I came in for a your over the winter to look at a 1 bedroom. As soon as I drove in I knew that I was going to like it. I walked in and was welcomed by a leasing agent. I liked the grounds and how big the community was. It was nice and clean. I saw the one bedroom and it was just what I was looking for. But during my search I found a home that I wad able to afford instead. If I had not gotten the house I would have definitely moved to Hunt Club. Thank you.

I just moved here in January and have had only positive experiences - with management, maintenance, the apartment, and complex itself. You get good value for the price. The location is the best - close to everything but you feel like you are in a country setting - so beautiful and peaceful. There is a park adjacent that you can walk to, which is great for children. The clubhouse was recently renovated, and I can't wait to use the pool in the summer. The apartment itself is renovated with good storage - even an outside storage closet off the patio. I felt at home once I walked onto campus, and I know I made the right decision to move here!

Lived her for a little while. Nice place to live but the staff make it unpleasant. They are not responsible and do not go by the saying the customer is always right. Instead they point the finger back at you and don't accept they are wrong. When they realize they are wrong they do not accept the wrong doing. the apartments are also over priced. Some good points are the maintenance staff are nice and very respectful when around my property, they have activities for the residents, and the snow removal crew is good. I would not recommend this complex because of the office staff. If I can not trust them with my financials and personal information then it is not a good place to live.

I know it's changed ownership since I lived there, so I won't get too much into that. As far as the staff went though, maintenance was very good about showing up in the promised 24 hours, but all they ever did was patch things. They'd show up and patch the same thing 10 times over, but never just fix/replace the broken item. The leasing office was terrible, it was just a revolving door of people far more interested in each others' baby showers than doing any actual work. Even if you actually got a hold of them, nothing got done. The community overall is beautiful, and generally well kept as far as appearance. Most of the neighbors were great, and even on the outskirts of the neighborhood you didn't hear much traffic noise from the highways. There's plenty of trees, definitely a quiet suburban neighborhood, and great for young families. Snow removal was a joke, bring your own shovel. Parking is also very limited at some buildings, but others have plenty. As for the apartments themselves, the biggest problem is simply that they're rather old, and generally falling apart. We had a ton of maintenance problems, and most of them involved water leaks - including multiple burst pipes and a window that leaked every time it rained. Maintenance would just show up and caulk these things, and a month later come out and do it again. They only finally addressed the one pipe when it got so bad the shower wall crumbled. Mice and bugs were also a problem, but it is a wooded neighborhood and we were ground floor. And, some walls are very thin, so you will hear your neighbors behind/in front of you. Overall, it wasn't a bad place, but after a year of constant water leaks we couldn't take it any longer and got out.

Moved from this place during the summer because of poor management! The hot water heater exploded and flooded the apartment. I could never get the carpet cleaned or removed and mold began to grow on the walls in the laundry room and along the base boards. Communicating with management to resolve the issue was like trying to reach the president on his cell phone. I even called the district manager to complain and she did not return my call. In addition,the windows are drafty, many of the outlets did not work, you could clearly hear the neighbors below and next to you and the plumbing is dated. The rent is far too much to have to deal with these kinds of issues. Keep driving....

Great community so far , everything is clean and neatly kept. Very quiet. Neighhors seem friendly. Staff so far has been friendly for each times that I have had to communicate with them I do like it so far and my apartment is in a great location with a great view from my balcony.

I enjoy the landscape and neihbors are very friendly. I also enjoy speaking to the Hunt Club staff at the office with any problems that might occur during my three years stay at Hunt Club. You really csnt compare any apartment nearby and the restaurant nearby along with shopping center

I recently finished moving into Madison at Hunt Club. So far I have enjoyed my stay. I do feel, however, that the price of rent is high. Especially because the utilities seem a little dated, and did not include a garbage disposal or a microwave. Other than that, it is a very nice complex and I would recommend it.

for a luxury community, it is quite dated and filled with spiderwebs and dirt on the stairs and corners of the building. The steps leading up to my apartment are quite dangerous. There are chunks of concrete missing and the metal surrounding the steps are coming undone which could be a trip hazard for some individuals.

I've been living in a 2BR unit for about a year, and I love it! The front office and maintenance staff are very responsive and always attentive to our needs. The property is well-maintained, both interior and exterior. Unfortunately, I have to move across the state for work, but if this was not the case, then I would definitely choose to stay here. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the area!

The neighborhood is really great and really close to wholefood and wawa. Very convenient location since it is just off 309. I was looking for a good neighborhood apartment and this one meets my time and also it allows to run credibility for international residents (because I won't get my ssn till July and most apartments can't run international credits). This is a really quiet and nice community. Just it doesn't have a food disposer in the kitchen.

Beautiful property however our work orders have been lost twice now and the work that was done took two weeks to be completed one was our dryer which I had told the Maintenance Tech what the problem was they came a week later and replace it. But never fixed the issue its still not working

This apartment community is a great example of apartment living; from the front office to the professional maintenance staff, you are always treated like a special resident. We love the pool and the park! The pool was our favorite after work hangout spot all summer, last year. I'm sure we I'll be there again this year! The park is located right next to the development, easy to walk to. The layout of the condo worked great for my family and I.

Nice place to live if you are not afraid of pets. In contract pets are suppose to be on leashes at all times when being walked in the community, some residents do not follow this rule and get away with it. There is no reinforcement. So more than likely you may be greeted by these creatures (big and small, day or night).Hopefully they won't bite or jump on you.

Hello, I have lived here at Madison Hunt Club in North Wales Pa. for about 1 yr. now And I'd like to pass on some good info. regarding life & living here. This has been a very nice apartment living experience.... I've lived in this area a long time and have known of other complexes.. Not nearly as nice. All the staff including the Director and associates that work with her have been the absolute greatest & most professional people to work with, they communicate with us and go way above and beyond to make sure our stay here is a very positive experience. They really do go to all lengths to be friendly and very helpful to help with any need that I have had. I don't write many of these surveys but believe me when I say ALL the staff here Including the guys in maintenance go OUT OF THEIR WAY to do an EXCELLENT job....
