I have been a resident for quite some time. Mrs. Leslie is an AWESOME Property Manager and treats like family. I cannot say enough about how the residents needs are meet in a timely manner. I am so happy to be a part of the Farrington family. I would recommend this complex.

My experience with Leslie and Jo Ann was awesome. These ladies went above and beyond to make my process easy. They were very honest and detailed. The townhouse is nice with so much space. Bedrooms are big with plenty of closet space. The kitchen do need to be updated but overall, it's nice and clean. I would recommend Farrington Apts. Jo Ann and Leslie is the best.

Farrington Apartments is a nice quiet, clean community in Columbia. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are always kind and complete the work needed. My family has enjoyed living here and using the amenities (pool and tennis courts)!

I have enjoyed my stay at The Farrington. The staff is extremely responsive and attentive to any concerns that have been brought to them. They are also extremely kind and understanding when issues have come up. The community is quite and it feels separate from the surrounding area.

Great community and is kept well. Office staff is very friendly and it al around kind of quite in the neighborhood, which is nice. Always looks nice and kept up by maintenance. No issues at all with moving in.

WAY TOO MANY BUGS IN THIS APARTMENT. EVERYDAY THERE IS A BUG. JOANNE IS UNPLEASANT. THERE WAS LITERALLY A LIZARD IN MY APARTMENT THAT CAME THROUGH THE OPENINGS DUE TO DOORS BEING UNLEVELED. THIS IS A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD THOUGH EVERYONE MINDS THEIR BUSINESS I STILL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, NOT A BOTTOM FLOOR APARTMENT AT LEAST.

The apartment community seems very decent. The surrounding area leaves a little to be desired. There lots of shops, stores and eating establishments. Older buildings, a bit run down seems everything needs a cleaning and a fresh coat of paint or outright renovation.

Quiet, it's fine. I find it disconcerting some of the "issues". Loud arguments getting more and more frequent. People, who knows who, hanging out and just walking around the complex at all hours of the morning. Feels more and more of a danger to live here as time has passed - but not to the point of actually being dangerous - yet

Quiet community, but my move in experience has not been the best and continues not to be good. Things not fixed in a timely fashion and resident doesn't need to be informed when they will be there to fix the issue.

Location dangerous due to traffic on broad river road. Hard to get in and out of apartment safely. No parking with apartment. Sometimes gotta park on the main road on the property. No club house access.

The move in process from out of state was fantastic. The office staff was in constant contact and flexible with virtually viewing the apartment. The grounds staff keep the community looking great just as shown in pictures.

Management is good! Very motivated to keep grounds clean, updated and doesn't look and cared for. The staff are hardworking and always looking for ways to update the property and surrounding areas including the pool and parking lots.

I've enjoyed living here. My neighbors have been pretty alright and I feel pretty safe here living alone. Only complaint is how some residents won't clean up after their pets. But the office staff have been trying to make sure that residents comply.

Usually quiet, 1 incident with someone trying to get in my car, police was notified and responded, office staff noticed. Resident Law enforcement notified,and followed up with me. Excellent law enforcement response.

Great apartment, great layout. Friendly staff, fast and complete maintenance when requested. Rent prices are very reasonable. Great location, right near I20 and I26. Great amenities - pool, tennis court, playground, community laundry, streets great for walking. Pest control could come more frequently - spraying yourself is necessary.

I enjoy living here. It's fairly quiet and management is always making improvements to the community! Since moving here 4, almost 5 years ago, the roofs have been tended, thermostats replaced, surface lots repaved, trees cut down, AC units updated, and parking spots redone. It is undoubtedly the most work I've seen done at any apartment complex in which I've lived.

Had some roach problem initially. But was resolved. Make sure you check the apartment thoroughly for alive or dead bugs before signing the lease and don't sign if apartments are not ready to move-in. Quiet apartment and relatively safe considering broad river road skatchy neighborhood. Affordable apartments and are spacious. Thin floors and u will hear footsteps from top apartments( but thats the issue for most of thr apartments) Property is kept extremely clean and pleasant to walk around inside the community. All problems related to maintenance are resolved quickly.
