The process was fast but stressful as I felt rushed by the leasing specialist and we weren't even able to see the apartment before our money was paid. The date I wanted to move in couldn't be kept because of some policy of not being able to hold an apartment two weeks after the application but I was told my application would be held for 30 days. It was very confusing.

office staff was extremely helpful at move in. love the size of the apartment. guaranteed parking spots was a major plus. just a few minutes from the interstate. complex is not noisy. closet space is huge.

The Farrington is a quiet community hidden deep off the road of broad river. It's a beautiful community and offers you the safety and peace most people desire for their home. Move in process was easy and Jo Anne answered all our questions and did everything she could to make out move in process easy and welcoming. Overall the Farrington is an amazing place for anyone looking to raise a family as I'm happy currently with my fianc? and two children.

It is clean and nice , I really enjoy staying here. The staff in the front office is really nice and the apartments are very spacious. They answer maintenance request super fast although it doesn't always get resolved the first time. Great community

The Farrington community and staff are very nice welcoming. It is a very quiet and nice community which is why I pick this area as my first option for renting out an home environment. The apartment houses looks very good like a home.

Overall, my experience has been great! No bugs at all which is a major plus. I saw one roach and the leasing office had post control out not long after contacting them. The property managers are awesome and do listen and act on concerns. I have a one bedroom and it is super spacious. The only issue I have had is having someone above me that is a bit noisy. Other than that I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. Its spacious and affordable and safe, despite the location.

Quiet neighborhood, poor customer service. Maintenance staff is horrible, lots of problems with bugs. My A/C went out 5 times, rent is too expensive for the very poor living conditions. I would not renew my lease.

It's a nice place to live. The area is clean a d quiet and the staff is friendly. I love that the office will receive your package so that it's not left on you door. Love paying my rent online so it on time all the time.

I have very few comments about the Farrington that are bad. I'll start with the positive. The Farrington community is very quick at responding to most of our needs. The people are friendly and the staff treats us with care. Also the rent is cheap and the community is very very very peaceful, safe and kept clean. However, things have to change. There nothing you can do about people smoking weed around you. The best way to deal with that is through prayer. The office staff WONT come to your rescue like you would need them to. Also our car was broken into the day we moved in but you can't blame he office staff. These issues can only be fought through prayer. It's a spiritual battle believe it or not. Don't attack the office staff.

I work in the industry and have decently high expectations based on what I'm expected to provide at my community and what I know about the business. My boyfriend and I came one day and met Jo Anne, the first thing we noticed was how warm and welcoming the office smelled. (That's a huge thing to me) Jo Anne told us about the available apartments, benefits, features... after talking for about 45 minutes, my bf and I decided this was probably going to be the one, even without seeing it. We scheduled an appointment the next weekend to view an apartment just like the one we were interested in, and we fell in LOVE. We brought my 4 year old with us and since then, he can't tell me enough how ready he is to move in. After doing my application, I met Leslie over the phone and loved her personality, the way they answer the phone "Where you matter", they really live that phrase. 23 days! We can't wait !!

It's a very quiet and nice place to live. All staff are friendly. If you like the simple life, I would recommend Farrington Apartments. It is very close to the library where you can print for free. Apart from the summer heat, it is a very nice place.

It's good so far. Though the rent went up so high. But there's a lot of cockroaches in our apartment. I hope that this will resolve by the management. Though there's a routine bug spray but it didn't work at all

Moved in 4/5/19 and today is 4/20 - Leasing staff, Ms. Jung, was very helpful, professional and patient. I leased over the internet sight unseen from out of state after googling many apartments, crime rate, location, contract terms, apartment ratings. The walls are thin, otherwise everything is fine for this apartment complex which is an older complex. I did have an loud noises that kept me awake last Sat/Sun night; reported it on a Monday, and someone came to check it out on a Tuesday. I rented in this location because it is 1.7 miles from my work site; not far from a major highway and close to a Walmart. Will I renew after my 6 months? We will see how the next 5 months workout. Overall, so far I feel Ok about the apartment. As far as safety, I do feel relatively safe considering the internet Crime report indicated high criminal activities all over Columbia; so no matter where I live in this town, there will be crime in the area.

Quiet and overall a great neighborhood. Outdated and needs to be upgraded as far as the AC unit and other things. The paint job needs to be better and have better quality . Issues needs to fixed fully not partially when big changes need to be made

The office staff is very professional and respectful. Leslie always remembers my name and always inquires about my family. The wonderful ladies in the office always asks me everything is alright in the apartment and if anything is needed. I definitely would recommend these apartments.

My past year at The Farrington was great! It's off of Broad River but it's far enough back that most people don't even know it's there and you don't get random people going through the complex. It was really quiet and safe-- I never felt uncomfortable coming home late at night because of how safe it was. There were never any bugs (which I always heard there were ton of in South Carolina, but they proved me wrong here) and, while the apartments are older, it was a nice and clean apartment. I would absolutely renew my lease if I wasn't relocating for work. -Alissa

I would definitely recommend The Farrington to a friend. Leslie is to amazing and down to earth . If i have any questions or problems She is there to answer. The neighborhood is quiet. No loud noise or rude neighbors. I absolutely love it out here.
