Scam Scam Scam- Beware-- Water/sewer bills will almost $100.00 on top of you rent price. They do not go by tenants in each individual apartment, Instead their is a master bill and it will be split amongst however many apartments are in your area. Maintenance takes forever, They patch up things,, Not fix them.. Pool is barely open. Kids hanging out all times of night breaking in cars. Apartments are old and poorly maintained. Coats and coats of paint on walls. Horrible traffic will be a problem . the one entrance and exit is on busy broad river. Electric bill will also be high due to the single pane windows and poorly insulated insides. You can literally feel the hot/cold blasting into your apartment. Bugs is currently a big issue here. You pay monthly for pest control but you never see them spraying

At first it was great. Ever since they haven't had anyone in maintenance in early February it has been difficult to get things fixed and in a timely manner. My air hasn't worked since 2/8 and I moved in 1/27. Steps have been made to resolve the issue, but it's ridiculous at the point. And just because the weather is cooling down isn't an excuse as to why I still have to air conditioning

It is a decent apartment and the rent commensurate with the value. It is located at a very busy road intersection that is annoying sometimes and the bumps are equally annoying but overall, it is a good place.

Very quiet and peaceful, and I enjoy coming home to a safe environment.I haven't had any negative experiences since we been i here. I will definitely recommend this apartment to my friends. Great place to live!!!!!!

I have lived here for over 10 years. I have been through many staff changes and I have to say how impressed I am with the manager Leslie and her staff. Leslie genuinely cares about us and even though she can be strict sometimes I can honestly say I feel safe and appreciated in my community. Good job!
