The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is close to everything you need. I chose this location because of the schools. The area is safe. The maintenance staff is hardworking. The neighbors have also been very nice.

Management is very professional and responsive. Like the convenience of online service. Clearly there is an ongoing maintenance calendar. Grounds crew does an excellent job, keeping the place immaculate. Lots of amenities, kept in good condition. Love that it is a pet-friendly community, even though I don't currently have a dog. Price is competitive, and justified by higher standards.

So far so good. Carpet seemed dirty when I moves in but I have a carpet cleaner and took care of that. Air conditioners are right outside my window but most of them are quiet. One of them is Not! Overall the apartment is nice and I will enjoy the community.

535 Brookwood is a Wonderful complex! It has beautiful grounds, great amenities, very friendly staff and maintenance crew. We enjoy the gorgeous walk in pool, and clubhouse. The staff hosts several community events throughout the year that make this a fun place to live.

Great team and great location. The apartments are clean and ready to move into. Maintenance is topknot and available immediately. I would highly recommend this community for anyone looking to move. There is a wide age group that lives here and it is very pet friendly and has amenities for your pets as well.

Have enjoyed this neighborhood; well maintained, close to highways, interstates and close to a variety of shopping. Staff friendly and professional. The grounds nicely landscaped with amenities like dog parks, car wash, grassy areas for children to play and a nice pool area maintained and open year around. An extra plus with this apartment complex would be having a YMCA and a big nondenominational church in walking distance and sidewalks all around.

My experience so far is great. I'm enjoying living at this community. I moved from 75 Innovation Drive and what i like about this community is that it is really nice and reminds me of a country club. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

Friendly staff,great location and great place to live! I have lived here almost 2 years now and have enjoyed it very much. Janice is absolutely sterling at managing this location. She's always ready to help and treats you like family. I feel really blessed to have great neighbors whom have been residents here at 535 Brookwood for several years. This is a kid and pet friendly community and I'm very proud to be a part of it:)

I love it here! I feel safe, it's quiet, neighbors are friendly, close to work and shopping/entertainment and also close to Charlotte and Atlanta for quick getaways. I've been here for a year and just renewed for one more year while I continue to save for a house.

It's a nice community, staff is very nice, and helpful. However the apartment has a unidentified smell, noticed spiders in apartment, and some people don't clean up after their dogs poop. For the location is good as there's easy acces to the YMCA and elementary school.

I communicated to the office that during my move in I will need to swing by quickly due to work. They responded with a sure thing they would be there to open and start everything. They handed me my keys. I later learned one key was incorrect and they failed to give me a key to get into the fitness and club house. When my car got stuck in the garage whilst I was ready to leave to work. I was told I needed to wait the next day for them to open my garage door. (It wouldn't open) they claimed it was not emergency and the maintenance man struggled with communicating with me properly . I then got emails from that night regarding a male in the apartment. I'm sorry but I didn't know it was their business to know who visits me and what not. The office staff are a NIGHTMARE. That's not the worse of it: I caught one of the office women walking into my apartment while I was coming out of the shower. When I finished my lease I thought that was the end of it. NO. Now they are charging me crazy amount of "fees" that are not covered by my deposit? They charge me water higher then any other month since I lived their regardless of the fact I personally left the last month because I couldn't handle them! They also require you spend $100-$150 just on carpet cleaning before you leave which I've never had to do before. They don't account your security deposit or your pet deposit for any of the "damages". The maintenance only had one young fellow that was polite the other two were always rude. The office staff as well failed on being polite in any way. Oh if you enjoy a tenant that can put the blame on you for "smoking" ( I don't smoke) while they run around speeding and letting their dogs poop without picking it up then this is the place for you. I would never recommend this place for anyone! I always felt targeted and almost discriminated against by the staff. I know it may not seem like a big deal but the welcome basket you get from decent office people was nonexistent in this complex.

So far it has been perfect all of our neighbors are extremely nice we have had no issue with noise, parking is always available. It is great that there are no breed restrictions. We have not had to have any interactions with the staff which is a good thing. They have called twice too make sure everything is good.
