The apartments aren't in bad shape and I do enjoy a good deal of the amenities that we have. You can get a good apartment that hasn't been renovated if the previous owner took care of it. At times it does feel like you're being charged too much for too little.

Responsive staff and friendly neighbors. Nicely designed apartments in buildings that are nicely situated so you don't feel like you are in mass housing. Awaiting one repair, but that is due to supply chain issues on a part.

Have lived here many years. It is a quiet community with a mix of age groups. Management always puts community safety first. Maintenance is top notch. Close to all major highways, stores and restaurants.

Very quiet, dog friendly community. Keep grounds clean and maintained. Plenty of parking available. Very nice apartment complex. Close to shops and major highways. Would recommend as a good place to live.

It's nice apartment and quiet neighborhood, and great management of the property. There a lot to in the area. Easy ascess to major high way. Everyone in the neighborhood is nice. And pet friendly, I'm glad I found this place

I especially enjoy walking in the woods on the trail that runs around the community and the view of the trees from my living room window which faces the trees that are referenced by my address on Woodview Lane

The community is very welcoming. Wonderful place to live, especially if you have pets. It's great seeing residents walking their dogs & stopping to say hello. The Office & Mainstenance teams are great.

We love the community we live in, next to great shops, eateries etc. We really love the school district that our child is attending. We couldn't ask for a better community, school district than what we have now.

The Hunt Club has wonderful staff, a safe community environment and beautiful apartments with just the right amenities. I was looking for a clean, safe and friendly environment for my first apartment and that is what I received. Sheree and Donna are both wonderful to work with a very informative

The apartments are not well insulated and extremely cold in the winter time. Rates continue to increase each year and nothing is updated. Trying to get new paint is hard and the staff is not helpful.

maintenance and office staff are not the most friendly, they seem inconvenienced/annoyed whenever we have had an issue. the property & community is very nice but the units are outdated and have issues

I like the living at the Hunt Club because it is a safe pretty quiet community with lots of trees and walking trails. It is close to shopping. The staff is friendly. The Hunt Club is family oriented and dog friendly close to parks and entertainment. Good school system.

We just moved in and so far we're in love. The community is lovely, neighbors have been friendly and we've been making the most of the many amenities. We hope to call Hunt Club our home for many years to come.

Nice area , kind staff .Quiet .good neighborhood . I love this place to live. Water pressure is little weak but it is ok with me to live. Specially leasing office staff was so nice and adorable. Happy to live here

This is a well-maintained community with nice and helpful residents. It is surrounded by woods with a convenient walking path. Pool. with comfortable lounge chairs available in summer. All apartments have patios and many have fireplaces. The maintenance staff is efficient.

It's pretty good. It's convenient to shopping, work locations, commuting. The apartment complex is quiet. The neighbors are quite pleasant. There is a pool for residents to use in the summer. There's a nice park next door to relax in, and take young children for the day.

After visiting several apartment communities in the area this one is by far the most desirable. I feel comfortable and safe. All the neighbors seems friendly. I have experienced service issues and they were on it immediately!

We moved in a few days ago and so far I love it. It's quiet, I don't hear neighbors. Matinence is very quick to come out if need be. Dean in the office is a big help and so friendly. The grounds are well taken care of. So far no complaints!

Nice location and community. Management is attentive. It feels more like you own the place then just a rented community. A Facilities are nice and community events are regular. Residence website is useful

Apartments are nice and the office/maintenance staff are friendly and responsive. There are community events every month or so, which are normally some kind of grab and go food item. Neighbors are generally quiet and keep to themselves. I think the price on the renovated units are a bit pricy for what has been done, but overall this is a good place to live as a young professional.

Efficient and thorough from application process to move-in. Grounds are well kept and there is sufficient parking. The apartment was clean and freshly painted with new carpet installed when I moved in. Love the Pet-friendly atmosphere and dog park.

Hunt Club is a nice community. It's quiet and well maintained. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderful and well-kept. Hunt Club is close to shopping and many great restaurants; the location can't be beat!

Everything was great and I had little issues until it came to communicating with the new management, who were non responsive, and wouldn't take accountability when they had sent the wrong information to the wrong people. I've had a few maintenance issues and most of the time they just tell me nothings wrong.

Very nice community and clean. It is very dog friendly and the pool is great. It has a walking trail and also a nice dog park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the wooded surroundings by my unit.
