Nice, clean apartment. Lots of trees, which I love. Really good service/communication from management and maintenance. My apartment does not face a road, so it's quiet. Convenient to everything, but feels like it's not in the middle of everything. Utilities: I would have liked water & sewer to be included in rent, but it's not. Electric heat --not as expensive as I thought it would be. Overall, very satisfied.

Having just moved in I can't give any long-term feedback but the rental/ move in process has been extremely smooth and the staff have been super helpful at every step of the way. So far me and my roommates have had a pleasant and easy time.

Beautiful and well maintained. Top notch office and maintenance staff. Tenant concerns are addressed thoughtfully and timely. Very happy and comfortable here. I'm not leaving any time soon. Very convenient to anything you would need.

I like the trail that runs around the community. A great trail for walking, jogging or taking the dogs out. I feel safe here. Parking is plentyful. The gymis always accecible and has a good variety of equipment.

We have only lived here a week but we love the community. I am closer to work now and the location is great in general. So many places right across the street to shop or eat at. The apartment is cozy and clean and we are happy so far with where we live.

The best rental apartment within 10~20 miles radius. Everything is great including floor plan, community, neighboring park and so on. The only issue is that appliances are being upgraded with steep raise of rent.

Very "home like" feeling at these apartments. Well kept and quiet neighborhood. It's a great location as well, very close to stores and shops. The trail is one of our favorite amenities. We have enjoyed living here since we moved in!

We have been living here since May 2015. Great apartments that we personally call a condo because with a washer and dryer in each unit it feels like a condo. To be honest we pretty much could buy a house anytime we'd like to but since we have no kids we like the convenience of living in this very nice community! The apartment/condos are beautiful and so is the entire community. It's located near everything we like and the entire staff does a great job taking care of the place! As long as the rent stays reasonable we will stay here!!!!

My experience at this community has been awesome! The staff and neighbors are very friendly. If I had a maintenance issues, the staff came out right away to fix it. I never had a problem. The staff always makes you feel welcomed. The apartments are very nice and spacious. The full size washer and dryer are also a plus! My experience here is awesome.

The apartment is in a great location for shopping and entertainment, as well as close to both of our jobs. Overall it's a great community to live in. Very quiet and well maintained. Some of the appliances are dated and I would prefer hardwood flooring, but all in all a decent apartment.

A quiet, tree-lined community with nice amenities including a pool, car care area, fire pit and both gas and charcoal grills. Second floor units are just one-flight up. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. Great location - I've renewed 5 times!

Apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in (new carpet and appliances). The front office staff were also very helpful. This is a nice community to live in and they do a great job maintaining the swimming pool and the common areas.

This community has fantastic amenities. It is a little pricey, but the amenities help to ease that burden. Maintenance is quick to respond to service calls. Very dog friendly neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly.

I'm extremely satisfied about living here. It's a great place. The pool and gym are excellent amenities. Pool party was fantastic. Nancy and staff are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is great. Keep up the good work.

Over all, living here is an excellent apartment living but lacking fair treatment for long time residents. It's doesn't make sense that a long time resident pays significantly high6rent for the same service.

I absolutely love it here. I wish they'd go "condo" so I could buy one. Beautiful apartments and grounds, friendly and courteous staff. They continually make improvements that they don't need to make, such as revamping the dog park and planting new shrubbery.

We moved into the Hunt Club Apartments over the summer and it's been such a nice, quiet, homey experience. Our kids love the school district and other neighborhood children. Maintenance is on top of keeping the community clean.

Amazing community. I feel so safe here. Office staff extremely competent and so friendly. I love it here. I looked extensively before moving in and no other apartment developements even came close to Hunt Club. Mostly everything here since I moved in 2 years ago is brand new. Amazing clubhouse with a fitness center (open till 10pm), business center, coffee station, fireplace, huge flat screen tv, updated kitchen and comfy seating for social gatherings. Outside they offer a beautiful pool with a lifeguard, tennis courts, dog park, basketball courts and an awesome 1 mile nature trail around the perimeter of the property. Being pet friendly, they offer doggie poop bags around most corners for easy clean up (very important) They have different events each week. Taco Tues, donut day, BBQ', s'mores night, pizza night, etc!! All of the above is free to residents. Amazing restaraunts and upscale shopping centers nearby. Once again, office staff and maintenance are a 5 star here at the Hunt Club. Good luck on your search, hope my information helped your decision. Andrea Lupo

Great place to call our home. Moved here in July and have been so happy. Staff is wonderful and has been helpful whenever called upon as is maintenance staff. Leave a message with a request and you get almost immediate response. Units are well built and noise is minimal. Neighbors are friendly and have met some totally adorable dogs while outside. Grounds are lovely and very well lite and feels safe as can be!!! Covered deck is our favorite place to relax or, for my husband, work. We are truly happy with the Hunt Club. As I said, great place to call our home!!

The Office Staff at Hunt Club are most helpful no matter what is asked. To live here is to make your home feel like a home. The Maintenance Staff are top notch. Live here and feel the love.

I can truly say I Love living here. The property is laid out more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. I have my own entry (no common entries!) and my backyard looks out over a beautiful natural area and woods. There is a 1 mile walking trail that circles the entire property, with half- mile in the woods. Schools are great.... Have a Son in Wissahickon Elementary, which is a terrific School. Kids can ride their bikes around and play in the neighborhood (or shall I say Complex?) without getting run over, which is a big plus! Place is quiet and very safe, unless you consider deer running around at night a hazard ;-) And to top it off, being a nature lover, I had the joy of watching a Red-Tailed Hawk eating a fresh squirrel right next to my patio just moments ago. Bird watching to the extreme and the circle-of-life all wrapped up in one moment!

Having a family member who lives here I visit often and always love how beautiful and tucked away this property is. Amenties are also great and newly updated. Whenever I go into the clubhouse the leasing consultant is always so cheerful and smiling. She is a great first impression of the staff and company. I also love the face they have resident events and stay personal with the residents. If I didn't have my own home I would absolutely love to live here.
