Overall community is kept clean and nice looking. Very quiet and peaceful community. Best value for your money that you can find in the area. Would recommend anyone interested in the area to at least visit. You'll see how nice the complex is

The only good part about these apartments was the neighbors we had other than that they are crappy older apartments that aren't worth staying in unless you need something quick to stay in till you find better.

Quite and friendly! Love I just wish I could stay longer. I love the space and the homie feel that I get! The staff has been friendly and just helpful. I would recommend these apartments to all my friends and family looking!

The Farringtons are very quiet and hidden with no through traffic. The staff here is very professional and definitely makes it feel like home. Ms. Joanne kept in contact. there were no hasels, no hidden fees and I was settled within 2 weeks of me moving here. Neighbors are quiet and seem to watch out for one another. Very happy on my decision with the Farringtons.

Quiet community for the most part. Professional and courteous office staff. Quick service times during maintenance calls. Safety precautions taken even during the pandemic. Management is really nice.

I have only lived at The Farrington for about a month. However, I am really enjoying every part of my experience so far. The complex is very well maintained, clean and pretty quiet. The parking lots were recently re-paved, the flooring in my one bedroom apartment is new and updates like these show that the staff cares above continually improving their residents living conditions. My apartment is very nice, reasonably priced and I am happy with it. All members of The Farrington staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful! I highly recommend living here in any of their various sized apartments.

My experience has been great until August of this year. The building is infested with rats and I still have to live here and pay full rent and I cannot enjoy my entire apartment. I'm scared to cook or go downstairs due to the rat infestation.

I love the community, there are no concerns. I have enjoyed living here for the past five years. The management staff are very professional and friendly. I would recommend this apartment to other people.

I have had 2 rats in my home and some type of animal in the ceiling on the first floor. I have shared my concerns with the office and I'm almost certain she is not fully listening to my concerns. It's sad because I want to enjoy my stay here but so far I'm not.

It's been great living here! I only have one complaint about the entrance due to the entrance is a safety hazard for many people coming in and out . Overall this is a great place to live and great price for rent!

Simply put...absolutely amazing! Ms. Leslie and her staff are always so energetic and inviting. I was given a chance when I got here and I really needed that. Mrs. Leslie gave me tips and pointed me in the direction that I needed to get back on my feet. This place will always be special to me.

It's been okay so far. I do feel safe but frustrated with the maintenance of the water issue within the apartment . I'm a single mother who is in Graduate school with a busy life. I don't have time to sit home all day and monitor my kids and watch maintenance. If the job was taking care of the first time that I took off of work then I would have to be dealing with this for the third time!

Staying here has been an overall great experience. Mostly quiet in the community. The staff is great and very helpful. It's hard to find a staff that truly cares about their tenants. I would recommend this community to anyone who's looking for a great place to stay.

The Farrington Apartment Complex is a clean, quiet Neighborhood where the maintenance & leasing staff truly care about there residents. From the 1st day I moved into this apartment complex until this very moment it has been a pleasant experience.

Overall it has been a pleasant experience. The neighbors are nice a pretty quiet, however the walls are thin. There are lots of pups in the community, so I wish there was a dog park.The pool area is beautiful!

Wonderful experience. I greatly appreciate the patience and time given to me and my family. Help was given with no issues and readily available. Great safe neighborhood and my family feels much better and safe than our previous home so far.

I would say the staff really made the sell. They didn't just push an apartment an it's amenities out there an waited to see if you bought into it. They put their whole effort into making sure you felt comfortable during the process and that you loved every part of the entire property l. Honestly it was higher than the budget I set for myself, but when I viewed the property and talked with the staff I knew I was willing to go out of comfort and lease it.

Nice quiet area however management is the worse!! The manager does not care about the needs of the people but her own selfish gain. I would recommend that the apartments are remodeled and that they receive new management

Apartments are old so there are quite a few maintenance issues and maintenance staff doesn't seem very knowledgable. Also, instead of replacing worn-out appliances, fixtures, and faucets they just repair what is in place so things often need to be fixed multiple times. Office personnel is pleasant during the rental process, but unreceptive and unresponsive after move-in. Can't use the fireplace because the chimney is clogged with debris and unsafe to use. Security practices are rated low because there really aren't any, but several county deputies are residents, so that does make it seem safe.

Came with all amenities and appliances I needed including washer and dryer. Clean and competitively priced for the area. Surprisingly quiet here. Neighbors seem to stay to themselves which is perfect for me.

Every community should be like this! Great property and staff. The Farrington Apartments are a well-kept secret that's bound to leak out. Who would have thought it could be THIS good. I am finally home.

Apartments are a bit old, but there is lots of space and rent is reasonable. Moved here from out of state and office staff were helpful and easy to work with during the whole process. Only downside is that fixtures, faucets and appliances are a bit outdated.

Good community..areas are monitored by courtesy officer but we've had car break ins and think they should have outside cameras ..but otherwise good community and staff always helpful..and close to schools
