I have lived at the farrington for Two years and it has been a home away from home. The staff here is amazing and friendly and stay on top of their game. I haven't had any problems with crime and the few times anything happen we were notified for peace of mind. It's truly been a pleasent and peaceful place to stay.

I absolutely love The Farrington. I was a little bit nerves about living on my own plus taking care of my first place since moving out of my parents. However, I was reassured by Rachel Nixon about what a good investment I was getting with renting from The Farrington. The apartments were nice and spacious, the neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is safe. The only issue I had was the first day I moved in the refrigerator was leaking and it took maintenance a bit long to get to me and change out my frig. Other than that, I am satisfied

Ms. Rachel Nixon is the absolute best and is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help when there is an issue. There needs to be more employees like her here. I have told several of my friends about this place and I highly recommend it.

My Kids and I have lived at The Farrington for a little over a year now. I had a couple minor issues arise and I brought it to Rachel Nixons attention. She solved it right away. Anytime I have any questions or concerns about anything I always go to Rachel. If she does not know the answer right then, she will figure it out for you. The experience I had to moving into Farrington was amazing. They made it as easy as possible that the staff was awesome! It seemed to my wife and I that Miss Rachel get everything that she was supposed to and made our life as easy as possible we will be definitely telling our friends.

At first I was hesitant about moving here because of Broad River Road area, but after visiting the property and with the leasing agent,Rachel, I instantly had a connection. She spent a lot of time with me and she reassured all my fears and we talked and laughed for a very long time. Not many people are interested in taking that much time with you. I have been living here since June and haven't had no problems. All the staff is friendly and helpful and my apartment is huge. I would recommend this property to everyone for sure.

Rachel made the process of signing our lease so easy and made us feel so comfortable after coming from a bad apartment complex. She assured me that this complex did not allow such bad behavior so I feel more safe. If only I had known sooner than I would of got an apartment at Farrington earlier.

I had the most satisfying experience at The Farrington. I havent lived here long but the one issue i did have was taken care of promptly by Rachel and the staff to include maintenance. The manager, Leslie called me personally to make sure it was taken care of. I am more than Happy to be living here.

While browsing for apartment homes, I came across The Farrington. I spoke with a lady named Rachel Nixon who seemed to have ample knowledge about the facility. I bombarded her with a million questions and she answered each one without hesitation and displayed extreme patience with someone who is as inquisitive as I am. While they don't have any apartment homes available to lease right now, she did offer to put me on a waiting list. I was very pleased with their rates for a 3 bedroom, and they have quite a few amenities that you can take advantage of. I will say that one con is that they do not have a gated facility, it's something that prefer, but isn't necessarily a deal breaker. I am pleased with information that Mrs. Nixon provided, in a world where kindness is lacking, she was definitely a stand out.

My husband and I have been dying to move to a nicer, more secure location, and when it comes to places I'm going to live I am a very picky, unsure person. The apartment building is not only beautiful but the staff is amazing! I had so many questions that I was starting to annoy myself, but a very sweet, attentive lady named Rachel Nixon assured me it was just part of the process. she helped us and answered every question with the upmost patience and honesty.
