For starters, apartment hunting is quite the hassle. I can't think of a single person that likes to juggle all the stress that comes with searching and then moving into a new place. From the moment I stepped into the office at The Farrington I felt a sense of ease. Rachel was exceedingly helpful. She answered all of my intricate and never-ending questions, and she did it with a smile! Both the apartments and the staff exceeded my expectations!

The staff in General at this Complex is unbelievably Lovely, especially Ms. Rachel she was willing to answer any and every questions that I had even if they were hard to find the answer she absolutely had to issues with them.

The property is so beautiful and well kept and the clubhouse and business center is gorgeous!!! I can't wait to live here. The office person Rachel was beyond amazing to me and my kids and she even had the manager come in to introduce herself. I felt amazing after talking to Rachel, she gave extra attention to my daughter who wasn't in a good mood and I was suprised how my daughter warmed up to her.

I went looking for a two bedroom townhouse and got the best service. Ms. Rachel went out of her way to make sure I got what I was looking for and was excited when I left. Knowing your in good hands is always a plus.

I wanted to view a 3 bedroom but they were fully occupied, however Rachel went over the floor plan and details at her desk. She gave me so much information and made me want to stay there more! She was incredible and really gave us a lot of her time even though she didn't have anything to show me.

The office people are super nice...it's the big reason why I chose the apartment. Community is clean and quiet. Rent is affordable. Amenties are great. I wish the clubhouse was available after hours. Havent used the pool yet but it looks great.

I'm satisfied with the old oil of the apartment as well as the ground. The staff is great my complaints are followed up in a timely fashion. I would recommend this property to my family and friends. The common area is great convenient the staff is great.

The apartment is a perfect fit for a single mother. The staff members are helpful and amazing. I love coming home to my new apartment and now that I am safe. And the patio is amazing! I love thee screen door that goes out to the patio. feels like the country!

They took our application money and said that it was under review and took so long that we just ended up looking at another apartment. 3 bedroom was nice and spacious but the office staff are very unprofessional! Do not move here unless you want to be taken advantage of!!!

The experience has not been great. Ac is not working properly since I moved in June. Toilets run constantly. Master bedroom tub leaking over a month. Several other issues. We still have several order works that has not been completed. Always getting an excuse I stead of getting to the root cause of the problems.

Very easy to access all major interstates. Quite and peaceful neighborhood with a staff willing to support your needs. Public transportation is within walking distance with shopping areas all around. Well maintenence pool with a play area next to it.

Ms. Leslie made it so easy for me to transition here... even when I lost my employment briefly, they worked with me until I got back on my feet. For a first time renter the process was very easy and the staff very accommodating since my work hours start and end after usual office hours. If a message wasn't received or not heard clearly, the staff will call to verify the information. Good find

The rent amounts fluctuate dramatically. Make sure you know your move out date (I don't believe they have 12month leases) because they require 60day notice and will make you pay the pro-rated rent for am inflated rent amount (since it's considered month to month). The property manager isn't pleasant. Do NOT put in maintenance request through the holiness you must go in person (it may actually get done). My car has been broken into twice despite being assured that they have a resident police officer. Make sure the apartment they promise you is the one you get. I was shown hardwood floors (or imitation) and a fireplace but instead got carpet and no fireplace.

I love my apartment. It is spacious and just enough for one person. Maintenance is always there and gave fixed everything that has been asked with no problem or wait time. The pool is a quiet area as well as tbe playground. The children that play outside are respectful.

Office staff were very informative and helpful. They have the exact idea what they were supposed to do to help someone movein. Community seems to be friendly with secured premises. Efficient service and quick turnarounds in addressing problems.

These apartments are convenient to the major highways. The insides are a little dated but for the price you really cant go wrong. The maintenance crew needs to take more pride in what they do. The ladies at the front office were really polite and helpful.

I have been a resident here for some time now. It is quiet and it feels like home to me. The respond to issues very quickly. The staff is very nice and they listen to your concerns. I love it here. Compared to the last place I live this community is much better.

When I first moved in the apartment was a good deal for its size, 850 square feet for about $535/month. Since then the rent has gone up regularly but I don't think the apartments are worth what they are charging now, since they are old and have poor insulation, and the neighborhood is not particularly safe.

Nice, clean, quiet, and always friendly staff. Me and my spouse decided that this was the perfect community to start our new family and raise our child. From the moment we walked in for the first viewing, we felt like family and that we belonged here.
