Staff is very kind and responsive. elderly are very respectful. my neighbor has lived here for 26 years and had some very useful tips for me about the community. my son is happy and that's a big plus for me.

Not What It Used To Be

I've been with Paradise for almost 5 years. First in Silk Factory and now in Hunt Club for 2+ years. It started off as a 5 star place with 4 star management that *did* go to bat for the tenant, but it is not what it used to be and there is clear pandering to the parent company vs. protecting the tenant's quality of life. Usually they would solve 99% of big or small issues, but in the past year, it's clear where their priorities lie. My dryer is making rattling noises that make it impossible to concentrate when it is on, and they have repaired it twice and refuse to replace it, no matter how much I attempt to get their empathy, short of begging and pleading (which wouldn't work anyway because everyone at the company now is heartless or two-faced (which wasn't the case before.) The AC unit below our window has been buzzing so loudly I have to wear earplugs, and it's taken 4 months and a dozen embarrassingly painful calls, emails and office visits just to get them to take it seriously. Still no firm answer on whether it will be replaced. The final straw was right before writing this review; finding out they won't replace our screen door and that we just have to live with it bent and half-broken. (Also, Hunt Club is no longer on the Paradise Management corporate website, RED FLAG.) It is unfortunate to face the reality that the customers of this place are now the investors, not the tenants. This will go the way of pretty much every older apartment complex/building around here, and that's sad, because I talked this place up for a long time. No more.

My overall experience so far is great. The community is very quiet appliances are updated. All they are missing is doorbells and garbage disposals. Very close to a Giants market, Target and much more.

I think the Hunt Club is a very nice neighborhood to live. It is quiet, people are friendly, dogs are allowed, and it is clean. They even have places to dump dog poop bags to clean up after your pet.

My experience has been less than average. Rent goes up every year and maintenance doesn't fix issues that arise. Office staff doesn't seem to care. They are not prompt in fixing issues. They give you the run around instead of finding a solution.

We lived here prior to moving to California in 2019 and we loved living here and especially with all the amenities. Still beautiful and all the appliances are brand new and the apartment is in amai g condition when we moved in.

I've been here for one week and this apartment is fantastic. I wish there was lighting in the bedroom and living room. Also, wish my dryer didn't make a loud buzzing noise at the end of the cycle. I'm going to see if there's a way to turn that off. Maintenance was quick to resolve some minor issues I discovered after move-in. I have great neighbors and everyone seems so nice in this pet-friendly community!

Excellent Community

This was a super-fast move in. The apartment had some minor issues after a recent renovation, but Nancy was quick to communicate with maintenance. Steve came ready to take care of the repairs immediately. Beautiful grounds, mature trees, and a walking trail. I just love it here. My neighbors are so friendly. Parking is a little tight, but it’s a large community. Love the staff, amenities, and the clean smell of a well-maintained apartment.

Pretty good community and good on maintenance. Staff is great and routine maintenance happens frequently. I felt like my apartment wasn't as clean when I took possession. The neighbors are great, amenities are on par with other communities. I would definitely recommend Hunt Club apartments to anyone!

We Have not had a problem that wasn't addressed in an appropriate manner since new management.. We are still wondering about the steps that they were supposed to replace two years ago. I've not heard any update. They are dangerous steps.

Poor Quality, cheap, bare bones, lighting,carpets.Apt. was dirty when I moved in . fixtures dirty, grab bar in shower had all soap underneath, washer had a build up of fabric softener in dispenser. Very dated

The apartments are beautiful as are the grounds. My maintenance concerns were handled promptly. There were some concerns with the second lifeguard that ended up assigned to our community but I'm hopeful he won't be back next year. Most of my neighbors have been friendly and welcoming. There are a lot of kids, but they do not seem to get outside much which is sad. I'd love to see a better playground get built in the community to encourage kids to get outside. They do host events monthly that really add to the enjoyment of living here.

Generally good but there were some move in issues with the appearance of the apartment and they have not been corrected. The bathtub and the dining room woodwork are unsightly. I had lots of pests and the issue was not addressed so I bought and use my own pesticide. I should not have to do this but was tired of having bugs all over the apartment every day.

It has been great so far no complaints, it's quiet safe and clean. We really enjoy all the positivity from the cleaning staff, and the quick response time to get repairs done, there is also a lot of nature.

Everyone here has been very kind. The maintenance staff are quick to fix things. The bus stop is in a decent location for the schools. Lots of dogs, deer and fox, which is wonderful. I love that there is a life guard on duty.

Would not Recommend

During my 3 month lease my roomate and I encountered a variety of issues not only in regard to the facility but with management as well. When we moved in there were numerous issues with our apartment including the thermometer, our toilets and showers not working and sink not draining which took maintenance over a month to resolve despite our emails. They tell you one thing so you won't bother them and never actually resolve the issue. My roomate and I are both young girls and the lack of regard was blatant on behalf of management. While we were at work, they constantly had maintenance in and out of our apartment without our consent or knowledge and as I began moving out I noticed some of my items were missing including expensive electronics. When I contacted Sherry and Rachel no initiative or accountability was taken despite my emails and request for a maintenance record. Overall the facility is definitely not worth the price listed as well as the issues you'll have with the terrible management. They don't care for their residents and when issues arise they make no effort to resolve it.

I LOVE THIS COMMUNITY!!!!!! We have met so many nice people at the pool. We also love the Pool Side parties and get togethers. Katie does a GREAT job of coordinating and follow through. You go girl!!!!!

I'm very satisfied with my time living here. It's nice and quiet and the community is well kept. I've been living here since 2018, and the only downside has been the yearly rent increases, other than that I'm happy with my experience living here

The apartment is very quiet. There is never any noise. The upkeep is pristine and the plantings are beautiful. The police drive through occasionally and I feel very safe. The location is fantastic as you near main roads. The maintenance is great but I also want to point out the fantastic staff.

The Hunt Club is a well maintained community with lots of amenities and open spaces. Knowledgeable staff are easily available and all issues are handled promptly. The residents are equally as respectful and friendly, something so important to community living. All aspects of comfortable living are addressed well with smart solutions. I absolutely enjoy coming home to The Hunt Club every day!
