Fancy clubhouse and family friendly

The common areas: hallways, doors, walking areas are wide and open. High ceilings make smaller spaces feel expansive. Though I won't be renting here, it does seem like all the tenants were happy and welcoming.

Poor Customer Service

Leasing team at Parc does not respect the existing residents. The focus is on increasing the net operating income and offering very little in return. Location is not ideal due to the heavy traffic and their are few walkable amenities. Everything is an extra cost and general maintenance is lacking. Do not rent an apartment at this community.

Just moved in and I know why I like to actually see a unit!!!

Obvious signs of water damage on ceiling in main living area and one bathroom. Bathroom ceiling is literally dripping brown water and ceiling is separating with visible water damage all around area. Super worried about mold because our family is already mold impacted! We have been in the unit since September 17/18.

The worst place to live if you want luxury

Everything is outdated. Incredibly overpriced. 2,100 expected a decent living space and good customer service. Maintence is awful, mangement doesn’t care. You pay for luxury and get beyond mediocre. Am trying to get out of my lease it has been so miserable. air conditioning doesn’t work, the elevators don’t work in some buildings.

New Management is a breathe of fresh air

I have been a tenant for almost 6 years, while Toll Brothers ignored quality and tenant relationships, Bozzuto team operates completely different, Apartments are gorgeous, don’t miss out. Very nice community. Too many large dogs which many is a problem with dog wast. When I first moved in I understood only one small dog per apartment, now it's out of control. Please understand I am an animal lover and have a small dog myself and feel bad to say all this.

Community is clean and maintained on a regular basis. Office staff is hit or miss (Nassir is one of the office gems), but some of the maintenance staff are the best I have encountered. When Sean is assigned to my maintenance requests I know the job will be completely quickly and properly. He is extremely friendly and is always interacting with residents and their pets when he sees them throughout the community.

All our neighbors are friendly. It is a very quiet atmosphere with people of all ages. It is also pet friendly. Management is very responsive to any problems that arise. They also have monthly events for people to get to know each other.

The layout of the apartment is very nice. The hallways are kept clean, maintenance dept. is responsive as well as office staff. Although this is an interim place for us, the amenities are so nice, I wouldn't mind living here permanently.

Worst experience

Aging building that smells. Run like a dog kennel, anyone not on the fourth floor, have fun trying to sleep because the walls have zero insulation making every conversation heard and creating no privacy. I have voiced my concerns to management and they have blown me off. I am going out of my way to save people money before they move into a lousy crap hole like Parc. Other options trust me, please.

I love this complex. I used to love here before. And after I moved to another complex near by. But came back again to this complex because it's convenient to get to the main road. All restaurants and stores are close by. And I love the staff and amenities here more than anywhere else. Maintenance requests are completed within minutes.It's always quite. Clean and nice. I love this community.

Property is lovely, apartments are luxurious and my tour guide was professional and had great personality. The amenities were centralized in the state of the art clubhouse with fitness room with weights and pool.meeting rooms and community events for residents, this property offers excellent living arrangements

Very welcoming from the first day I inquired All staff were friendly even the residents in passing were very friendly. It's not every day you move in a community and people offer to help, introduce themselves. And even make short conversation in the elevator. I met the lady next door my first move in day and she already suggested we meet for coffee to talk I just love the vibe here ??

We pay for a garage but before we had it parking was the only issue I ever had. The garage is 100% worth it. Maintenance and front desk staff are amazing. We've only had trouble with one neighbor. Noise in the apartment is minimal. The community overall is pretty "upscale" and everyone is nice. I'm very happy we chose Parc as our home.

Overall, it's been a fine experience. My career was as a property manager and I also served for 3 years as the president of a greater Philadelphia manager's association. Therefore, I'm kind of picky. The one thing that really bothers me is the cleanliness of the building. The carpets are usually in need of cleaning and it can be embarrassing when people visit and see dirty carpets. There's a stain on the first floor of our building that goes from the elevator to the trash room. It's like a trail. It's been that way for about 2 months.

I will not rate the apartment since we just slept in this unit for only 7 broken days. I will gladly rate this place in about a month. Maintenance was great though. The problem that we experienced is the lack of parking space close to our unit. We arrived around 9pm twice and we had to park 1and1/2 building away.

On site maintenance and on site staff to help other needs for example locate packages delivered to the club house is a plus. In partiicular Rich has been very helpfully very Helpful. Also they have been helpful when needed to choose a new lease. However for any handicapped or elderly residents the lack of railings where there are stairs and the very heavy doors to access ramps is a disgrace!
