Beyond Grateful!!

I honestly have to say the application process as well as moving process was super smooth and easy. I love the apartment complex because it is very quiet and peaceful something that was essential to me as well as very affordable! Everyone in the office it’s great ?? I’m super excited and grateful to be here.

Nice environment

Nice environment to live in especially if you have children. Staff is friendly and maintenance as well. I barely have issues with my apartment and if there is a problem, staff and maintenance is prompt in solving any issues. Property manager Ms. Joanne is very sweet and she isn't money hungry like these other property managers that be quick to put you out on streets.. she's very strict when it comes to agreements and very understanding because most of all she's human too. I remember one night, it was very late... My water pipe burst and flooded the floor.. me being me, panic mode and called emergency maintenance... She sent someone over my place which he arrived within like 30 minutes (due to being after hours they couldn't arrive right away) but anyway he came quickly and fixed it. She made SURE my apartment was 100 percent that night. I've never had issues with maintenance, neighbors, nothing and this will continue to be my place to live until it's time for me to find my forever house.

Don’t do it

Rudest management in the world. My apartment got broken into and not only did I have to deal with a burglary but also got treated like straight crap by Joanne J. It’s been two weeks since my place got broken into and I am in a whole other apartment complex because I ended up moving out but I am still dealing with the stress! I am getting harassed by Joanne and she sent me a bill for the door because she is upset her boss did not charge me the lease breakage fee. My home was vandalized and Joanne was the least empathetic and rudest person I’ve ever met. Luckily for Farrington, Emelia was who I spoke with renting the apartment then once Joanne got into the picture everything went downhill from there. So not only did I have to deal with being unsafe and endangered, I am also dealing with Joanne completely breaking tenant laws when I’ve done nothing wrong but live here. The only thing I’ve done was move here and within two weeks I moved right out.

I moved from the west coast to the Farrington in my apartment without viewing it initially. Jo Ann and Leslie were very nice and helpful in getting me settled in. I lived there for nearly 5 years which tells a lot considering I never viewed the apartment before moving. The maintenance staff comes when I put my requests in and the community is well kept and very quiet. My issue was with people who disobeyed the no smoking rule in apartments… I could smell whatever they were smoking come through the vents which I detested. Plus I had a neighbor who didn’t like throwing out his trash. Otherwise, it was a great experience and a nice place to call home. It’s also really close to the library which was very helpful for me. Jo Ann and Leslie are really two nice people who will try their best to make you feel at home ??.

The Best Property Ever!!!

This property is absolutely gorgeous and the people are soooo amazing!!! Seriously the best place ever :) I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and everyone, it’s super secluded but in a populated area but far enough back that it’s peaceful and quiet. No trouble around here whatsoever, the management team puts up with NOTHING!!

This is actually a very nice community to live in. It's very quiet a lot of families here. Kids can actually play outside and be safe. Haven't had any troubles since I've been here. One of the best communities I've lived in since I've been in Columbia

Joanne is fantastic

Always so kind, attentive and willing to help. The apartments are clean, quiet and tucked away in a safe neighborhood. Maintenance is taken care of quickly. My unit came with a washer and dryer! Very well lit apartment also.

Community is quiet and clean. Since being here the staff at the leasing office is always readily available to answer any questions or concerns. They are very professional but also friendly and welcoming. Maintenance usually responds in a timely manner if there is any issues with the apartment.

You'll love it here!!

Listen. When you hear the name "Broad River", you immediately subconsciously rule out anything good about that area of Columbia. Right? This location is the "Oasis" on broad river. A nice well kept neighborhood with outstanding, phenomenal staff involved. JoAnn and Leslie are absolutely wonderful and go out of they're way to help you with any and every issue you may have when dealing with your unit. The units are older, but well kept. The maintenance team is responsive, and always are down to earth and fix issues the 1st time. You would do yourself a disservice by not giving The Farrington a shot for your living needs. The Townhomes are huge, spacious and can be customized to your liking. You'll love it here.

When I moved to the Farrington's I knew it was home right then and there. The neighbors are extremely nice. Maintenance is fast and efficient and management is quick, nice and answers the phone. If you have any issues and problems management is always there to comfort you and steer you in the right direction in order to solve your issues which I love !!!! The kids in the neighborhood are quiet and respectful. Farrington's is like a little community within itself and it is the most safest place to be. I have never met people that will drop what they are doing just to accommodate your family and you.

Thus far, my experience with The Farrington Apartments has been great. Jo Anne and Leslie have both been helpful in providing information and preparing my rental unit for me. The neighborhood has been fairly quiet thus far, and everyone I've interacted with has been nice. My unit is exactly what I was hoping it would be, and I'm pleasantly surprised with the size of my bedrooms (2-bedroom Hydrangea unit, open floor plan).

I've enjoyed myself here in this townhouse it's quiet and I don't have to worry about getting things fixed when an issue comes about the staff is nice and courteous at all times and I truly appreciate living somewhere that has that.

Pretty disappointed in the conditions of the apartment upon move in. From the broken tub plug with a massive wad of hair wrapped around it , broken faucet sprayer on the kitchen sink, broken window handle that makes it nearly impossible to open the window, holes near the windows all that has not been fixed, and multiple staples popping up on the stairs stabbing me in my feet even after maintenance "fixing" it , which isn't safe at all when I have an 18 month old, and the leak in the sink which was fixed but the water damage was not which will lead to mold . All very frustrating especially when I have a child that takes naps and a dog that I have to put up each time maintenance comes and my son was woken up both times they came already. About 60% of the lightbulbs are burnt out . I've never experienced this many issues during a move in . Unfortunate because Leslie and Jo Ann are so pleasant but I just really don't like people coming in and out of my house especially with all of the viruses going around . Also the children's park is in horrible condition and there's rust and spots children could get cut up.
