It was fast and the Woman who help us was amazing we love the online services it was quick and when we got to the place the day of love it everything was ready all we had to do was sign a few paperwork

Just moved in and so far I have enjoyed my time at the Brookwood Apartments. They have friendly staff, a very good maintenance team, and great grounds! The neighborhood is quiet and in a good location. Prices are pretty good for the area but we'll see what that electricity bill is like soon.

A great place to live! A quiet and friendly community, no bothers you or your things. I've had packages left outside my door. The staff is quick to respond to any issue that may arise and follow up to make certain take care of.

Great community. Pet friendly. Nice accomadationals. Great place to call home. The pool is always clean. There's three dog parks for your fur babies that are very spacious. Brookwood is a nice neighborhood to call home

Wonderful community. Great service. The maintenance guys are very prompt. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Have never had any problem with safety, noise or privacy. I'm on the third floor and feel as if I'm in a house rather than an apartment complex.

We enjoy living at 535 Brookwood. Ms. Janice in the office has always been helpful and attentive. Carlos from maintenance takes good care of us. The grounds are well maintained and the location cannot be beat!

The office staff was very helpful during and after the move in process. I received excellent answers to any question I may have and everything was ready when I moved in. I did have one issue with the dishwasher, and it was fixed immediately.

The apartment complex claims to be pet friendly but it's apparently not. The reason is of the renters make any complaint about someone's pet & the apartment complex management gives an ultimatum about their pet. In other words, false advertising about this apartment complex being so called pet friendly is a bunch of baloney

Clean apartments and grounds. The pool area is nice, but almost impossible to use on the summer weekends as it's one small pool and a lot of people. Love that there is no breed restrictions and a good fenced area for dogs to run.

i have live here for almost 3 years. It is very convenient to everything in Greenville. The staff is very nice and always available. If you have any maintenance issues, they are resolved as quickly as possible. Nice pool and nice people living here

Beautiful Apartment Homes Community located less than a mile off hwy 385, less than 5-6 miles from hwy 85. Centrally located from numerous eating establishments, grocery stores and movie theaters. Very well-keep community!!

I'm loving living here! Incredible attention to detail. Janice runs a wonderful staff! The lawn care is exceptional too! Quiet, beautiful apartments. 535, so far, has been an exceptional experience for M35!

Overall this is a very good community and a good place to live. Great location, nice and clean apartments with a great pool. But DO NOT get an apartment on the 3rd floor! During the spring and summer the temperature is routinely 80+ degrees in the apartment during the afternoons and evenings, even while running the AC 24/7.

We like this area, very convenient, not far from Woodruff Road or Fairview, whichever you prefer. Staff is super nice. The people are friendly as well of their furry friends. The kids have made friends.

This is a great place, good location. The pool and gym facilities are nice, and there is a car wash for residents. YMCA just across the street It has garages for an additional cost. Overall, you pay more for a great location, but it's worth it.

Our family has really enjoyed our time here in this community. Maintenance is great and have handled the very few requests we've had to submit within hours of submitting them. The office staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are great and the monthly community parties are a great resource for meeting your neighbors. We highly recommend this place.

We love living in this community. It's well taken care of and any maintenance request are done almost immediately when asked! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming to the community. Constantly seeing what they can do to improve the community.

Apartments are well kept with great amenities (gym, pool, business office, on-site car wash). Maintenance is very responsive and most requests are handled within one business day. Landscaping is beautiful and updated often, and this year (2017) the buildings received new paint on the exterior. The apartments are about ten minutes away from both Woodruff Road and the Fairview Rd shopping areas, and about 15-20 minutes from downtown during non-peak hours. Downsides: the apartment is surrounded by new construction including a mega church and new suburb community, which can make traffic difficult on weekends. Rent is increasing quickly and far beyond the rate of inflation.

Very easy move in. The dog park is great and easy to use. Maintenance responds quickly to issues inside apartments. You may not get a garage near your unit based on availability but it won't be too far. Great communication about upcoming maintenance and pest control appointments.

I would not recommend this apartment. Some buildings have very limited parking, noisy, and heating and cooling is not the best. Last Duke Energy bill was $156.00 for 2 bedroom. Not worth the price!

It's a great place to live. The community is quiet and everyone is friendly. The office staff is always prompt if there is an issue. I have been here a year and a half and I have never had an issue with this apartment community.
