The grounds are beautiful, like living in a park, with all the grass and trees. There's a dog park, basketball and tennis courts, and a salt water pool. The clubhouse is very modern and hosts wonderful events regularly. The main thing for me is that I feel safe here at any hour.

The community is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and ready to help you with all of your needs. I lived here before and when I needed to find a new place to live when I returned to the area, I came back here.

Comfort, good neighbourhood, perfect management, no noise, convenient transportation, it's all perfect. So comfortable, all the neighbors are friendly and well maintained, so quiet and easy to get around.

Great service on maintenance issues
I have consistently found the Hunt Club maintenance staff to be prompt and effective in replying to any issues we've had with the apartment. Most recently it was as simple as a slow bathtub drain. The service staff come the next day (except weekends for non- urgent items) and take care of the issue.

Just the best place to live. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are sweethearts. I love coming home. Such a different experience from routine apartment complexes. I'm can not recommend strongly enough.

Everything has been great living here except the fact that expensive repairs need to be done to the old buildings that of course no one will entertain. If you want to live in a unit with a comfortable temperature that doesn't require you to spend money on energy being thrown out the door, live elsewhere.

The Hunt Club has a neighborhood feel, friendly, beautiful wooded grounds more like a condominium feel vs apartment, a beautiful pool, the management staff friendly and resolve any issues, maintenance staff promptly resolved issues, and fun community events. Great place to live.

I have very much enjoyed my time here. The apartment is beautiful, and the people I have met are very nice. I admit it is difficult to live right next to Route 63. So there is a lot of car noise. Not much can be done about that.

Quiet, well lit, good access to walking trails, feels safe. Ample parking, love the back door access to the walking trail. Maintenance is always prompt and resolves all issues. Quick response from office staff

Fast response time to service calls, plenty of parking & great snow removal. Most packages are delivered straight to your front door. Most neighbors are friendly. Inspection notifications are sent in advance.

It is in a great location and safe. It has a great staff. However, what the renters are paying you can buy your own house. I have not been offered any updates since I moved in compared to the market value increases that I have received on my rent.

This is an excellent, quiet apartment community. Maintenance and office staff are very accommodating and pleasant and respond quickly. The grounds are well maintained, and I feel safe and secure. Neighbors have been friendly and courteous.

Wonderful office staff, the easily answer any questions I may have and respond quickly. Amazing maintenance staff, they show up fast and are incredibly nice to deal with. Great neighbors and beautiful community. I am within my first year and I plan on renewing my lease.

We have been living in here for 5 years. The office and maintenance staff have really gone down hill. We love our neighbors and the location of our apartment. We have a dog and loving having easy access to nice walking areas.

The staff at the Hunt Club were all professional and made my transition very easy. I love the location and the property is well maintained and family friendly. Before making my decision to move here, I visited the community at different times of the day to ensure safety. The Hunt Club is by far one of the best communities in the area.

Brand New here but so far so good. Sheree was very helpful and informative. The neighborhood seems nice and the folks I've met have been really friendly. The complex is very centrally located to everything you could want or need.

Friendly, clean, and charming neighborhood. Close to all the essentials (grocery stores, freeways, etc.). And close to other entertainment and discretionary activities. I wish the neighborhood around it was more walkable and the maintenance team was more responsive to my inquiries.

I have only recently moved to this community but so far it has been pleasant. The grounds are very nice and the service is efficient. The staff dos attend to the needs of the apartment in a timely manner and are courteous and professional.

It's been a very good experience. Outside appear right of the complex is always very well maintained. The couple of times I requested help from the maintenance team they responded quickly and were efficient and always kind.

Pleasant overall quiet community. Amenities meet my needs and the grounds are maintained nicely. Staff are all professional and courteous. Community is located close to shopping and local restaurants. Occasional property events are planned which are a nice way to meet your neighbors if you are able to attend.

Our unit is small but cozy. It is very quiet and peaceful which is one of the reasons we chose to move here. We just moved in so it is too early to comment on living here but so far so good. The people are friendly and parking is ample. Trash removal is not the best in terms of distance to the dumpster but it is doable.
