Convenient location, well maintained property w/ walking trail, pool, gym, tennis, basketball courts, dog park, options for covered parking. All apartments have a deck, and the staff is great! There are monthly activities to get the community together throughout the year.

The hunt club is 5 stars , will kept, beautiful, the best amenities, the leasing staff was very professional, making my experience with my new residency, just perfect , the location is exceptional. If you need to get to the city or the mountains, North Wales, Pennsylvania is a beautiful town. I would definitely recommend the Hunt club as your new home.

The Hunt Club Apartments is quite a welcoming area. So far I have not run into any unpleasant staff or residents. The area is also serene and tranquil. I expected walls to be thin but I have not experienced any noise related issues with neighboring residents.

I have really enjoyed residing in this apartment community. The management, the maintenance, and the apartment is great. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are courteous, the grounds are well kept, and the apartment is worthy.

Great community. I couldn't be any happier here. Peaceful & quiet. Great staff & awesome maintenance. I would highly recommend living here to anyone. I am at complete peace here. You will not be disappointed living here.

Sherer was very helpful and professional. My tour was great when I walked Sheree did recognize me and called me by my name. She did provide all the information I was looking for . The neighbor was clean and pleasant.

It's been ok. Overall we have been pretty happy here. We are just not sure at this point if we are going to renew our lease. There's a possibility that we will renew but as it gets closer we will decide.

Great place to live, take care of all issues promptly, grounds are always kept nice, pool is a nice amenity. Tennis and basketball courts are great. Close to everything (food stores, gyms, movies, wawa, Aldi, Trader Joe's, Wegmans liquor stores, 7-11, my ex wife, staples, Olive Garden, another wawa, target, 309, 202, McDonald's, wendys, iron hill and so much more . Staff is very helpful

People are friendly and quiet. Lots of dogs that are well behaved. Staff is friendly and answers all your questions. They seem to enjoy their work. Maintenance responds to your needs and cleans up. They too ate friendly.

service and support staff are very helpful and friendly, good location too, but the apartment itself leaves something to be desired. outdated appliances, old carpet, tiny cabinets, extremely small kitchen, all does not correspond to the monthly rent amount

Quiet, safe and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and staff is accommodating. Preparation for move in could be better. Cosmetics were well prepared but things like the dish washer, shower, windows and screens not cleaned, patio fencing was dirty and there was a lot of peeling paint.

Very nice and pleasant. Love the area and peace and quiet. Very accessible to highway. Shopping, fitness centers, entertainment and dining. The residents are very nice and friendly. The social meet and greets help you to know your neighbors.

Many of the positive reviews come from renters that recently moved in?please see below emails/nasty-grams you will receive regularly from Rachel & other Hunt Club management threatening your lease for having the American Flag, omg (bullet 2). These rules only apply to certain residents as well. Some people have had huge benches in front of their doors for years & hideous plant overgrown in front of their patios with no follow-up?but here their issue is kids' bikes, holiday decor & the American flag. How about have a place for renters to store or lock up their bikes? Or even a few communal bikes? Do better Hunt Club! Not items on Patios, Balconies ect. Good Afternoon Residents, Recently we had sent out emails to everyone in regards to what is allowed on your patios, balcony and the out side of doors and fenced areas. If you have any of the following outside of your space they must be removed immediately. 1. Bird feeders- These are not allowed as they are a way to attract mice. 2. Flags- We do not allow flags of any kind, so if you have an American flag or any other they must be removed. 3. Items outside of the patio- You are not allowed to have any displays outside of the fenced area of your patios. So if you have items outside of your area please remove. 4. Front Doors- Allowed only are doors mats and wreaths. Any flower pots, tables and or chairs must be removed. 5. Bikes- All bicycles and children toys must be located in your apartment or your storage area. Keeping under the stairs is not allowed. Please remove items that are not allowed by Sunday. I will be re-walking the property on Monday for anyone that still is in violation of the lease. If these items are still left we will be removing them on Monday October 24, 2022. Please understand that failure to comply with your lease can result in a non-renewal

good community and great staffs. hope to have more details in apartment when we search new home and 360 view is available. if some kinds of insect-cide equipment available, that would be better. overall it is good experience.

