The community is an excellent place to call home plenty of activities to do around the property from the walking trail to the social activities that are available. The maintenance staff and the office staff are by far the best of the best so elated to call the hunt club home. The neighborhoods as as well super friendly and helpful.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful and I appreciate how willing they are to help and answer my questions. When I have an issue with anything, they respond quickly. Maintenance is efficient and reliable and resolve all issues quickly. Living here is a joy every day.

The property is really beautiful and in an excellent location. The staff really went out of their way to help me find what I want. I am very likely to move here once an apartment that meets my needs becomes availableI. I can just picture myself sitting on the patio or walking my dog in this park-like property

I've lived at the hunt club for almost 7 years. I feel safe here and the maintenance is great. Also my lease renewals have been of great value. $1653 for a one BR can't be beat in a location like this.

I'm retired and decided to sell my townhouse and downsize to an apartment. I looked at a number of apartments in this area, and had my son come help me. We both decided on this community, mainly because of the hospitality of the women in the office, the proximity to my church, and the atmosphere of this community. I've only been here three weeks, but really enjoy the quiet atmosphere, quickness of service when needed, and the activities they have in the clubhouse.

Quiet place to live. Nice walking areas. Constant communication from community office. Always prompt and reliable maintenance service. Steve on the maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Office staff has been friendly in any interaction.

We enjoy our neighbors, the trees and landscaping, the helpful staff including the maintenance dept. , the feeling of having a safe place to call home and the convenience of local amenities. We have been calling this our home for 9 years.

Amazing community. Free parking and plenty of parking room for guests (no parking pass needed). Fun community events with food to take home. Most importantly - MAINTENANCE: they are great. Timely. Nice. Explain the issues and what they are doing.

The Community is Beautiful, quiet and friendly. However the move in process leaves much to be desired it took me getting into a heated argument just to be able to view my apartment prior to moving in (mind you I already paid my holding fee) my apartment was riddled with issues and although maintenance has been highly professional and fast I feel like this all could have been avoided if they did a proper inspection prior to me moving in which is clear that they didn't. I'm not saying I don't recommend this place however if you want to live here make sure you do a thorough inspection check in every nook, behind toilets and in every cabinet.

Highly recommend, the maintenence staff and he office staff are so nice and caring. Beautiful, peaceful, clean community with a lot of surrounding shopping centers. The apartment interior is clean and well designed using a good material. Neighbors are friendly and nice.

The apartments are too expensive to be mediocre, The electric bills are very high because the apartments is drafty, the ants are constant, as well as leaks and water pulling when it rains. If the rent was lower I would expect those issues. But for the price per apartment, those issues should have been resolved.

Staf was very welcoming, the apartment layout is nice and spacious, and we are close to make, so many malls, like, so many malls. The community is quiet, the walls are solid and thick. World definitely recommend, mostly the modified or renovated units.

This is the second time I have lived here. I only moved out in 2016 because I moved to Houston temporarily. I am back to stay. I have even referred someone to live here because I am so happy. I received a referral fee.

My neighbors are very nice. The community is very clean, safe, and convenient to shopping and entertainment. The schools are very good and the school bus stop is very close, right at the end of the street.

Thought it was a great place to live, but I've been forced to hear Squirrels scratching around the attic all day every day for over 3 months. And now there is a horrible smell from the attic taking over my apt. I just can't get anyone to help me. Would not recommend, definitely avoid!

The community is very low key. I love the up keep of the public areas and the landscaping. I wish the Maintenance Dept didn't have such a high turn over rate. My apartment needs updating in the bathroom and kitchen.
