awesome experience. best ever. Would never chose anywhere else given this experience. Safe and felt like home right away. People are friendly and everything convenient. It was ready on time and the staff made it easy to move in so quickly.

So far so good. Very helpful staff in the leasing office. Moved in 15 days ago. I went to open the closet at the front door today and it fell completely off. I am submitting the work order today, will keep the community informed on the progress

The apartment and grounds are well maintained and the people are friendly. Service staff has been quick to address the few minor maintenance issued I've had. My wife and 5-tear old son have a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and have enjoyed our tenure here so far. The fireplace is a nice touch for ambience as well.

The staff is always quick to respond and very professional. They go the extra mile to make living here a positive experience. The community, including common areas is very well maintained and kept in great shape.

This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood on the northern edge of the Wissahickon School District. There is plenty of parking, a beautiful nature trail encircling the development. Plenty of opportunities for casual birdwatching. Oxford Park is within walking distance, a great playground for the kids. Pets are welcome, and many neighbors have dogs. Great pool, tennis court, basketball court, dog park. There are also picnic tables and grills in various common-use areas around the neighborhood.

So far it has been a pleasure living here. The property manager was very respectful of our concerns with the apartment and moved Swiftly to get the issues resolved. The overall process was made super easy thanks to Stephanie.

Good so far. We are still new at this place and this is the 1st time living in apartment. We haven't been to any apartment but so far we are happy here. This place is close to all my immediate family( children and grandchildren)

Local staff is responsive and very helpful. After hours a little hit and miss if you don't get local help. I've only had one issue, and it got a lot of attention and was resolved very quickly since on site staff was available.

The tour and move-in process was great and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We do not hear any noise from neighboring apartments or the stairwell. The community itself is very lovely and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Before COVID, the amenities were excellent. Since the onset of the pandemic, many of those features are no longer available, which is entirely understandable. Overall, the conduct of the staff and the value of the apartment provided have been wonderful.

I've been very happy here for more than a decade. The office and maintenance staff are top notch in both response and quality of service. The grounds are meticulously maintained year round and there are plenty of amenities for both young and old residents to enjoy (and pets). I would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to come to beautiful North Wales, PA. Unfortunately, I may have to leave due to job loss, which is going to be a shame.

I've been at the Hunt Club for 3 years. The apartments are lovely and the staff is always pleasant and professional. The grounds and facilities are very well kept, I appreciate the gym, pool, business office, etc.

From the jump everything has been super easy. The leasing agent are some of the best I've come in contact with. Very professional and very helpful. Love this apartment complex and love the staff!!!!!!!

the apartment complex is very clean and quiet and the timing of repairs are very quick and the walking trails are always clear for people to walk and the pool area in the summer is very nice and refreshing

Staff is great. Follow through with issues needs to be a little better, my family as well as myself really enjoy our apartment with an exception to a few things, 1 there is a serious mice problem, when we informed management they sent what they said was an exterminator but he didn't do anything but give us sticky traps and left. 2 our neighbor smokes and fumes come into our apartment making it very difficult for me and my son who has asthma to breath, when we informed management they said it's nothing they can do. If I would rate our overall experience at the hunt club on a scale from 1-10, 10 being the highest, I would give it a 5 1/2. If I was ask would I recommend someone to the Hunt Club at this very moment I would honestly have to say no.

It's a nice place with nice and respectful neighbors. The office staff is friendly and helpful, the maintenance crew the same. My kids and I feel very safe here and with the nearby parks and facilities, they are very happy.

Wonderful, clean and quiet place to live. Apartments are well maintained and the neighborhood has a quiet and happy feeling about it as well as nice neighbors. Gas stations, restaurants, entertainment and grocery stores are in close proximity no more than a quick 10 minute drive away.

Friendly and spacious complex with a nice walking trail. I like how it is dog friendly and provides a park for the dogs to play in. Everyone I've encountered is nice and friendly, would stay here for another lease for sure.

It is a nice place to live. Some upgrades are needed. I have rotting wood outside my building. Gates on patios are in disrepair . Residents are friendly. Feel very uncomfortable calling front office. Not very friendly.

I am satisfied with the complex. The amenities aregreat. The office staff is great. The apartments are roomy and up to date. The community is quiet and upkeep is great. The snow removal during the winter is satisfactory.

The property itself is beautiful and the grounds are kept presentable. I was surprised at all the walking trails on the property as well as the pet stations available. I've already had the opportunity to meet my neighbors, the postman, FedEx, and a lot the kids who play basketball.

This is a great community for people with and without pets. The community is very clean and welcoming. The only issue I've had are ants coming in from my windows and plenty of spiders around my apartment since the day I moved in. Other than that, the area and apartment is very clean and neighbors are friendly.

Well maintained, quiet community! Very friendly office staff, that is easily accessible. The maintenance staff is quick to resolve any problems you might run into. Nice location, close to grocery stores and department stores!

Very nice community. Having 24 hour maintenance is very nice. Also the location of the community is very convenient for shopping. Plenty of parking. There is also a nice path for walking running or just to enjoy the view
