Hunt Club is a good looking community and neighborhood is well cared for. Price increases have been steep since 2020, however. Also maintenance staff is not always aware of how to handle problems. Thank you.

The property is spacious and beautiful! Rt. 309 and 202 are both 2 lights away and there are grocery stores and shopping centers within minutes of the community. The residents are friendly and the neighborhood is well kept by pet owners and the grounds keeper. It's a quiet location and I've never had an issue with noise from neighboring apartments.

We had such a smooth move in and any small maintenance requests we needed were fixed almost immediately! We love how quiet and homey it is and it's conveniently placed to all different shops/restaurants you need. All the staff here are so kind and really go above and beyond.

Clean, quiet and good facilities. Neighbors are friendly and so are the staffs. Maintenances so far for me has been 50/50. There's 2 little nature paths that's peaceful anytime of the year. Rent is something everyone would wish for it to go down instead of up.

Katie was extremely friendly and informative. She even helped us forecast possible costs of utilities so we can budget correctly. The Leasing Office invited us to upcoming events to mingle with residents. That's how you know a complex is confident in what they are providing to current resident. Very pleased with community...staff...maintenance...landscaping etc. Considering age of buildings...well maintained exteriors! Problems were resolved promptly and to satisfaction! Staff sends very timely notices of any work affecting residents daily routine! As well as updates on ongoing work in community! Only negative...recycle dumpster is always full and overflowing long before pickup day! Maybe need 2 in some locations!

Very friendly people. Nice well kept clean updated apartments. The gym is perfect. It is a little small but has everything you would need. I have not been able to use the pool yet but I am very excited to use it. It is a very nice area with many chairs and a barque.

I would like to see the vestibules power washed and blown out by landscapers more often. The grounds are well maintained and glad to see that the recycle bin is no longer overflowing with trash and other debris.

It's had several management turnovers but the original team were memorable as they assisted me and my mother to gain a place in this complex. My mother passed away but I continue to live here longterm.

This is a well kept, safe setting. Staff is responsive and courteous. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. It's on the pricey side as recent rent hikes have been shocking. The location is ideal and has easy access to major highways.

Hunt Club as a whole is a great, safe environment to live in. It values family and community to the highest extend. They are always putting on social events to bring the community together. The workout room is an excellent feature and I really appreciate the timeliness of the maintenance staff. Little things do not go unnoticed.

Management keeps the grounds looking good with flowers in the spring and summer. The office staff makes sure that they respond to work orders quickly and the maintenance staff does a great job fixing the problem. Great job by all.

I have to say, I am absolutely in love with my 2 bedroom apartment. It's the perfect size for me and my partner, with plenty of space for us to live, work, and relax. But there are two features that really set it apart: the patio and the fireplace. Let's start with the patio. It's such a luxury to have a private outdoor space, and I feel so lucky to be able to step outside and take in the fresh air whenever I want. I love spending my mornings out there with a cup of coffee, watching the world go by. And in the evenings, it's the perfect spot for a barbecue with friends or a quiet night in with my partner. Having a patio really makes this apartment feel like a true home. And then there's the fireplace. I have to admit, when we first saw the apartment, I wasn't sure we needed a fireplace. But now that we have one, I don't know how we ever lived without it. There's something so cozy and inviting about a fireplace, and it really makes our living room feel like a sanctuary. I love curling up on the couch with a book and a warm blanket, watching the flames dance in the fireplace. It's the perfect way to unwind after a long day. All in all, I feel incredibly lucky to call this apartment my home. The patio and the fireplace are just two of the many reasons why I love it here. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move in, and I look forward to making many happy memories in this space.

Nice Community But Increasingly Expensive

Nice community. Some units upgraded, some not. I have a one bedroom unit that is not, and base rent went up just under an additional $200/mo. last renewal. Hopefully there will not be another increase that large next time. You have to get your money's worth and decide at some point whether what you have is worth what you're paying.
