MAINTANCE IS VERY PROMPT AND VERY EFFECIENT WITH EVERYTHING ALWAYS ADDRESSES THE PROBLEMS VERY QUICKLY NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL THE SERVICE ISSUE IS. THE GROUDS OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING ARE VERY NEATLY KEPT.

The apartment complex is clean and kept in lovely condition including the beautiful grounds. The staff is friendly and constantly puts together resident events for us to attend. I've had very minimal issues that have required maintenance to step in and help and when I have had issues, they have been resolved fairly quickly. I love the amenities as well. Overall a welcoming, beautiful, clean place to live.

I have been living in Hunt Club for 2 years and overall, it has been a pleasant experience. The school district is excellent, which was one of the main reasons we chose this community. Neighbors are generally friendly and respectful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient for shopping and commuting. The environment is quiet, clean, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to live. In the summer, the well-kept pool is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

It has been a really nice change from our old community. The roads are safe & quiet, the grounds are respected by residents, plus having a washer and dryer when we were using a laundromat before is a huge. All around very pleased.

It has declined over the years. The pool is a disgusting mess and every year it seems to get worse. They do not properly clean it each year and the tools for the lifeguard to use are always broken. There are broken and non-working street lights as well.

Generally fairly good. However, the constant coming into the apartments and giving one day notices is concerning. I like the paved roads and the parking spaces are big. Snow removal of the sidewalks is very concerning. Constant worrying about increase in rent is stressful.

It will be 15 years in July that I have lived in my apartment. I am very happy here and this is where I plan to stay until I retire at least two more years. I am happy here and I have always been taken care of from all of the staff here at the Hunt Club.

Overall okay unfortunately the rent charged is very high especially given the age of the apartment complex and its current infrastructure. Apparently a "market algorithm" is employed by the owners of this apartment complex to determine the rental rates. And for that reason the rates are equivalent to a similar apartment in New York City.

Poor management that wants to rob their tenants

If you’re looking to rent here, DONT! This is the most mismanaged over priced trash “luxury” living you can find. After living here for five years we started the difficult process of purchasing our first home in this crazy market. So you think after five years of being nothing short of exceptional tenants that management would be willing to work with us, but no. Instead management does absolutely nothing to work with people. They’d rather charge extortionate rates for month to month after doing nothing to fix the slew of problems in these apartments. We have an entire bedroom (our infant sons) out of commission throughout the entire winter due to the primitive heating system. Our heat being set at 70° plus the thermometer in the room was registering 62°. After multiple calls nothing was ever fixed. The first time maintenance came out they stuck a piece of duct tape over the one vent in the cheapest way possible to “force” air to his room. It did absolutely nothing, then after that multiple times they said to leave the bathroom door open (the coldest room in the apartment) because that’ll cycle the warm air. Obviously that didn’t work as anyone with a brain could’ve predicted. They then had an HVAC specialist come out and clean a vent and take a thermal scan that absolutely showed there were issues, did they ever return to fix it? Of course not. They told us “that’s the way these units were built, the back room is always colder”. As if that’s acceptable. So paying over 2000 dollars for an apartment, that you can’t even use an entire room during 4-6 months of the year, and they are still unwilling to work with us. The rent has skyrocketed here every single year with absolutely zero upgrades or changes done year to year. We had complained there was black mold on our main bathroom ceiling and they did nothing about it until the toilet above leaked through that same roof. They then cut out a hole to fix the upstairs neighbors toilet, that hole was open for over two weeks. When asked when the hole would be fixed my wife was told “well you have a second bathroom right?” As if that was an acceptable answer and solution to the gaping hole in our ceiling. The patch job that was then put up and painted was the work of a drunk child. We have ancient appliances, horribly patched walls and ceilings, sliding doors that keep falling down because maintenance puts a band aid on a bullet hole, rising rent for amenities to be closed for wasteful spending upgrades, the management here has the worst communication, almost to the point it’s dismissive and you’re bothering them. There’s a reason that so many people are leaving here and that so many units are left empty, management here sucks. Rachel and Nancy are here to provide zero service and help and to rob your bank account.
