For my brother, the resident, it has been a very wonderful experience. His handicaps have required extra service and accommodations at times and the staff has been most helpful. Since he is in a wheelchair but does drive one of the maintenance clear his van when they shovel his area.

My boyfriend and I moved into the Madison Hunt apartments this February. So far we have experienced quality support from on site management and have had pleasant interactions with the on site maintenance men. Not being here long we did get to experience how the community handled the bad weather, and I would say it was above average. My only complaint was that the evening of the day after the storm, the parking spots near our apartment were not cleaned out yet, and it took me an extra 10 min to muscle my car into a parking spot.

nice place to live, but over thpast few year there have been some minor crimes commited in the complex such as car break ins and vandalizum I think that more security is needed. Also people with pets need to take better care of the waste created.

I have lived at Madison at the Hunt Club for about 6 months. I have lived in several apartment complexes over the last ten years. This is hands down the best development I have lived in. The staff is amazing and the apartments are beautiful. I'm proud to have friends and family over. If I ever need anything, the girls at the office take care of it immediately and with a smile. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great pool and barbecue and fire pit. Nature trails nearby. Playground near by. Easy access to groceries and highways. Some units are upgraded and some not. A bit pricey for the older apartments I think.

I have only lived here for a month but am very happy. It is lovely and I have had 3 small issues and they were all taken care of promply and efficiently!I have not rented for many years and until recently I always owned but I have to say that so far so good!

I love living here-it is convenient to major roads yet feels like a community My apartment backs up to a wooded area and it is lovely to watch the sun come up over the woods. The community is nicely landscaped and always looks nice.The staff provide exemplary service

I have been here almost one month and even though the apt. I'm in was presented as renovated it is like living in a barn! Wind comes through electrical outlets, under doors,around windows. Not to mention HVAC is 20 years old and ducts are coated with mold and gunk! I know it's been cold this month but my electric bill is on par to be over $900.00 this month and that's at 60 at night & 64/65 during day! Also it is so inefficient I have to move space heater from room to room! Maintenance says its all good! Summer I'm sure would be worse! Yes no garbage disposal is a disgrace as well! The fitness center they advertise is like a walk-in closet! Dog dirt is everywhere!I shoveled my own car and walk! Lights that are out don't seem to get fixed outside. Even though I hate to think about moving again I believe I will be exercising the 30 day satisfaction guarantee and vacating! Hopefully that goes well...

Worst Apartments Ever Seen in Life, I would love to give -2 rating if it is available, forcibly staying there here to completed the Agreement. Worst place to Live in and no body will take the responsibility of the issues. Issues means lot of issues, it is like a hell.

Nice neighborhood, easy access to shopping centers, and clean. However, once you move in, you will find some unexpected rudeness of office staffs. I pay about 1500-1700 every month for the rent and never felt that this rent fulfills our expectancy to this apartment. You can just figure it out when you go into the office house. There are three computers and a printer; and they never fill the printer since they don't want people to print out. It was not like this at least a year ago, but something has changed(also people who work at the office are different people now) and they started cutting short of services they used to offer here. I have never felt comfortable living here after this change, I always feel like I deserve to live here if I pay the rent right away on the first day of the month. If something happens and if I am late one day, I feel like I did something very horrible. I realized living from this apartment complex that horrible services do change your satisfaction of living. Just to add more to this, I have visited an apartment complex down the road, it's called Avenel. They seem to have similar price range but the service is MUCH BETTER. They open the business center 24hours and they are always in good shape with sufficient supplies in the house. Fitness centers are always clean. If not for the school district, we wouldn't live here at Madison hunt club. We are planning on leaving here not renewing again. Also, our house is kind of skewing to left since it was built a long time ago. I don't know if this is going to cause any serious problems in the future, but two of our utility closets were broken due to this.

Just wanted to update about the non existent snow removal during the recent inclement weather (December 2013). Even though the sidewalks and roads were very slippery, absolutely nothing was done. The service has deteriorated appreciably, I believe that for the price it is becoming lesser and lesser of value.

The community is nice minus the residence driving to fast thru the complex. And the other thing iis when you renew your lease you want to raise the residence rates to high. Madison would keep more of there gd residence by not doing this.

At first look, the community...

At first look, the community is great. A little pricey, but well kept for appearances. However, the staff is one of the worst parts. The main office is run by younger folks who don't give you a sense of satisfaction and the maintenance team "band-aids" repairs and never fixes them. The noise in the complex is absurd. Kids running around everywhere, screaming, playing in the middle of the road and not moving. Along with the kids running around, there are frequently teens who speed through the complex whilst sitting on top of cars or hoods, endanging those in the community. Aside from the lack of control over the kid's/ teen's behaviors, the frequent calls to police for domestic disturbance/ violence, the lack of repairs by maintenance and the unprofessionality of the office staff, why wouldn't you want to live here?!

The reason why I chose...

The reason why I chose this apartment is three. First, this community has great advantage of traffic. Everyday I use 309 route so that I could arrive at my company in 15 minutes. Also, 276, 476 are very near so that I can go everywhere easily. Second, this community has big shopping mall near. For example, montgomery mall, Assi-the international market, Costco... So, it is very convenient to use these malls, markets. Additionally, in 1 minute, I can use supermarket to buy food, beverage, and clothes. So, it is great place to live. Finally, this community has a lot of woods. If you open window, you can see woods, grass, and flowers. I breathe fresh air every morning, I can hear bird's songs every morning. Additionally, the neighbors are very kind. They are always smile to me, say to me Hello!!. I love the community. So I highly recommend my friends and my co workers.

From the day we moved in I have loved living here at Madison. The Staff are in tune with our needs and the Maintenance Staff are the best. The Grounds are kept beautifully. We have a 3 bedroom apartment with a fireplace and have enjoyed our fireplace every Winter. Madison is a great place to live.