The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. The community is beautifully maintained and peaceful. The apartment unit was very clean with nice features. Location is great, and the walking trail around the community is a wonderful bonus.

I have only recently moved in but enjoy it this far. The management team is incredibly responsive and the neighbors are very friendly. The walking path offers a nice way to wind down at the conclusion of the day and the mature trees provide a nice ambiance.

Quiet and convenient. It's close to 202 and 309. Philly, poconos, and king of Prussia all within driving distance. Neighborhood is well kept and neighbors are quiet and clean. Staff and maintenance respond quickly to issues

We have been very happy here for the last 14 years. Staff and maintenance are always prompt and friendly, and we especially love the pool in the summer and the outside trails. There is a beautiful nature preserve in the woods behind the complex that's great for walking alone or with kids. Apartments are comfy. So far, the owners have also been reasonable with rent increases even considering the current market. I hope this can continue because as loyal residents we'd love to stay as long as it remains within our budget! Also, it's in one of the highest ranked school districts in PA, Wissahickon.

A very beautiful and very friendly community to live in. My husband and I were very pleased with how well the grounds are kept and how responsive the staff is to any service issues that may arise. We highly recommend this community to our friends and family

Community is great, there are many amenities available and the units are well taken care of. Only complaint is that office staff does not inspire confidence that they will work with your schedule to ensure you are home for maintenance (even if it is not emergency maintenance).

The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, polite, and efficient, although building maintenance requirements are minimal. The landscaping is very attractive, and resident safety is an obvious priority of the Hunt Club administration.

Not worth the money and headache
I lived at the hunt club for 3.5 years, the office staff pre-covid was amazing. Then they all left and for the past 2 years it’s all gone downhill. My biggest problem was Donna, the property manager, who always looked like she was inconvenienced every time I asked her a question or brought up a problem. There were multiple times over a 2 year period that I would email her & she would only respond 50% of the time. Sheree the other women in the office I would email asking a question & after a week of not responding, I would stop in to the office and she would say, “I got your email. I just haven't gotten around to responding.” I am paying a large sum of money each month, it shouldn’t take more than a couple days for me to find out information. I always emailed because no one would ever answer the phone when I called the office. But if I stopped in during the day Donna and Sheree would be there, so there is no reason the phone can’t be answered. In February one year my bedroom ceiling was leaking after a snowfall. I called maintenance, when the guy showed up, his response was to put a bucket under the leak. Since there was snow on the roof he said that it would have to melt before they repaired it. I was worried about mold, and they told me we can cut out the drywall if I wanted. Of course, since I didn’t want mold growing. A few days later I came home from work to discover they cut a 2 foot square out of the ceiling, which was open to the rafters, to remove the wet drywall. There were also 2 buckets catching the now multiple water drips. For 2 weeks in the middle of winter I had a full draft in my bedroom, because there was no insulation in the ceiling. So cold air was just blowing in. It ended up taking a total of 3 weeks to get this ceiling repaired. It’s all about what is convenient for the complex. In my opinion the person that is paying rent should not be the person that is always inconvenienced. For the price there are much better options in the area, where you can get a better quality apartment and most of all a staff that cares. Don’t waste your money renting here.

Nice atmosphere for apartments. Pictures online were very misleading prior to renting. Online the photos looked huge with all updates- that is not the case for some apartments and nothing was said prior to putting down a deposit. We were short on time frame of moving in, so lesson learned. We are looking in the area for other apartments.

So far everything is fiine. There are somethings that need repair. Painting and rugs as they were 3 years old when I moved in. I've had an Issue of water leaking on the rug that required repair to carpet and padding. I feel new carpet and paint are in order.
