entryways. My main complaint is the steep price. Particularly on annual renewal.

I love the grounds but have not been satisfied with my space. The staff is nice. I don't interact with them often but when I do they are professional and can only follow guidelines. I pay a great amount for this space abut the quality don't match.

Hunt Club has been nothing but a home like experience. The outside is clean, and they make sure they stay on top of the trees and mulch (as small as that may seem, it makes the place feel more like home.) The maintenance has always fixed any issue we had the day of... highly recommended!

My husband and I are really happy here. We have lived in other apartment complexes and this is by far the best. It definitely feels like our home. Staff is very friendly and maintenance workers are very friendly and considerate.

We live there for 4years already, this is nice. quiet and clean community, there is a park right next to it, and shopping mall right cross street, very convenient. And the school district is great too.

We love living here. Lots a places to walk and near stores. The apartments are very nicely situated and pretty private. The Hunt Club is in a great school district and our kids love living here. We also really like that you can have pets. We have a cat Pippa and she loves it here too. She stares out on the balcony at the many birds all day. There also is a a lot of wildlife in the area. It's a very pleasant place to live.

It is a serene, safe neighborhood. I have children and it's a great place to be. The surroundings are kept up nicely and everyone is friendly. There is easy access to local trails, outdoor activities and a playground.

The Hunt Club community is a very nice community to live in. The grounds are well kept and the administrative staff respond appropriately to questions and concerns. I was not happy with how the resigning of the annual contract was conducted. Three months were added to my original annual contract- so you have to remain 3 extra months at the Hunt Club or face a financial consequence. Furthermore when my son and his wife moved from the community, the administrative practices were very disappointing and ethically questionable.

My boyfriend and I love our apartment. The grounds are beautiful and the people who live and work here are very friendly. Dogs are welcomed here, and our dog loves living here. We have had very few and minor maintenance issues, and they have been resolved very quickly and accurately. We have loved living here for the past 1.5 years.

The surroundings are lovely. The office staff is very friendly and responds to requests within a reasonable amount of time. The maintenance staff is great and the service they give is very much appreciated.

Very clean and safe and also good neighborhood as well. Staffs are very friendly and helpful so it was very convenient to get a contact. The reason s why I choose the Hunt club apartment was various options for renders.

The community is very clean but there was a mouse inside of my apartment. I find that the amount that is paid for rent is reasonable for what you get. The gym and running trail around the complex are very nice as well.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The entire process was streamlined and easy. Online lease, someone was always available when I stopped by. This was my first choice, looked at other places that were not up to par by comparison. Great schools nearby.

Hunt Club has a good scenery, so I take a walk around this trail. This apartment is also located around convenient facilities such as Costco and whole food market. This provides convenient living style.
