Initial experience was great when I first moved in, maintenance is always friendly and the townhouse itself seemed well kept but I learned very quickly that alot of the maintenance issues I've reported (outlets/exhaust fan in bathrooms/furnace filter) aren't going to be fixed so I'm stuck with a townhouse that is only partially usable. Certain neighbors are very rude and drive dangerously in my apartment complex.

2 weeks air still not fixed

Air went out and the solution was a portable air conditioner. Was told that my air would be fixed as soon as the part came in and now they are down a maintenance guy so we have to wait. It’s cold out so the air isn’t a problem at the moment. But now I’m laying in bed feeling the cold drift from outside because there’s a portable unit in my window. My heat is set on auto but is constantly on because of the cold drift from outside. This is ridiculous and one of the worst moving experiences I’ve had. Not to mention both bathroom sinks are clogged/has very slow drain(pretty sure it’s from the last tenant before me), bedroom door must have been patched and not painted over because every time I brush my arm against the door I have white residue all over me, the bathroom door won’t close without being forced shut, and all faucets are either leaking or loose. This apartment definitely wasn’t move in ready. I’m very disappointed. The only thing I like is the quietness of the neighborhood.

The office staff JoAnne and Leslie are very professional and welcoming. The maintenance guy Bernard is also professional. The apartments are nice and spacious. It feels like home here! Im definitely going to renew my lease. Y'all are a great team! Thank you ??

Good talk bad service

The apartment seemed like a great choice after touring and speaking with Leslie. She ensured us that they take care of their tenants and goes above and beyond. Well that has already proven to not be true. First week in and my air went out. Put in a work order for maintenance on Wednesday afternoon and didn’t hear anything so I called Thursday afternoon and was told that there is no maintenance. Hopefully this is just a hiccup and I have no more issues after this is fixed

From day one the property manger was awesome and any time I call her she took care of my problems moving in from out of town she made feel very welcome the apartment area it's is a nice and safe place to stay

I have had an alright experience with this community. The cool air doesn't travel well upstairs, the rent went up after I renewed my lease and the fireplace was removed from my apartment, but I have not had any bad interactions with my neighbors. I have never felt unsafe or anything of the sort.

It's a good community and the staff is really helpful I like the apartment and the recreation center really like that there is a pool. Am just moving in so I haven't had any experience with my neighbors yet

Best complex in Columbia. Very quiet, very clean. Prices are rising due to inflation possibly that's the only complaint. Had a few maintenance issues over time due to the age of the unit but staff handled promptly and professionally each time.

We love the apartment overall. We moved from New Jersey and was dreading the move. But we got to settle in to our new apartment and we love how it turned out ! Love the community! Pool looks clean and has a tennis court !

Moved in just over A week ago and the office staff and maintenance crew have been so incredibly kind. The move in process was so easy. They made me and my family feel very welcomed. The two bedroom apartments are very spacious and with plenty of room for a family.

The community is very quiet and nice. Staff have always been very pleasant to deal with and have addressed any concerns we have. We enjoy being in a complex that sits way back from the main road. Overall, living here has been a good experience.

Very Professional & Helpful

Let me start off by saying Ms. Jo Anne was wonderful in getting the rental process started for me. The apartment community looked very peaceful and clean. I was able to see the apartment before renting which made me very reassured at what I was getting. Ms. Jo Anne sat and spoke with me for awhile and made me feel like family before leaving, which was a breath of fresh air after dealing with countless property managers. I look forward to becoming a resident here!

overall it's a good community. but the rent to value ratio is a no for me. the apartments are not updated and it's not worth what we have to pay. $1100 a month and everything is OLD in the apartments. VERY OUTDATED.

Everything is great, very nice place to live and pet friendly. When something is broken it gets fixed right away no wait and everyone so friendly and nice from the people in the office to the maintenance staff.

I was originally very hesitant to move to Broad River Road after hearing/reading about the lack of safety in the area - but the Farrington community is tucked away down a long road and secluded from the craziness of Broad River - so I took a chance, and I'm glad I did! Leslie and Jo Anne were super helpful and kind from the beginning, and were easy to contact throughout my lease! My apartment was clean upon move-in, maintenance completed tasks in a timely manner, and it was usually very quiet and peaceful! The only reason I didn't renew my lease was because I moved to a house closer to my job, with a yard for my dog. One of my favorite parts about living here, though I fortunately never needed to take advantage of it, was that they have a Courtesy Police Officer on site 24 hours should they be needed. Definitely would recommend living here if you find yourself needing somewhere to live on the St. Andrews/Broad River part of town.

Very quiet and staff is very respectful. Maintenance handle issues quickly (only had two minor issues and it was taken care of quickly). No issues with neighbors, kids, pets. Everything is good to go with this complex.
