Please don't rent here. Management is slack and we have been dealing with pest issues since we moved in in January. They get mad when you ask for pest control or they don't put you on the pest control list at all. We didn't find out we had to pay water until we got a water bill two months after we moved in. They swear they told us but didn't. It's just not worth the headache. Not to mention my car got towed because i had parked in from of my two assigned parking spaces about 50 feet away from the trash can and they leasing agent who got it towed said i was parked by in front of the trash can and the garbage guy couldn't get to the trash cans which was a complete lie because the garbage man had came that morning. It's just awful living here and I've contemplated breaking my lease numerous of times

My experience in this community was okay, the office staff is quite good and gets the job done right and in a timely manner. My complaint is mostly the cost, since it can climb to $700+ in certain months.

Complex is clean and quiet. Pet friendly, but im learning the hard way that not everyone is a good pet owner and cleans up after their dog. Otherwise, i have had no issues while here. Utilities are the responsibility of each individual. But that is to be expected.

This place is great! Rachel was very energetic and helpful! The property manager provided us with great intel as well and the amenities are great. The golf cart ride was a little bumpy but we had a great time and there was candy.

Rachel was amaizing, but not only her its the fact that all the employees treat you the same way. When my husband and I first walked through the door, it was our first stop on what we thought to be a long day of apartment hunting. It turned out the application was easy, the townhome we loved (very spacious) and the rent way below what we were expecting. I can truly say Im glad we made a decision to move here.

It's not horrible, but it depends where you're coming from. Neighbors are cool, and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You only hear sirens because the firehouse and highway are close by. Broad river is very busy, and entry into the complex can be congested at times from the road, but once you enter it's like another town. Beautiful view in the morning driving into the complex.

While an older complex, my 13 1/2 months and counting at the Farrington has been a good experience. The apartment is spacious (lots of storage!), the grounds are maintained, the community is quiet and safe, the office staff is friendly and courteous, and I'm glad this is where I've made my home during my time in Columbia. I'd recommend this complex to other people looking for a good home, short-term or long-term.

I was hesitant to move into a first floor unit. I didn't expect to hear so much from the apartment above me. There are 3 sliding doors in the 1 bedroom unit. Could do without 2 and instead have regular windows. The bathroom is very small.

My move in was smooth. Had a few problems but they fixed them right away. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The only thing that I didn't know before hand is that you pay for sewer and water and they figure it out by total complex use instead of what you use.

Moving in was great. I've only been here for a little while, and I already feel at home. The area is incredibly quiet and the community is very clean. The bathroom is the only downside because of it's size. Other than that - this place is a gem.

I had a great experience when it came to getting information to rent an apartment. I hate that there wasn't a model home for me to look at first before signing my lease. My apartment looked just like the photos online. I definitely wish there was a community gym on the property. So far I don't have any complaints. I'm giving maintenance time to fix the few issues I did have. One has already been fixed within the first week.

The best staff ever and they care about us. It's a wonderful place to live. Ms. Leslie and her staff does an amazing job keeping happy tenants and it is so clean and maintained. It is a safe community to live in. I highly recommend this community to all.

I haven't had a major problem while living here,any work orders that I have put were dealt with except for a couple. The office staff has been very professional. It is nice n quiet n I feel very safe.

The leasing staff here are amazing, very helpful, easy to work with. The property is well kempt, quiet. They try to have alot of activities for the tenants. Apts are spacious.Overall an awesome place to live!

Only been in the community for 2 weeks and am very pleased with the community so far. Great sq footage. Awesome floor plans. Repairs are made immediately without hesitation. Just wish there was a fitness center and completely fenced in patio for privacy and our pets.

It was poor I am. Travel nurse and this was worst place. Electrical has come 3 times due to bad wiring. I can hear neighbors sneeze and what is the sense of 3 month lease if I have to give a 60 day notice

I am pleased to say that I loved the way I was treated. As soon as I stepped into the office I felt welcomed. I enjoyed the laughter and how they made me laugh! I have had the best experience with the Farrington. Racheal was hands down the best help. She explained all the ins and outs and went over everything in great detail. She actually was helping at 2 different properties that I visited and she was one of the primary reasons I decided to rent. I just met her this week and I am moving in this weekend!
